Right Way Movers w/another successful assist for a customer!

Had a storage place, it was very clean, and the large dollies were great to move things from the van. Only thing was annoying is sometimes the door in the back doesnt unlock(gotta make sure the door is fully closed before using the card reader). Service was great and straight to the point.

Tried renting a tow dolly but for some reason they only had in town tow dollys that must be returned at the exact store taken from. Specifically asked for a one way and got sent to a different store to be told it is one way also. Waited in a line while a employee just sat there looking at me untill the one outside could assist me. Waited a while drove to 2 locations just to be told they are in town only so I will not be going here or recommending. Besides for storage units as they did have deals for 1st month free with a rental.

All good, and only improvement I suggest is to fill all vehicles with gas before checking out to customer.

This place charges full months rent even if move out the day after you paid for the month...

The process of renting off an online booking was quick and easy! The cargo van we rented was very clean. I was also impressed with the customer service that we were given. The employee had a sense of humor when the equipment froze and knew how to get around the issue. Definitely a great place to rent from! I come by at 5:54 pm the door was close but the web said is close at 8 pm not sure what’s going on

This U-Haul has pretty much the gammet of rentals. Unlike some Dry Cleaner/Postal Annex/U-Hauls you can almost count on them having what you need. Why only 4 stars then? Their computers are slow, I mean very slow, this not only irritates customers but also the salespeople. If it is a busy day, you can count on being there for a while to get your rental but hey, still better than driving all over the neighboring towns to find that particular trailer you need with a ramp...

Used their storage facility for over a year-always very clean and safe. All units are indoors and climate control-never any problems. Some staff members are very polite and friendly-others efficient but not very cordial. Definitely the best storage facility I ever used!

After speaking on the phone with them twice to clarify details before we drove 45 minutes to the uhaul place before close, somehow my total went up $150 more in the time it took to get there. The people have no clue what they’re doing and you’d be better off hiring a 3rd party moving company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Unprofessional and just cost me quite a bit of money.

Great customer service and well stocked with moving supplies from boxes, to bubble wrap, to installations of towing equipment. They also rent trailers, pickup trucks, and gas powered moving trucks. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff. Takes time to explain all of the charges and options without making the customer feel like a burden. Gave good advice on packing methods and driving routes. Truck was clean and ran very well

Pulled right up (under a canopy) just as the guy on the phone said. Within only a minute or 2, a young attendant verified my milage, and that the gas was refilled. Then I was on my merry way. Yea!! Thanks.

Called and asked if they had a car dolly available. They said yes. I told them I was going to be there in 30 mins to pick it up. I get there and they had reserved it for someone else. The lady at the counter was helpful and found an auto trailer for us at another location and gave it to us for the dolly price. Always make sure to reserve what you need.

Kind of unprepared for us to pickup truck and accessories that were prepaid. Otherwise they upgraded our truck because one wasnt wasnt available. Again prepaid 5 days ahead.

Didnt have a great experience here. Treated you like you were going to steal everything down to the staples. Told repeated due to owner (ahem). Equipment & price were decent. I was under time pressure so probably contributed to my exasperation.

Big and clean very nice

Im at a loss for how horribly me and my boyfriend were treated. It was beyond infuriating and verging comical. We came to drop a truck off and move into our storage unit. A blonde female employee had no knowledge of procedures and when we asked about the free month rental and 24/7 storage access she stated we wouldnt get either. We asked about the email and sign hanging ON THE WALL BEHIND HER that stated such. Instead of answering the question she accused us of calling her a liar and yelling at her. For asking a question......she then stormed away and called her manager. We decided just to leave she said sounds great to me! And slammed our papers on the counter. As we walked out in disbelief she was crying to her manager that we had been yelling at her.....it was the most shocking experience Ive ever had. Dont go here. If you sneeze on this pathetic excuse for an employee youll prolly be accused of rape.

Great people and great service!

My girlfriend asked if I could help her and her daughter with their storage units. The place was clean and everyone was very professional, the only problems I found were that they closed at 7 pm. I found that not convenient at all. Why not at least 9 or 10pm. They told us to be out of the building before 7pm or the police would be showing up to arrest anyone on the property. I dont feel like thats such a Good thing.

Someone was there so they get 2 stars. Made an appointment for a trailer hitch installation. They said Sure, bring it in. I did. After over 20 minutes on the phone, Oh, we dont have a part. Wow, see you later!!

I was greeted with a smile and a very helpful person

I made a reservation for a trailer and tow hitch over a month ago, I even had to pay a deposit on the hitch since they needed to ship it to the store. I show up on my previously agreed upon appointment time of 8AM thinking I’ll be done by around 11, but that wasn’t the case. I get here and wait in line only to be told that they have been trying to reach me for a few days (I don’t think they have) then they confirmed my number and told me that I would have to come back at 11 to have the hitch installed and that the trailer was at a different location, but they would call the other location to let them know there is a delay so they don’t think I am a no show. At this point I was a little irritated considering I’m trying to pack all of my things because I am about to drive across the country, but I didn’t wanna get mad so I said ok and drove home(35 minutes away)to come back in 3 hours. THEN, what got me is that I got a call from them at around 9:30AM saying that they had the trailer brought to this location so I wouldn’t have to go over to the other location after. So them doing that isn’t what got me, what got me is that they claimed they couldn’t reach my number and had tried to call me for days prior to tell me about the change and supposedly couldn’t get through but today it all of a sudden worked when they called me with the update? The other thing is that the equipment that I had to pay a deposit on over a month ago was not here...they “didn’t have it anymore” so then why did I pay a deposit to have it specially shipped to this store so that it could be here when I got here and they “don’t have it anymore” which leads me to believe that they rented it to someone else. So then what was the point of me doing everything in advance which is supposed to be cheaper (it’s not, the prices today are the same as a little over a month ago) and paying the deposit for a part, that isn’t even here but I had to specifically pay for it to be guaranteed to be here. I really hope that my future experiences with U-Haul in our new city are nothing like this, because I have never had issues with the one in Fallbrook.

Poor, I scheduled directly with their office for a specific time. Low and behold no one was there for me to get my truck along with the additional supplies that I requested with the truck. I had to wait an hour till they opened before I could get what I needed. This delayed my timeline.
