Me and my wife bought a 2021 Explorer St she loves it. We were very pleased with the level of customer service that Xavier and Tanner provided. They answered all of our questions about the car and also helped us get the perfect color that we wanted. We actually thought the blue one yall had on the lot was an atlas blue but it turned out that yall had the one that my wife actually wanted which was infinite blue metallic there were a few minor discrepancies on the vehicle but Xavier has been working hard to make sure that these are corrected and taking care of promptly. Tanner and Xavier both went above and beyond our expectations and made are buying experience a good one which can sometimes be tricky. They took really good care of us and we will definitely be back to buy another vehicle when that time comes.

I am absolutely amazed with Bill Currie Ford of Tampa! I came in met with Mike, told him what I was looking at, he promptly told me he knew the vehicle was on the lot and grabbed the keys super fast. Did a test drive and liked it but wanted to sit on it. He wasn’t pushy at all, was very attentive, and very knowledgeable with the inventory he had on the lot. Next day, we came back into the building and said “hey man, look we are open to this vehicle as well.” He again promptly got the keys, drove with us on the test drive. Got back mike said “look if you guys wanna sleep on it that’s fine.” We told him to get numbers. While numbers were getting gathered, he went to a local restaurant and bought us dinner. Mike over exceeded the expectations. He was extremely professional, not pushy, easy to talk to, and very understanding of what our wants and needs were. Thank you for the great service for buying our dinner and for going over the top with getting all of my belongings out of the car.Also Grace, had greeted me the second day and was ready to go to bat for the buyers in her building. Thanks Grace for inviting me into the building to give you feedback and for buying my lunch.

This dealership and its employees have gone above and beyond all expectations for me.I was a difficult customer looking for a rare vehicle at a price that I could fit in my budget.Salesman Sergio Fabian and General Manager Sean Sullivan found me the vehicle and got the deal done.It took a lot of time and effort on their part and I am so thankful they hung in there for me over a number of months. Who does that in the day and age?They took the time to listen to my situation and figure out how to make this work for me.They kept me informed they also told me the truth. I have found this is not the case with other dealerships I have dealt with recently.Michelle Santiago, the finance manager also worked very hard to get me through the paperwork and got me the extended warranty I wanted at a price I could afford.Again, I felt genuine care that is not found anywhere else.I am so very impressed with them and everyone else I have in contact with at Bill Currie. They all know the vehicle business, but also are kind and attentive.The service department is also the best I ever dealt with.I have used them for 25 years personally as well as with my company with its fleet of vehicles. Those technicians listen and figure out solutions where others fail.I was difficult on these folks , and they got it done and I appreciate them very, very much.

This dealerships service to the community does not stop at selling affordable and reliable vehicles. The General Manager (Sean) and his team go above and beyond with many organizations helping those in need. Recently they assisted AMIkids Tampa by hosting a public forum attended by many community leaders as well as several at risk youth. The kids took full advantage of the stage provided by Grace the Marketing Director. They used the venue and opportunity to share their stories and make a long lasting impact on all those in attendance. Sean took the time to speak to the kids about his life journey and how they too can overcome their present to create a bight future.Every time I meet with Sean or Grace they are planning another event or fund raiser for someone less fortunate in the Tampa Bay area. It is inspiring to see a large business focused so heavily in something other than their profits!!

The worst experience ever. Was told by Leah in service that according to her records in the computer, my vehicle was sold with a lifetime power train warranty. Later to find out that my vehicle was exempt because when i bought it it had to many miles on it (83k) and i didnt purchase any extra warranty with it. Last but not least, i was told i needed a new or rebuilt transmission. $7,200-$8,200. I asked if they can flush the transmission fluid, change filter to see if the problem was the same. I was told NO to come back and take my vehicle. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop just to find out that i was short on transmission fluid. ( 8oz)My truck is driving perfectly. No issues. Your technician is a crook!

0 stars if I had the option. Horrendous customer service. Ran my car through a kbb estimator online and immediate had a representative, Lauren, reach out to me via email, text and call. I spoke with her on the phone about her (Currie fords) interest in purchasing my Mercedes. I show up an hour later, have my key taken and was told a manager will be test driving and assessing my vehicle before giving me an offer. One hour goes by, and nobody has even looked at my car. The showroom is literally empty of any customers, only employees (who have all noticed me standing there). Finally, an older gentleman approached me and asked for my info, only to come back and tell me “we are unfortunately not interested in purchasing your vehicle”. The manager Christian (on his way out the door) couldn’t care less and offered an empty apology for watching me stand there for an hour and said “I’ll pass this along”. If this is the kind of service they offer, I’d be very apprehensive about doing ANY kind of business here.

