I needed some accessories and outfits for a music festival this weekend and came across this store. What a selection ! Prices were good and I appreciated the 50% off clearance section too. The ladies working were helpful and checked on us twice to see if we needed assistance, but not intrusively. Happy with all I bought !

Every time I come I have a great experience! There’s a guy with long brown hair who’s young and he knows so much. Super nice! There was also this brunette girl who was very nice and talked to me about wax okay, she was so cool. Everyone seems to know so much and is super comfortable helping you pick things out.

Ive left messages and have been waiting for a call back.Next time I will be calling the police to submit a formal complaint.

This place is top of the line when it comes to adult noviltys. So much to choose from you can get lost in there for hrs.The staff is quick to great you and offer help not to mention the most noliagable people about there products.I guarantee that will educate you and even tell you stuff most people would never know.All that said they are kinda pricey

They followed me out of the store and accused me of stealing, with my purchase and receipt in my hand! The guy checking ID at the door then told me he was calling the sheriffs to search and arrest me! Then continued to yell that I’m a thief and that he’s the owner and he was trespassing me from the property. I told him I’d like that in writing and he just continued to yell accusations in front of other customers and employees. This is a place you go to purchase private items, I don’t have to explain how rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, embarrassing, and illegal that situation was. (False detainment, attempting to falsely trespass, defamation of character)

This evening was my first time going to this wonderful establishment , I was welcomed with smiles and beautiful energy . The staff was well versed and neutral in all the wonderful things in the store which helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed . I also had the opportunity to meet Jill the daughter of the founder, she was very friendly and positive. There is also a store located in Newport Richey that will surly be visited on my return , that being said the Service at the “Original Todd “ was great. The energy inside the store was super joyful. Definitely going back buy more goodies.

I went into the store with my significant other we browsed for a long while before deciding to add a piece of lingerie to our cart, we were unsure of what size to get because she is small but top and bottom heavy. We asked for assistance, and the lady insisted that a small would fit her well. So we got that. After getting home and deciding she wanted to try the new outfit on, it did not fit well at all. We called to see about exchanging it. And they then informed us of their no return policy. Which was not discussed prior to purchase.

So I’m extremely annoyed. I just discovered that Todd couple superstore buys shein products and resells it tripling the price. I just discovered the 99% of the things in Todd couple superstore are shein products. What’s on shein fron anywhere between $9 to $15 is resold at Todd couples for a double or triple the price.Do not shop for lingerie here unless it’s an emergency. I’m telling you go to shein.This is a rip off and highway robbery 🤦🏽‍♀️

I go to this store often, and usually have a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately tonight that was NOT the case. The manager outside was NOT helpful. Or the man at the checkout counter. He was rude and off putting. The man outside asked us if we knew the EXACT item we were coming to purchase, we told him we knew kinda what we wanted but wanted to see some options. He then told my girlfriend and I not to come in if we were going to “browse the store”. We needed to be “quick” and “in and out” because it’s “Monday night and they’re busy”. I understand the seriousness of Covid-19 but he pretty much told us not to go in. Why would you tell people not to shop at your store? We went in after he said this, and he reminded us again to be “in and out”. The regular employees shouldn’t be making up for the lack of management skills, but that’s what happened in this case. Never had previous issues until tonight. His comments made me feel like I shouldn’t shop there in the first place. 0 Stars for management. 5 stars for the on floor workers.

I’ve been to this establishment both pre-covid and during, both experiences were incredibly helpful and efficient! The staff knows how to really make you feel comfortable and welcome, along with having 0 judgements with whatever questions you throw at them. I’ve had 10/10 experiences every time. They have done an exceptional job keeping customers safe during these times by offering masks and sanitizer, along with making sure all products are safe and ready for you. Despite how hard times can be, they brighten your day by making the shopping experience fun!

I haven’t been in a long time was going to come in. Closed. Read the reviews and by the smug response given to people leaving reviews I think I will go elsewhere. These reviews are absolutely horrible. It’s a shame as this used to be the place to go.

I love going here! I have been going here for a few years. Everyone is always so nice. They always are kind and try to help me make informed decisions on toys. Even with Covid, they are doing what they can. Some people have said its embarrassing for someone to follow you around, but the employees are just trying to do their best. I think people forget that NO ONE has ever dealt with this. While some precautions are a little over board, I do like having someone who is handling things for me rather than touching something without knowing how many people have touched it before me.

