Not professional at all, bad customer service and when asked for a refund it took weeks to refund and it wasnt all of it. apparently its a charge that wasn’t mentioned in the beginning. will never recommend!!

Cecy and her husband exceeded my expectations for my graduation party! They went over the top and made me and my mom dreams come true with my party. If they can do this for a graduation, I cannot wait to see what they will do the day I get married, even tho im not getting married rn or even engaged, I already know this is the company I want to make my wedding decorations dreams come true. PLUS the cake they were able to help me get was over the top delicious! Everything in my party was on point and I cannot, I repeat cannot be more thankful for all the hardwork and dedication this company gave me and my family on my big day! Let me start by saying Cecilia is a great wedding Decorator & coordinator. She is sweet and willing to do almost whatever it takes to help your wedding go according to plan. I felt that she did a good job with almost everything. most people think its the wedding planners job to execute a wedding, but really they are there to execute your plans for the wedding. So if your not on point with what you are planning, Then dont expect everything to be perfect. She help me execute my plans and brought it to light. The only issue I had was the unexpected Tax fee that I was told about days before my wedding. Cecilia help by having me pay it after the wedding. To be honest, my wedding was such a great turn out that I was ok afterwards.Thanks again

Once Upon A Fiesta was one of my first vendors I booked for my wedding, and one of my favorites to communicate with. Cecilia was so sweet and professional. We rented chair covers for our wedding, and she special ordered the spandex ones for us to use. They were easy to put on the chairs and take off. They made the hall look great. Cecilia made pickup/drop off of items stressless.I would highly recommend this company!

They pay attention to what you say so they can take care of you. My wedding looked perfect. Everyone has something to say about colors and how it looked. I happened to find this business on Facebook marketplace and I couldnt be happier with their services! I hired them for our wedding for the gazebo decor and the chair covers and sashes. Their prices are very reasonable. The quality was top notch, the colors were stunning, and the customer service was EXCELLENT! You can tell that they absolutely enjoy what they do. I highly recommend their services!

I was so happy, ecstatic, and in love with how my wedding turned out!! It was better than I dreamt it would be, all my guests were blown away with all the decorations, from the centerpieces, table settings, lighting, drapes, and ect. Cecilia is such a beautiful person, dedicated to her brides to be, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to change the location of the wedding that was less then 5 weeks away, in such short notice she took the time to help me find the center, take my worries and made them disappear. She took care of everything from that point on, was there every step of the way, just a phone call or text away, very helpful, kind, and dedicated to what she loves to do the most to make your dreams come true, and she definitely did that on our wedding day, and saved me a lot of stress. All I had to do was arrive, everything was set up just perfectly. Prices are affordable and very reasonable, I took a package for the total guest count, that included all the decorations, I also added the speakers with the microphones, and also included the chafers. I didnt have to worry about a thing. Cecilia and her employees were punctual, organized, and extremely professional in everything they did. All my guests were talking about how lovely and beautiful my wedding was, I guarantee that with your wedding or event it will be the same, you will not be disappointed, if I could, I would give Cecilia and Once Upon A Fiesta a 100 🌟.