We called beforehand to see if they had the vehicle we wanted. They were super kind and text us their info. As we pulled up Xavier was there to greet us. He had a very kind personality and was extremely honest. The managers were awesome! The showroom was super clean and even has a little restaurant :) great place! We will be back :)

Sales guy was pushy, kept telling me I had to do a credit app to look at the car. I had to ask several times to see the interior before he would allow it. Took my car keys for an appraisal and then refused to give them back. Kept telling me they “ could open our car for us if we needed it”. Finance manager comes out and says that the sales guy wrote down that I was okay with a payment that I never agreed to. Couldn’t come to terms so I said “ thanks for your time, but we are going to pass for now. Have a great one”. The sales rep then Follows me into the parking lot saying that I told him that if they lowered the price I would sign it. Yelling across the lot at me. Then, as I’m trying to put my kids in my car he follows me up to my car and is knocking on the window asking me to get back out and come back in. It was an awful experience.Even initially when we asked for our keys back and said we wanted to give it some thought, maybe grab lunch, they kept insisting that I could just have lunch at the dealership and didn’t need to leave.I loved the car, but I can’t buy from a place that takes people hostage. That was rough.

Bought a truck a year ago from Bill Currie Ford. The phenomenally handsome finance manager that I did my paperwork had retired from the business. The great news is he was replaced by a new finance manager with the same name so that made it easy to remember.So anyway, I had an issue with 2 tires. Whats the odds of that but I couldnt remember the policy or name of warranty company. Yeah my wife says I should be a better record keeper. The best part was that I was able to meet the new Damian and it was as if we were friends forever in just a few minutes. He was able to get the information to me that I needed. Went over a couple of maintenance options that I may find helpful if this time I keep the truck.Most people who receive bad customer service will scream to the raptors and it makes it seem as if thats whats out there. We have to give flowers to those that deserve it. The bad folks dont seem to take days off so how can the good ones. Damian Ireton was a blessing to me and he solved my problem set my appointment and brightened the day.

Terrible experience, bought a truck from them back in May. Before heading to the dealership I asked if the truck had any issues, I was assured that the truck was perfect shape. Upon arrival there were definitely issues with the truck like a broken glovebox and a passenger seatbelt missing. After seeing this I decided to buy the truck anyways because I lived over 3 hours away from Tampa. After singing all the papers they were unable to fill up the new truck for me so I had to find a gas station with an empty truck in a city I’m not from. The next day the fuel pump went out on the truck,( can happen on any vehicle so I was not upset) I replaced the fuel pump and called the dealership to see when I could expect the seatbelt and $50 gift card for the empty gas tank. The assured me that the would send a check for the gas and seatbelt replacement and also told me that they would reimburse me for the fuel pump. I was pleased to hear that they were willing to help out with the fuel pump. But after multiple attempts and emails regarding the check. I have still not received any reimbursement for the broken parts after 7 months.They will do anything to sell you a car and their 100 plus safety inspection is a joke.they are a bunch of crooks, they will do whatever they can to sell you a car including empty promises and lies.I WOULD STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS “STEALERSHIP”!!!!

One of the worst dealerships I had ever gone to, full of scums. I called 3-4 times prior to coming in to see a vehicle as the pictures revealed the vehicle was previously modified (I was interested in warranty) and was reassured by 2 different people it had not been, and is infact stock. I commit to a 2 hour drive to view the vehicle, and sure enough, the suspension is aftermarket, and the muffler chopped off, leaving the car so loud I couldnt even hear the salesman. Upon speaking to the manager, as opposed to remedying the issue, he just kept bringing up potential lawsuits from me against them, and he seemed to just love to use the phrase you could sue us if we did X and Y as they were doing X and Y. Didnt make a whole lot of sense.