Very positive experience! By far the best COVID precautions I’ve seen, this was the safest I’ve felt shopping. Plus I got some fabulous recommendations and walked away with some fun new items. Experience was okay in the beginning until I had one particular employee bug me over my mask. I left my real mask at home accidentally so I had to use another one and it didn’t fit my face correctly because it was too big. I told her this repeatedly but she still kept saying something to me. I was told I couldn’t touch anything without their help which is unrealistic because I don’t even know if they have corona. Store is overrated, and over priced. Customer service is horrendous, following me in the store peeping under shelves to see if I’m touching anything or if my mask is coming down. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Rude rude rude employee named Daniel. Didn’t greet me when I came to his register or acknowledge me when I payed. Said goodbye to the couple behind me, who weren’t even at his register. You have to be a next level of disrespectful to a customer who spends almost 100$ at your establishment. Will never recommend my friends to this place as I see people of my kind aren’t welcome! Everyone else was so helpful, Daniel on the other hand needs to be let go expeditiously

I understand they require face masks, but went yesterday and the girl at the front door was extremely rude, bossing us and the couple around in front of us around like a child. Then tells us that we are allowed in but an employee will be walking around with us and we are not allowed to touch anything! What a joke! All other stores are open with nothing like this required. How does having an employee lurking within 6 ft of me keep everyone safer? We left and bought our stuff online for half the price!

Usually my experience at the Todd is always fun and informative. We haven’t been since early this year but the employee at the door insisted my fiancé had been there earlier and that we were only here to ogle not buy anything. This was presumed in a really unprofessional manner that was kind of hurtful as people who at our past visit have always made medium-large purchases. I understand the stress of COVID makes it harder for businesses right now but this could have been handled less rudely.

Very rude employees. Picked up a shoe box to make sure it was the correct shoe that was displayed on the outside of the box, and was treated as if I was going to run out of the store with it. I was there by myself not making any disturbance. Definitely wouldn’t recommend much friendly more helpful places around town that deserve my business.

They are going crazy with the covid precautions here.. it was ridiculous.. someone has to follow you around the store and they watch what you do. He kept asking what I was looking for and they wouldnt let me browse.. its embarrassing for some people to tell complete strangers what they want to buy at a store like this.. I dont want everyone around me to know what personal things i want to buy. So embarrassing. I like being able to pick up and look closely at the products before I buy.. I felt really rushed and embarrassed with the employees watching me. Very unprofessional.. it seems like a great store but the way they are running things are completely ridiculous. I will not be returning until they stop doing things this way.

Since So many staff has left this place has gotten worse and worse. The longer it goes it becomes clear that no one wants to be there anymore, which shows management is useless. Its still one of the more sterile adult stores to go to but for how much longer?

There is such thing as being cautious about covid and then there is being completely ridiculous. You get a whole speech before you go in the store, ok fine. But once you’re in there, they are so rude and treat you like a child. You are not allowed to touch anything, even when I knew I wanted to purchase something when I went to grab it the young girl tells me not to touch anything, to wait for her. Once she came and I tell her I wanted the item she was trying to escort me through the rest of the store to finish my shopping. Also what I purchased is too large after the girl insisted it runs small and would fit. Impossible to gauge how something will fit when you can’t even touch it and by the time you are able to touch it, you are escorted to the register. What a waste of time and money.

Ive been to plenty of sex shops.. This one is different! Very warm and welcoming female staff.. I went in to get a little something to surprise my girlfriend with and was greeted with a warm welcome. The place was bright and clean! After about five minutes one of the mangers came over and assisted.. Being in sales I was very impressed. I had intentions of getting something quick and cheap however I bought several items and spent more Than I had planned. She took the time to go over the different products and advised me in the right direction. Ive been back several times! No creepy guy behind a counter with a dim lit dusty inventory in this place!

They have a great selection, installed batteries free of charge and assured us that our purchase worked properly before leaving! Awesome store with an awesome staff, also one of the brightest lit store in Tampa.The staff members are very knowledgeable about all of the products, if you have questions about anything they will be more than happy to answer them.Their selection is one of the best I have ever seen, you could spend hours just looking at all the products. Have been happy with this place in the past, but for the prices you would think they would stand behind their products. I had an issue with an item that wasnt working properly less than an hour after bringing it home. While i know they tested it before it left the store, the issue only started after close to a full charge. After explaining to the store, they pushed me to call later when another associate was in and acted like it would be an exception to be able to do so. Now I am trying to seek the warranty service, but again, after years of spending money in this store, I am extremely irritated that I spent $60, got nothing and now hopefully dont have to spend a lot to ship this thing back and forth for warranty, if they replace at all. I thought purchasing from a store would give some sort of coverage for immediate issues and guess I was wrong. Moving forward, I see no advantage to purchasing here.

