Everything was over priced. I seen a $20 plain dress and headband I could get at Rue 21 for about $12 or so and play arts and crafts.

Terrible customer service, i came in to buy some balloons. Girl picks out balloons for me and doesn’t inform me I have to pay for them before they can get blown up so I’m walking around the store waiting for thr balloons to get blown.after 20 mins I come back and she tells me I have to pay for them first …I asked another store associate for paint to paint some Halloween pumpkins , he says they don’t sell paint here .. then I ask if face painting would work .. he says oh yeah ..:Like completely clueless, just there to get paid no customer service whatsoever ..Shows why a lot of business i loosing a big percentage of their profits to online retailers.

I put an order for a dozen balloons for 12, noon. When I arrived, the balloons were deflated on the ground. This is the second time it has happened to me in a party city establishment. The only difference about this location was the manager. I simply wanted my money back, but when the manager came to attend me, she did something that I unfortunately dont see in this country any more. She gave me back my money and gave me the balloons (inflated) for free, like stores did 17 years ago or so. Thats why I give it 4 stores. Thanks 😊

I dont want to give it 1 star, but no one pays attention unless its 1 or 5. so...whys it take so long to blow up a couple balloons?Also, theres like maybe six parking spots. if they were in a different location it would be much better. I cant imagine this place during Halloween rush.

I cant imagine a store that could possibly need a lesson or five in customer service. On a busy Friday afternoon, graduation weekend at that, there was a girl at the register who had been there for only 2 days, while the manager and 3 other associates behind the desk fiddled around with balloons and paperwork as the line continue to grow. After 30 minutes customers frustrations was at an all-time high. The manager behind the counter no more cared or wanted to do anything about it. Her focus was tinkering around with paperwork instead of putting that to the side, and getting some customers checked out. Another option for her would have been to open a register for one of the other associates. I will never come back to the store ever again. It is my hope that her corporate office read Seas reviews at the very least for training purposes.

Grandson Birthday Decorations

I purchase some items at the store and they refused to do any returns or exchanges. The item I have was never used and I have a receipt. I tried to get help from the employees and they seemed very annoyed when I tried to ask about the return policy. I got a different reason from each employee of why they dont want to return my item. My receipt clearly says that I have until the 24th for any Halloween exchanges and 30 days for anything else. Im within that time frame.Overall, the staff wasnt friendly or helpful at all.

In and out! All of the employees understood my stress as a customer with 2 kids. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Party City.

Great selection. And if youre Plus Size, this store is a life saver! They had such a good variety in costumes and you can try them on. I wish they would build a little dressing room because you have to use the restroom to try stuff on. Staff were nice and friendly.

The parking lot is extremely small. I had to wait for someone else to pull out to avoid blocking someone in.

No one is answering the phone. I sat in the busy small lot for 30 min. for my curbside order and no one came out. I will try back around 7. Smh

Good selection of party supplies. They were out of a lot of the graduation stuff though that I was looking for. I did go late in the grad season, so they must of sold out of the supplies.

The store itself is fine and clean. But the quality vs price is off. We’ve seen the exact same things at Walmart (brand and everything) for way cheaper. Also no one ask if you need help. I’ve only ever seen like 1 employee at the registry

Unprofessional. Very rude about helping. Sent me in the wrong place. Then acted funny about showing me. Well I guess because she REALLY didnt know where they were.

We ordered the items ahead of time via online pick up option. When we arrived, the line was incredibly long and 2 rude employees said there was no way to simply pick up the items I had already paid for online. There is basically no benefit for purchasing online and the employees were not accommodating whatsoever.

Wow... these employees must really love their job, the enthusiasm was wreaking from their mouth (I say sarcastically) *very unhelpful and made me feel like an inconvenience. However there was a very nice middle aged spanish lady not sure if thats exactly what she was so if I am wrong I apologize and mean no disrespect just want to make sure credit is given where its deserved. She was very sweet though! Give her a promotion she clearly cares more than the rest of them!

The manager can definitely benefit from a class on effective listening and providing excellent customer service. Her attitude, approach, listening skills, problem solving skills are below average!

I love this store, we are helping with a wedding and they always have what we need at the right prices, colorant varieties we need. The clerk was present and ask more than once if we were ok and if we needed any assistance finding anything. It made shopping a pleasure

What a terrible store! Not only is it overpriced and understocked but they would not accept a return that I brought back the very next day. Never even took it out of its packaging. Then the toothless, dimwitted store manager has the audacity to point out the no return policy on the receipt. We dont even get the receipt until we pay for our items! So how are we supposed to know about this policy? I will never return to this sham of a store. Cant believe this guy is the best the store could find as a manager. Youre the manager? Youre the best Party City could do? Wow...

Came here for individual treat bags(4x6) and they had none. The parking at this location is horrendous. Took me a full five minutes just to get in a space.

We spend a lot of time in this store compared to most. im very thankful that they have such a great staff. I REALLY wish theyd remove that tempting, dime (i think), chocolate at the registers, but Ill survive. :)

I’d give this business a 0 star if possible. My wife went in to look for a Halloween costume and was treating as rude as humanly possible. She asked to try on a costume and asked for a large and was promptly given the up down from the associate and was blatantly told “no, there’s no way you’ll fit”. After asking again if she could just see it just in case she was told no. In front of everyone. My wife was in tears. This is no way to treat customers and this place has forever lost my business.

The parking was horrendous. I went during Halloween season, but the volume of people, lack of costumes, and a terrible line with no direction to get the costumes (which a store clerk had to get out of storage) made this shopping experience not so pleasant. The door greeter was nice, but the rest of the staff didnt even acknowledge the customers. Maybe its better when its not Halloween.

