My family and I have been customers of MasterTech for over 10 years. I currently drive over 45 minutes one-way just for their services. They have always been honest with me and answer any questions I have. Craig and the other mechanics were even patient enough with me answering my many questions and providing advice while I was car shopping for a new upgrade during the plandemic. And Ive never had a problem after any of their repairs. Highly recommend!

Trustworthy, and very competent! They were able to do our repair in a different way than what the books called for. In other words, the entire dash did not need to come off to replace the part, and they saved us hundreds of dollars. Have spoken to Craig at the front desk, and two mechanics. All were very nice, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

The PERFECT family shop, Daniel was honest and professional! I never felt like he tried to find issues with my car to rack up the bill, and i know I was charged way less for the work that was done. My AC went out on my drive down from Raleigh, and most days its above 90° right now. I called the shop before they opened thinking I would leave message and they would return the call, nope, Daniel answered on his cell while driving to the shop and told me to meet him there. I explained I was in from Raleigh, etc, he prioritized my car, and had it finished by end of day, totally unheard of. I figured I would be stranded without a car for at least 2 days, but Daniel didnt let that happen. Thanks so much for the awesome job, my AC is working perfectly again!!

The first time that my fiance car was taken there in February to have them fix a computer issue that he was having the had his car for over a month. We got the car back and then started experiencing the same issue. There is a lifetime guarantee on the computer so we had the car towed to the shop on 05/31. We were told that it would be about 2 weeks before they would be able to look at it because they were so busy which what could we do. After about a month and a half passes by I called to check on the car and was advised that they were just now being able to look at the car and they would be in contact with where they purchased the computer and they would have to send it back to them. Time goes on and on and on. Meanwhile I am the only one who is calling and checking on the car there is no contact made from them unless I call them first.I ask Craig to send me the emails from the place where they has to send the computer back to.In the messages from back and forth Craig advised the people they got the computer from that they were tired of dealing with this issue and they just wanted to issue a refund. So I talk to someone who works at a different shop to get some advise. I also call and ask questions to see what is going on. One of the questions that I ask were how many miles were currently on the car and he advises me that there are 157,214 on the car. months go by and by this time when I call I get no answer or no call back I have made 3 trips to the shop on my lunch break so they had to talk to me.Finally after the last trip in talking to Kurt, Craig calls me the next Monday to say that they are not going to be able to fix the car that they are going to issue and refund and I can come and get the car which it is now the 3 rd week in September. Do the math how long they had the car. So I go to pick up the car Craig advises me that they drove the car around today and drove it to the gas station which is more than a mile or so down the road and put $10 worth of gas in the car. I get in the car start it and look at the mileage. The car still has 157,214 miles on the car which means they have not done anything to the car havent been testing it and driving it around like they claim they have told so many lies it is ridiculous.Kurt is on vacation every other week i have no clue how this shop is still open. If they didnt want to work on the car or stand by the warranty they should have said that months ago instead of fabricating all the lies they have told! I would never recommend this place to anyone. As a matter a fact a lady I know went to get a second opinion where her oil pan was leaking on her car and they told her that 2 other things were wrong and was going to charge her a higher price to do cheaper work than the other shop and charged her 85.00 for a diagnosis that was completely wrong when she went back to the other shop they lifted her car up and showed her where it was not leaking the other 2 places and where the issue was coming from. Please close your doors and stop taking on jobs that you can not do!

These guys earned my business. Honest and reasonable. Explain things well. Im a detail and a big picture guy, and want to understand things. They were very responsive with all my questions. Better yet, they took great care of my car, and it wasnt simple stuff (eg, pulled the motor to replace rear main seal). Seem very quality conscious. Nothing more I can ask for, except being closer to my house.

They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks now and continue to come up with new things wrong. I dont know if its a lack of experience or they are just lazy and trying to do the easy fixes but this is getting out of hand. I had taken one of my previous vehicles to them and it took 3 different visits for them to finally actually fix the problem. They first time I took said vehicle in, the fog lights were missing when I got it back and they mysteriously knew nothing about it. Would not recommend. Find someone else.

Absolutely amazing service! My car broke down and I was able to get my car in the shop and fixed in a few hours. Jason was a sweetheart, and they were nice enough to bring me to and from the shop. I had just moved to the area and did not know any mechanics or anyone to refer me anywhere, but I am glad I found a good place so close to home. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was zero hassle, and Ill be able to get to work tomorrow :)

Used to be the best mechanic shop in Greenville IMO, but now, not so much. Dont get me wrong, Kurt knows his stuff and is an outstanding mechanic, however, once you start hiring employees and not doing the work yourself then things get overlooked. Not only do you pay a premium now, but customer service isnt very good at all. I had to call several times to check on my vehicle AFTER the time when they said they would call me. Bottom line is that the job will get done, but it will cost a good bit and you may have to stay on top of them.

These guys care about safety and doing whats right. Knowledgeable and helpful. They will get you fixed up and not break your piggy bank.

Took my car in because I thought the noise was coming from a wheel bearing/axle. They spent all day trying to determine the problem and when the found it, it turned out to be the transmission. I decided to forgo transmission service at this time and they only charged $75 to find out the problem. Very reasonable for keeping my car over a day trying to find out the cause. They were deliberate in their investigation to try to determine the problem making sure they did not miss anything. Office person can be a little witty. I gave him my home phone number when I took the car in but he lost the number and the only number he had on file was my wifes cell phone and she cannot talk on it while at work. She called me while at lunch to let me know they called sometime earlier today.
