Solid place. Went back after i got my ride from them. They hooked me up with a tire guy who was legit affordable. They couldve gotten me to go with them but they knew i was in a hurry so they sent around the block. Cool people.

Love the Honda I purchased a few months ago from here. Unfortunately the car already has multiple electrical problems, and the ac compressor went out today (im told its because the system was waaaay overcharged by Liberty Auto). Im only 3 months in and Ive wanted to take the car back and ask for help with some of these repairs for at least a month. Will update with better rating if owner can help with this

I made the educated decision to not purchase a Cadillac from this dealer and I highly suggest that you do not as well. The owner, Peter, comes across as the kindest and nicest person. He tries every dirty trick in the book! Creative bait and switch. Vehicles with very mysterious pasts and vague stories to match. Poor body work done to mend battered vehicles. I have a 700 credit score and he tried to put me through a sub prime lender. He makes back end money on financing that way. Also, only dealerships with a good reputation have relationships with credit unions. The man from the sub prime lender that Peter greedily selected for me highly recommended that I go to another dealership. I do my research. I purchased my own Carfax. Please, do not buy here unless you have money to burn.

Test drove a 1989 supra they had for sale for 3500 dollars. While I was driving it the brakes failed, barely drove under power, the transmission wouldnt shift passed 2nd gear and it stalled at the light on 78th street and had to push it back to dealership

Wouldnt recommend going here. I bought a car from them a few months ago. I paid more than I wanted only because I really liked the car. The cars worth about half of what he sold it to me for, but I didnt care because I loved it and I get dealers mark it up.I still love my car. LOVE IT. But if he was honest and made me aware of these problems instead of telling me how clean the title was, and what a great deal I was getting, and how another person was coming tomorrow to get it if I didnt buy now, Id say give him a chance. If he wasnt shady by putting the top down as soon as i showed an interest in it, hiding SO many flaws, id say go to him. Yes I know they are used cars, and if I paid what the cars worth it might have been a fair deal. Im now out $6k and have at least $3k worth of repairs that I cant afford to do, and even if i could i have a car that even a specialist cant figure out what they did to it. Shady as far as Im concerned. Im not a car person, they saw me coming and took advantage. Would never go back and definitely wouldnt recommend. I’ll never buy as-is again thanks to this place.Or, if you DO go, make sure to inspect every inch of your purchase BEFORE signing anything. Bring it to a mechanic if you can. Im glad I found my car. I just wish it wasnt a complete lemon for the price I paid and sold to me as if the previous owner took such great care of it, and how it was such a wanted car by other customers. Ive bought used cars before, but Ive never had so many issues, especially at the price I paid. Disappointing.

Scammers! Bought a used Mercedes from them, was missing one key ($600) which he said he would find, after we bought the car said he guess it only has one key. The car was sold as a 70k miles clean title with minor accident, Recived a title from FL that says SALVAGE. They also sneak in paperwork that the cars are most likly salvaged or had paintwork and poor bodywork done. Just snuck it in to be signed they arw scammers.

Never ever buy a car from this professional scam artist!!! He is as bad as they come. He pretends to be a nice guy and seems to be helping you to no end but as soon as you sign the paperwork and pull off the lot he will screw you over every time. He sales patched up cars, lies about warranty coverage, and denies all accountability. Thanks Peter for putting my family of four in an unsafe vehicle that had been previously wrecked. I hope my story prevents someone else from being taken advantage of and left with nothing but problems.I bought a 2010 Chevy Impala from Peter in June after my other car was unexpectedly flooded. Peter made us feel like he was really trying to help and gave us a great deal (or so I thought). I know nothing about cars so I questioned him about the vehicle and even drove it to make sure everything was okay. I even bought the warranty which Peter assured me would cover any and everything bumper to bumper with only a $100 deductible no matter what. Basically I ended up with a $10,000 price tag for the car and warranty with decent monthly payments.The car had a couple concerns which Peter promised his mechanic would fix in a couple days. These included a tapping from the air conditioner and issues with a headlight and tail light. When I came to get it fixed the mechanic claimed to have fixed the headlight and brake light and at least got the tapping to stop. Upon inspection, the brake light still did not work and the headlight eventually stopped working a couple months later.Less than two weeks after I bought it, the car would not even start. I called Peter and he said he would send someone out to fix it, however I had to pay another $100 that I didnt have after spending so much on the car already. Turns out it was the starter due to a major oil leak. I informed Peter and he did nothing. At least the car was running for the time being so we attempted to deal with it until we could put it in the shop and use the warranty.At the end of August, the headlight started dimming until it eventually stopped working completely and the transmission started slipping. I almost got rear ended when it started because I pushed the gas and nothing happened. I purchased a bulb to fix the light and after it did not work an associate came out and showed us that it was a wiring mess and the car was in a major accident. I called Peter once again and he said to bring it in. I thought he was going to make everything right but he sent me to the shop behind him and told me to use my warranty. I was a little aggravated but I thought that at least it would only be another $100 and then everything would be fixed. Wrong!The mechanic tried to fix the headlight so I could at least drive around since he couldnt really look at it for a couple of days. It worked for a few minutes after I left and then stopped again. I came back a couple days later and left it so he could take a look. When I went back, he had a laundry list of issues and a price tag of $367 before the warranty company could even look at it. Apparently my awesome warranty does not cover everything like Peter claimed. Several things had to be fixed before they could even come out to see what they would cover and I would still have to fix the rest out of pocket. Here is the list of issues: transmission servicing/ possible replacement (transmission leaking), new engine mount, burnt headlamp wiring requiring harness repair, engine leaking at pan gasket and oil filter, front bumper sensors need replacement (preventing air bag deployment in case of an accident), front passenger seat belt will not tighten in case of an accident, ETC.I was very upset and spoke with Peter about all of the issues and he was as cold as can be. He said that I should have expected issues with a used car and how was he supposed to know it had been wrecked. He was completely stoic and the greasy, selfish car salesman that you always hear about. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

3-8-2015 Do your research and due diligence folks. Make sure to get your own Carfax report and check the vehicle for salvage,accidents and the mileage to make sure it matches up. Looked at 2005 Honda Element that listed with 99931k miles that liberty had. Everything was great, from contact, approval, and car customization. In fact I was ready to head over to sign the paperwork and decided to pull the Carfax myself. Good thing I did!! Last time the car was serviced, showed mileage of 152k, and an accident (where the vehicle was disabled enough to have to be towed away from the site), when I asked him, he said this was not on his autocheck report. I later recieved a text saying he returned the vehicle. I checked and the vehicle appears to be down now. Just a reminder, to always do your research and due diligence folks before you buy.