To the reviewer, lynetta Wilkerson. I was in line when this occurred and i have to say your attitude towards the cashier was very rude and horrid! She only asked to see your daughters ID which is their policy as it is stated on their door and at the registers. You claimed to pay debit but you only sign when you use a credit card, meaning the card you used was a credit card. The cashier did nothing wrong in my eyes, and even your grand daughter, who seemed no older than 10 or 11 was pleading for you to stop acting like a child. Maam, you must learn to respect others and follow policies. I honestly feel bad for the child, bless her heart to have had to endure your behavior. The staff always does what they can to help out, they helped me with everything I needed and even offered me a 20% off coupon. It pays to be a respectful and polite customer. You never know how the universe will repay you.

The store was clean, customer service great, good selection. The parking lot is very small. I didnt find what I needed but that was no fault of the store, my child just wants a not standard birthday party.

I came here to buy a last minute trophy as a gag gift for a coworker and in the 20 or so minutes I was there every single employee offered help/direction/tips at least once. The balloons are a bit expensive. Id stick to buying them at the dollar store but everything else was fun, festive, and affordable. Parking here can be tricky if the lots full as it is very small.

First time in the store, was getting decorations & favors for a birthday party. An employee walked me around and helped me quickly find everything I needed. The extra level of service was fantastic.

Costumer service is just awful, the manager wasnt using her name tag and refused to give me her name after she was saying bad words with the other employee his name is Chris, they were both saying bad words in front of costumer, the manager was refusing to return products less than 7 days after costumer bought it and their refund policy of 30 days is just a lie, they dont allow return, dont let this store fool you, this store is awful, terrible costumer service and waiting time is horrible. Would not waste your time coming here. Costumer service couldnt be worse. Selections are very cheap quality and very expensive AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

Very organized!! Today I went there to buy a costume for my son. They have pictures with numbers for each costume. All you have to do tell them what number and size. I was out in 10min. Very fast service.

Im kind of on the fence here. On the good side, they have a lot of stuff and youre pretty much guaranteed to find what you are looking for and the prices are not bad. I called ahead to see if what I wanted was in stock and the woman I spoke with confirmed they did indeed have them. The needs improvement part is, when I got there the man who helped me couldnt find the items and said they dont have them. But they did and I walked around until I found them. The bad side here is parking which is a nightmare with just a few available spaces. The side parking needs to be paved with a ramp or smaller steps or even a hand rail added. The big step up to get to the walkway would not work for any one with mobility concerns.

Its not in the best location. I came up with a sales item when it didnt scan they went to check to make sure it was a sales item and not that I was pulling something. Its depressing they have to do that. They dont allow returns on any sales items I asked what If it doesnt work sorry no returns it was so cheap I didnt care but had it been more expensive I wouldnt have purchased. Its a little run down but it has a large assortment at decent prices.

Its a place for all your party needs. Most of the time you can not find an employee to help you. When you do, they are great!

This place has outfitted Halloween partiers and tykes for years. They know the drill. They have the goods. This is your costume 1 stop.

Awful experience. Store personnel are horrible. Especially Monica. My daughter went in to purchase some accessories for my grand daughters school function. They watch you like you are going to steal something and then made me, s disabled person come into the store to verify the purchase with a debit card that I had to sign and everything for $11.00. I have gone to Party City for many parties and spent a lot of money in their stores. I will never go there again after this awful treatment.

Awful costumer service, I went to the store at 418 dale marby in Tampa and the manager didnt return the product I brought there 15 days ago, their policy states 30 days but this is not true, they are awful to return, the manager didnt have her name tag on she said her name was Eva, she was saying the F word to a another costumer because she was asking to return some she brought there, awful manager, rude employees, price are super expensive, store was dirty, the employee Chris was screaming with the costumer, fight over 5 dollars return, acting like ghetto, garbage employees, just junk. Dont go to the store at 418 dale Mabry in Tampa they are the Awful.Hate this store.

If you have to throw a party then this is the place to come. Some many great items all grouped by theme! The biggest problem will be narrowing your ideas down and settling on just one.

This particular Party City is a franchise store and ran a bit haphazard. You can not call ahead and place a large balloon order. They would prefer you order when you get here and wait for your order to be filled. No time saver here. Great location, but not convenient.

Don’t usually write bad reviews but the staff was cranky when I went in today. I asked a simple question and was talked down to then the other worker was complaining about another customer being annoying.

Not so helpful when I was looking for something specific .. sometimes you need directions with someone from the store and you can wait a long time to get the help. You’d probably never find and walk out with empty hands

We got here with 2 minutes to spare to run in an grab one thing and they locked the doors. They looked at us and would not let us in. Terrible customer service and not what I would expect, especially to look us in our face as they lock the door before actual closing time.

A friend got me the wrong size costume and Party City wouldnt even do an even exchange for me for the same costume in a different size. This place is ok if you want a last minute costume, but if you have time, just buy off Amazon. Way better customer service there, sizing charts, and reviews that explain the quality of the costumes and if the sizing is true.

It has all your party needs....and then some. Staff is great and will allow you to take item out of package for size, etc.

Worst experience ever, I paid for several balloons and they were arrange like Sh*t, no gel in them, I even bought a string and the string was not used and never gave it back to me. I also got a clear ballon with confeti inside and it looked like a used glitter condom with all the confetti sitting on the bottom and nothing sticked to the sides, and when I said that this is not what I ordered or were promised the have the nerve to say here is the manager, and she didn’t even said a word or try to fix the issue or even give me an advise on how it would look better. In the end I spent 78$ and got several sh*t bags full of air and glitter. I ended up in Walmart even buying the helium and doing it myself. If there was a negative star I would give it to them.... HORRIBE SERVICE
