Had a screw in my tire and needed it repaired. Person that helped me was courteous and professional. These guys restored my faith in America and fixed my tire with no charge, even though they were not purchased here. They definitely won my future business on tire purchases....I do wish they offered alignment service.

My husband got his tired rotated at this location Friday evening. He realized once he got home and was washing his truck that each rim had an identical dent that were not there prior to his visit. He got in touch with a customer care representative who said he would get in touch with the store and he would hear from them. He heard from the store Saturday and took it Monday afternoon. They basically said there was nothing they could do. Avoid this location unless you plan to buying new rims after! Never giving them any more of our business.

I definitely recommend this location. Great customer service and they seem to do the right thing which is hard to find nowadays. Pretty good deals on tires. Free tire rotation since purchasing with them whenever is needed. Definitely will return. Their warranties are covered through all their national locations.

I always get great service at Discount tires, and since I work for a tire manufacturer, I like to listen in on the sales people when they make recommendations to customers. So far I have yet to hear any of the sales staff give a customer bad information, they all seem to really know their tires. Would highly recommend this store.

Bought tires online, they had a bay ready and waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. In and out in 45 minutes. Great service, friendly staff.

There was a little miss understanding with their online appointments. It seems that their system does not match their policy and will kick it out before your actual appointment. They need some IT. Best to call them direct.

They didnt have my Michelin tires Tuesday. The fella was on the phone in a flash and had them coming Wednesday morning. I took my car in for my appointment and they had the tires on and I was out the door in well under an hour. Probably closer to a half hour. We bought our last tires there and received the same outstanding service. Great place for tires. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I have been a customer with this place for over 15 years. Even though I moved, wherever I am in the area I get all my needs serviced at this location. When I came recently, they accomadated me by servicing my vehicle as a courtesy. Their loyalty to me was refreshing and made me proud to remain a customer with then for years to come. Also just a side note that my entire family also have their needs tended there as well. Over five families of mine value this location of Discount Tires.

We bought tires at Discount Tire in Greer for our Honda Accord and were very satisfied with their products and service. Just today I took in our Honda CRX to have a screw removed from a tire and have the hole plugged. They were very busy when I arrived but they checked me in right away (no appt.). Tire fixed and on my way in about 20 minutes. Since we were already customers there was no charge. Very pleased with their prompt, professional service! Highly recommend them.

Good place to get u some new tires

I had a nail in my tire and had waited on roadside service for 1.5 hours. When he arrived he was very rude to me. I was in a terrible mood about having a nail in my tire since I just purchased them in January. I pulled up at Discount Tire with my spare on. Joshua Gray came over and my day immediately got better. He was so pleasant and helpful. He treated me with respect, unlike the roadside assistance help. They were able to fix my tire really fast and I was able to travel home safely. Thank you Discount Tire for helping, thank you for hiring people like Joshua Gray, and thank you for making a stressful situation a lot better. You will always have my business.

Daughter had a leaking LF tire valve on a recently purchased used car.Two vehicles enroute from Orange Park FL to Indianapolis IN. Time critical.Replaced the defective valve with no hassle, no fuss, no pressure and no charge.Third time we have stopped for emergency service the last two years.Good folks.

Great service! Got a nail in the sidewall and wasnt fixable. I bought new tires a few months back with certificate for repair, refund or replacement and they replaced the tire with a new one and I bought a new certificate for the new tire around $19.00 buxs out the door...

This shop was willing to do what the one near me was not; however Brandon explained to me why I should not put the new tires on front and why they should always go on back. I fact checked this and learned something new. Thank you Brandon for putting up with me and for helping me make an informed decision! And almost all the employees wore masks and they actively practiced social distancing (chairs set up outside and customers asked to wait in their cars)...Great job guys!

Did a walk/drive in (no appointment) and was really impressed. As soon as I got out of my car there was someone already walking up to me. We had a short conversation about what I was looking for and I went inside where they showed me my options. I got a full set of tires and I was thinking with how packed it was Id probably be stuck there 2 hours. To my supprised they told me it would take about an hour and had me pull my car in. In ~35 minutes they were done. These guys are professionally fast and extremely curtious. Undoubtly will be going here for all things tire related in the future!

Tier went bad really fast in one month in half and blow up I went by and the said they couldn’t do nothing. I’ve gotten less expensive tiers and last longer than the ones here. Not very good place for tiers. Don’t recommend.

Have been a discount tire patron for many years and purchased several sets of tires. Recently had a tire patched but when I picked up the car it had several scratches on the driver side. The manager told us there was nothing he could do about it. Very disappointed in how it was handled and I wouldnt recommend using this location.

Over the last few months spent about $2800 on tires and wheels at this store. Recently took my wifes car to repair a tire with a small nail. I was told the tire was not serviceable because the tread depth was minimal, and I needed to replace all the tires. So they wouldnt fix it. Took it across the street to competitor. They noted tire was worn but had a few miles left in it. They fixed it with no issues. Usually have good experience here, but really disappointed in this visit. Went out of my way to visit this location. Wont do it again.

I set a appointment. Again I set a appointment so my experience was a breeze. The appointment took about a hour from start to finish. Polite and professional. I got a decent deal and it didnt take up much time at all. I went and grabbed breakfast and my car was waiting for me when I got back. However, doing a walk in during the weekend. Expect much longer wait times. Thats just how it goes.

Employees here have been overly helpful my last few visits. While they are a chain, I havent found anyone around with better prices that also include hassle-free balancing and rotation for any tire they sell. I recommend making an appointment, but even without one I was out the door in an hour on my last visit.

Absolutely outstanding service and quality! This is our second set of tires and we are very pleased with the Greer store. I dealt with Hector on tires for one vehicle and then with Dalton on my other vehicle. Both are super knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Great place. Good prices. Great technicians. If you make an appointment, theyll have you out of there in an hour or less. The technicians know how to properly jack up your vehicle. They use manual torque wrench for final tightening. They can also order almost any brand of tire you want, and total price is the same as if you purchased off Tire Rack and had installed elsewhere.

One salesperson quoted $978 for BFG AT TA KO2, and I called to make an appointment. The second person quoted me over $1200, and requested a written quote that the first guy never provided. Worst of all, the second guy made no effort to resolve why I received 2 different quotes with such variance. Not sure if the whole operation is sleazy, but the experience sure was. Took my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. Had a non repairable nail in my tire, employee had a used exact brand and tire and tread wear in stock and sold me that one instead of trying to sell me 4 new tires. Saved me some money for a possible unexpected expense! Very honest in my opinion and always have been friendly.