I came here because my friends and I were shopping for Halloween and I needed a corset. We stopped at Wawa to eat beforehand and I still had my cream milkshake. It was in a clearly marked Wawa cup, yet they made me throw it away before I could come inside. I can understand if they are worried about alcohol in the store, but it was harmless drink. I have carried drinks into much more nicer and expensive stores without a problem because other stores do not treat me like a child who cannot properly hold a drink. I wish I could say the same about this ADULT store. Oh well, no business from me.

This store is fun to visit and its like a historical landmark its been here so long, so I go in occasionally. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.They have a good selection of most things. I will buy small stuff like lube or I will buy floggers and paddles here because I like to feel floggers and paddles before buying. Plus, I want to support a local busimess who has been here a long time. However, I will never get any toys or other large goods here. They are EXTREMELY overpriced!!! I understand a brick and mortar store is going to cost more than online goods, and Im willing to spend a little more to support a local business, but come on. If I got the strap on rig and dildo I own at this store rather than Amazon..I would have spent around $150 dollars for the exact same brand and items..price on Amazon for both peices combined? Just under $50 dollars and free shipping. That markup is just too rich for my blood. Make your prices a little more down to Earth and I might actually shop there more than I do now.

This store is really great . Very nice people and the atmosphere is very welcoming. dont feel scared to go in because they wont make you feel uncomfortable at all with anything and will even install batteries into your products before you leave and let you are any item out of the box whether you purchase it or not.

Weve bought three items from here. All broke the first time using them. Apparently the the BDSM box kits they sell are novelty only. Novelty means, in case you are not aware, its for show and not using. When I told the manager this he said there was nothing he could do about it because they didnt accept returns. I attempted to argue that that was crazy. They sold me 137 dollars worth of product that was never meant for usage. He hung up on me. I called for three more days and he never accepted my call again. This place seems good at face value, but its actually not a good place at all.

I and my boyfriend went in today and looked around.... I made a purchase or a few things including some lingerie, I understand its not meant to be kept on for long trust me but I expect better quality for the price you gonna charge me this was my first and last time purchasing lingerie and probably my last time going there.

In town on business and I stopped by the Todd as it was Valentines Day weekend. Wow, their reputation preceeds them. The lingerie was first class, great quality. Qualtiy comparable to Victoria Secret at much better prices. Employees are knowledgeable. I will definitly shop here the next time Im in town.

This place saved my night. After venturing to multiple adult stores locally, some of the other businesses were questionable. i was left with a awkward taste in my mouth.. But because Todd had a very lit establishment, figured i would try them last on my way back to the hotel. Presentable appearance inside and out. Was a very pleasant store. Boyfriend bought a vibrator and i always inspect items we buy and i noticed in the cord crude near the egg. So some one used it and put it back in the package. Now they wont exchange it. We must spend money to send it back to the company. Not good business.

This place is massive. They have many kinds of items aside from major BDSM material. The prices are high but the staff can open packages for you to get an idea of what you are purchasing.

Wow! Yes, things are a bit cheaper online but the knowledge of the staff far exceeds any information that may be misleading online.

Its a huge place with tons of selection BUT the markup on items is absurd. They open packages completely if anyone wants to see and touch before they buy, even if they dont buy it, they then tape it back up and put it back on the shelf with no subtraction in price. Someone has touched it directly.

I bought green rave shorts from there and when I got home there was a rip in the shorts. I went back there to see if I could get an exchange for a pair of shorts which were malfunctioned on their part and never worn but they would not exchange them. I am not going back there unfortunately because I feel like I just gave them money for something I cannot wear unless I go get it tailored. Don’t go there, the stuff is cheap and the managers will not help you. Terrible customer service and I’ve been going there for a long time. 😭💔

The customer service is terrible, I went to buy some shoes, I understand that there is a pandemic but they did not even let me touch the shoe, much less try it on, I asked them if I could buy them, try them at home and if they did not fit me return them and they said no. So I went to another store called Baby Boss, they offered me a better service, they allowed me to touch the shoes and then buy them there.The customer service is terrible, I went to buy some shoes, I understand that there is a pandemic but they did not even let me touch my shoe, much less try it on me, I asked them if I could buy them try them at home and if they did not fit me well return them and they said no.
