They gave me exactly what Carvana offered for my trade-in, and worked tirelessly to get me an incredible 2% loan rate. These guys will not push you, guilt you, or trick you into any extras. They are upfront on all costs (which are very reasonable), and if they offer a product (tire protection...) and you say no, they accept your word immediately, and without giving you any dirty looks or attitude. I was buying my first car a few weeks ago and I went to a few different dealerships who gave me the you wont give what you want in your price range lecture, but when I got here, they had exactly what I needed at exactly the price I needed. They were really transparent about how much it was going to cost right from the beginning and there were no extra fees anywhere. Everything I paid for, I knew about right from the beginning. They were super nice and helpful, explained everything I didnt understand, and took care of everything I needed. There was something small they had planned to fix before selling the car, and they still told me about it beforehand and paid for the repair. Overall, very nice people who will do their best to give you what you need!

A family friend knew Allen from Cars Unlimited, so my wife took a chance and stopped by just to see what they had.We needed a specific vehicle with several makes and models that would fit the bill. A.J. met my wife and walked her through the lot. She found exactly what we were looking for.There was never pressure, never a sign now or this deal is gone gimmick, in fact, they never batted an eye when she left the lot without so much as making a counter offer.They put new tires on the vehicle and changed out a wobbly CV joint, before we could get it off the lot (and the price never changed).We closed the deal a week later, no troubles, got a better rate than expected, got a better warranty than expected, and what was expected - that we would be taken advantage of - never happened.I would go there again. If you are in need of a good vehicle, with a great price and excellent services go to Cars Unlimited. I was in search of a new truck. Found it online on their website. I saw the price and thought it was a mistake. I called them and they verified that it was indeed the right price. I went to see the truck in person 2013 Ford F-150. They handed me the keys and allowed me to take my time and look at the truck with no interruptions. When I was ready for a test drive they were ready to go even though it was time for them to close for the day. After the test drive they answered all my questions about the truck and even gave me a free CarFax report. I brought my own mechanic with me to look at the truck and they said it was in great shape. Needless to say the service was great and bought the truck the next day. I highly recommend this dealership. Wish I could give them 10/10 stars. A.J. was great salesman.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Cars Unlimited! I started the process out with a test drive of the 2012 Sienna on late Saturday afternoon with Justin. From the moment I arrived, there was no pressure at all. Test drove the vehicle and Justin answered all my questions. I was extremely interested in the van and asked Justin what the next steps were, and he said I could start the finance application there on site or online, either way. No pressure at all, just fill out whenever you can. I filled out the application online on the Cars Unlimited website on Sunday and was contacted by AJ on Monday (Cars Unlimited is closed on Sunday) early Monday morning letting me know he just needed a few more pieces of information and he would start the financing process. Within the hour I was approved for financing, all I had to do was send AJ a picture of the front/back of my license and the insurance binder for the vehicle I was purchasing, and he would take care of the rest. I drove down to the dealership on Monday afternoon and was there for less than an hour signing paperwork, then I was free to go in my new van! Excellent experience dealing with AJ and Justin and would recommend Cars Unlimited to anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle. My experience at Cars Unlimited was so much better than one of the big box dealers, who had a fantastic internet price, but then hit me with an $1,800 “reconditioning” fee and then $700 for a GPS tracker that I didn’t need or ask for. The price you see advertised at Cars Unlimited is what it is, plus the addition of a very low dealer fee and then some low document fees. No games, pure class. Go with Cars Unlimited when you need a new car!

I’ve never heard of this place before but I’ve been in the market to purchase a vehicle for the last six months stumbled upon Cars Unlimited while already on another website Looking for a Toyota Tacoma finished up my conversation with the other place and immediately fell in love with the Tacoma at cars unlimited! I called immediately to see the vehicle in person to purchase it, they didn’t want to work with me on the time I wanted to come in due to it being 20 minutes after closing time which is completely understandable. I was so excited I drove 45 minutes out of my busy day to look at the truck with my own eyes loved it immediately sent in my application and we agreed for me to come in Monday to purchase the truck. We’ve talked on the phone around 5-7 times with the understanding that I was coming in I was serious and was not intending on wasting there time I am a local business owner my self in St.petersburg Fl I would never purposely waste another person time. Today I got off of work at 1:30 and was on my way to again PURCHASE THE TOYOTA , while on the ramp I-275 to Tampa I get a phone call from AJ at cars unlimited and proceeded to hammer me with the worst news I could hear all day that unfortunately due to someone beating me there with cash in hand I was no longer being sold the vehicle and better luck next time. Family owned at its finest. I bought my first car in over 10 years this week from AJ at Cars Unlimited and it could not have been a nicer experience.. I found the deal on carfax a couple weeks ago and after I got a loan from the bank and the rest of the necessary funds I drove up from Naples to purchase a 4door 4wheel drive, black Jeep Wrangler sport.. after doing some research it was by far the best deal I found for that type of car, which is what I wanted. Upon arrival, AJ took me for a test drive in it and I was hooked right away. Him and his family were so friendly and helpful during the paperwork process and showing me how to take the soft top down and all it’s features. They took my clunker of my hands and gave me what they could for it, which after 10 years of beating it into the ground I was grateful to get anything. Couldn’t have been a nicer experience, and I highly suggest working with this family before any other dealer.

AJ hung in there with me, I so badly wanted a truck he got it for me but, i decided I couldnt get it the payment was too much, so I asked him to find me something that I could afford and he did. A Chevrolet equinox. Yes I love it. And through it all AG hung in there with me he understood my situation he worked with me he got me something I could afford. Youre totally awesome AJ. I went just to look and was very impressed the the quality of vehicles on this lot. I asked an employee and was made aware that there are no sale associates in this store... After thinking about it, I was in love lol. I am definitely coming back the next time I am looking to buy a car or truck. Not having the pressure of a salesman making up stories about a vehicle they do not know much about should make the buying experience much better.

It was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, hands down. I live out of town, they met every need I requested of them. I found the vehicle online, drove down to test drive it, completed the paper work and was out the door. Allen and his team are true professionals and care about their customers! I have bought many cars over the last 25 years and this easily one of the best experiences so far. Most dealers make the process so bad that you dont even want to consider buying a vehicle. I just bought a F250 from them (AJ was the one that helped me out) and the whole team bent over backwards to get me a great deal and made sure the process was quick and smooth. They have great up-front pricing with no haggling, give very reasonable trade-in prices, and take care of all your needs. Even after I left the dealership with a vehicle that was sold as-is, they still worked with me to fix a small issue a few days after purchasing it, at no cost to me. We had an overall great experience. Friendly staff who did not give us the run around on negotiating car prices. All of the cars we looked at and test drove were in excellent shape both mechanically and body detail. My fiancee is on his sixth car bought from this location and has never had any problems with any of the vehicles that he purchased here.
