Today the last day of payment to pay off my car. I cant fight that much because in the end it was my fault for not checking the car properly. In these three months it has been a nightmare, excessive expenses, the car has been damaged more than four times in less than three months. But on top of that I have been making payments of a thousand dollars a month for the vehicle. My recommendation is that you always bring a mechanic with you to buy used cars because in the end any seller wants to sell regardless of your situation ...

I just brought a car from them and only had it a month and all type of things are going wrong and I paid half of what the car coast. And these people Avin Enterprise Inc dont care about their customers they only care about the money Mike is so rude and the other guy. They will offer to help but its really not help I brought a 2012 GMC Terrain the price said $6995 so I put $4000 on it and so now I owe them $4000 more dollars somebody please tell me am I going crazy or what nothing about this sounds right. Im bout to file a complaint with BBB on them for False advertising and selling bad cars. DO NOT SHOP WITH AVIN ENTERPRISE INC......

By far one of the least professional dealerships I’ve went too, was very interested in an Audi A5 started asking questions about the car for example, hey how long has it been since the car drove? How long since you guys have done an oil change etc. both sales people gave me different times for both questions one said 2 days and the other said a week or so, and both were completely wrong. There was literally cobwebs all over the engine bay. A half inch of sediment build up in the gas cap. Then one of there sales people preceded to tell me that if I don’t like the car find another one on the lot. I already had 3 cars picked out and I asked if I could test drive the A5 and they preceded to tell me I could only run the engine. Arent honest about there cars at all. Oh also got in a yelling match with one of them because he got offended a customer actually knew what they were talking about check out kings auto instead!

Ive purchase two vehicles from these guys. Ive got to say they back their word and stick by what they sell. No pressure no gimmicks the in house process is straight forward and easy. The first vehicle I purchased was unfortunately totaled by a friend 8 months or so after I bought it. I loved that truck. I started shopping around and with trucks as expensive as they are u wasnt trying to spend a fortune. Elia, sorry if I spelt it wrong was great. He helped me track down another truck. Got me what I was looking for and got me back on the road. So, here I am. Second vehicle purchased from them and 💯 satisfied with them all. If youre on the market for a used car then. Check them out. They give you Carfax no games nothing to hide theyll show you what they have thatll work for you and leave it up to you if you wanna make it happen.

I chose this place just because I was looking for a used truck, and they do have a lot of them. I was shown around by a gentleman named Ilya, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. They did not have what I was looking for, and he explained that all their cars come from the auction, but they were all from the car dealers. There was absolutely no pressure from him, which I like. Almost every vehicle has a carfax report, and that is truly helpful. I am not in a rush to buy a vehicle, so I will be constantly checking back for updates. If you go, ask for Ilya.

I would not recommend to anyone they totally screwed me over i told them i needed a reliable vehicle that i was a single mother and a healthcare worker they took my money put me in something that had a exhaust leak the car had problem after problem they rigged it up to keep them payments coming eventually it broke down a few thousand dollars later geico paid them off now they are coming at me saying i owe them money. DEF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Do not buy from this place, they sell dangerous cars without telling you. Sold us a $10,000 salvaged truck without telling us. We spent over $2,500 to repair it. They agreed to giving us a contract saying we didnt owe any more payements on it if we returned it. When my mother and 17 year old sister got there, Mike got into their face and started screaming at them. Luckily we got it all on video.

Good selection of vehicles, salesmen are friendly and not pushy, quality of the vehicles they sell is very good and their prices are very reasonable.I needed more of a down payment and they worked something out with me to be able to get the car I wanted and I was able to drive home the same day. 3 days after getting my car I had a death in my family and had to leave the state for a week causing me to be late on my very first payment, they were very understanding of my situation and worked with me again. I am so thankful for them! I love my car and have not had any problems with it at all!

Would not recommend anyone to buy from them got a car with them two days later it overheated so I change the thermostat and housing also radiator not the problem so they came and picked it up told me that they will fix it the part lol was $300. It was good for 3weeks and started to over heat again the boss man said its on us lol we had it more then a week. Just think twice before buying from them

The first time I went to this car dealership after I saw one of my favorites SUV on autotrader which was being sold by them; I couldnt believe the car had such miles by checking the inside of it. Me, upon arrival, I noticed the car inside looked very neat just like a brand new car, leather and carpet. Too clean to be truth for the miles it had. Even two brand new tires. Their staff very comunicative, flexible and honest, I placed a deposit to hold the car and two weeks later I paid the car off. Better than most car agencies with their hidden and terms fees. To tell you about my recent purchase experience. I putschase a car on Saturday as soon as I left the dealer the same day the tire blow up on the road. I call them and they said well they cant do anything about it. I find it so unreasonable, noted that I could of have a accident due to the car they just sold to me. And then on top of that all the lights in the car went on. I test drive the car before purchasing for around 7 minutes and at the time nothing went on. But as soon as I left the dealer everything went on. I call them and told them to fix the problem or exchange but something must be done. They neglected customers and didnt do the right thing. Dont purchase a car there they are selling to you use junk that looks good on the outside but rotten on the inside engine.

Zero stars!They will show you the car, sell it with buy here pay here then repo the car even when you pay on time! The repo company gets an order to repocess and they cant tell you the reason because they dont know! Next day you contact the dealer and its a silly excuse then they ask you to pay the total balance or you wont get the car back!Most cars sold here have hidden mechanical problems!!DONT TRUST MIKE!!!!!!BBB was involved but they didnt do anything!Lost $20k here!

Friendly people, but wiredly not interested in selling cars. The one car from the online inventory I was interested in was on a holding lot, flat tire, and over all in extremely bad shape. Not that I wanted to buy it, but Avin didnt even try to get me interested... Wired.

I bought a mkx from this place i got behinde 9 days and they repoed my car yes thts just a little over a week late i have never seen this b4 dealers work with you if your late but they told me if i cant pay them thy want my car back i told them i can pay whats behinde but thy said no bring the car then when u get the past due u can come get it.How does that sound not like any real car dealer. I made a big mistake buy goin to this place.i will have the money to pay them but im not b4 i do bussiness with this place again they can keep the car cuz im not goin to let them rip me off they can keep the dwnpayment i paid 3 weeks ago i still had a temp plate on the car tht hasnt even exspired so if the plate wasint exspired tht means i wasint even 30 days late. Elya and the guy mike u can keep it.its not even worth doin biz with your company. And i would refer no one to this place have high milage cars tht most have a problems i had to take the cadillac i bought from them back to trade for the mkx because the sun roof leaked and ruined alot of my personal items but i still had to pay for it.Never do biz with this or any buy here pay here place but especailly this 1.

Horrible car. Tire and serpentine belt both dry rotted. Had to change ac and had to put a new radiator, radiator assembly, and oil pressure gauge. To top it off, the spare tire wasnt even one that fit on my car! Stay away from Avon enterprise! Theyre criminals!