Rude salesman and receptionistWalked into the store on October 1st 2021. It was around 4 in the afternoon. The store had literally very few customers with a bunch of sales people doing nothing. I walked to the information desk where one sales person and another customer service person were chit chatting. The salesman was leaning on the desk, didn’t even move a bit. Asked me and my friend what we were there for, we told them what we were looking for, they begin treating us horribly, until I told them we were looking to buy something between 30K-70K the sales person begin to show some care. Long story short, the salesman was super rude and sarcastic. We decided to walk out of the story after spending 5 minutes in the store, as we were leaving the store, the receptionist (a guy with sleeve tattoos) yelled and said “dont waste our time”. I was shocked and never had I ever been treated this way in a dealership. Terrible place. I feel bad for the owner of this business.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE at Bill Currie Ford of Tampa.From the day we walked in until the day we picked up our long-awaited Bronco Sport, we had ongoing continued communication with our representative Angela. We had not even purchased anything and yet Angela stayed in contact. We talked about our kids and learning to drive, we talked about the economics of car sales, we talked about the concerns as mamas with kids navigating the world of high school. Over the months, Angela went out of her way to become a friend, not just a dealership representative, and we had not even purchased/paid for the car yet! When our car arrived, Angela and Sergio were there to walk us through every step of the process. Sergio took my son with him to practice driving, fill up the tank, and give him a point by point tutorial on all of the fabulous features of the vehicle. Im thoroughly impressed, and thats not an easy task. From the first interaction with Chris after my internet information request, to signing on the dotted line for my Mustang GT, I couldnt have asked for a more enjoyable experience. Vanessa and Maurice are rockstars! I got a great car at a great price with no games. You cant ask for more when buying a car, especially in these times of low stock. This dealership is a 90 minute drive for me and it was well worth it. Ill definitely be back for maintenance and the next new vehicle I purchase.

Mike, don and Chris were all helpful. As a first time car buyer at a dealership my experience was extremely amazing. I got a good car for my family and all my questions were answered. I had a really bad experience buying a car with them. The main salesman I dealt with was very good, but as soon as I showed some second thoughts about buying the truck, his supervisor became very aggressive, and actually told me I was wasting everyones time (I wish I remember his name). I did eventually buy the truck. They supposedly do an extensive inspection on the used vehicles they sell, but I had to go back and get brake pads and rotors replaced. The service manager did give me a discount because I had just gotten the truck, but I still had to pay $500, when the problem was there from the beginning. I would not recommend this dealership.

The salesman at this dealership were friendly. However, the manager (Willy) was not. He is the farthest thing from a personable person that wants to make a deal. The salesman offered one price and when asked to talk to a manager, Willy came over and jacked the price up even more. He was absolutely NO help and just added to the price of the vehicle. Being it was a large cash sale and we indicated that numerous times his response was “I don’t know why you keep saying cash deal, that means nothing to us.” WOW, simply WOW!! The only dealership I’ve dealt with where cash means nothing and is the same value to them as financing. The only reason I gave two stars was because the sales reps were personable, honest, and respectful, that’s the ONLY reason, but they’ve lost our business for good just because of Willy.

I have known exactly what Ive wanted for a couple of years now and have been looking for the right one. It showed up at Bill Currie Ford about a week ago. From the time I called and asked for more information and specific pictures I received absolutely top of the line service. I think a huge thank you to everyone involved is in order including the service and the detail techs for doing such a great job on the car. Always great working with the team at Bill Currie Ford! Nicole Gardner is an outstanding Service Writer and even better person - always helpful and her follow-up is the best I have ever experienced. Does what she says, no excuses. Awesome. Same goes for Grace Thomas and Edwin Torres. I worked with them on the back pack drive and both did amazing work to make it happen. Ron, Caleb, Zach, Nick and Tanner also pitched in at critical times to help out. This is really appreciated due to the fact they were busy with customers from time to time but still came by to check to see if they could help. I just bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra from Bill Currie Ford. Walking in I was skeptical because dealerships are always trying to make as much money as possible at the customers expense, not Bill Currie Ford. I told Edwin Torres my budget an he stuck to it. Being straight out of college with limited credit experience they were able to work with me and found a plan that was great for me that was within my budget and that I was truly happy with. Before driving off the lot I noticed a nail in my rear driver tire. I mentioned this to Edwin and he called me the next day and had me bring the car in and got the tire patched at no extra cost. Edwin Torres is truly a man of his word! Great experience!

For the past week I spent time communicating with Jordan “Iggy”, he had been beyond excellent and above my expectations for a salesman. He was very personable and outgoing. Why is it that Ford Dealerships are charging a shop supplies fee and doc & storage fee. Even though I am using ford rewards these fees should not be charge.The service was timely , was ready in under a hour for 8k mile serviceI would have given 5 stars on the service alone, but not disclosing any of the additional fees on a standard service is ridiculous and stealing.I had a Toyota for 13 years before this and none of 5 dealerships in Tampa area ever included this. This is just scummy and I should not have to bring it up to not be charged it. If you care about your Service scores, Maybe not try and nickel n dime customers for overhead fees that should be built into your price.Update:So instead of my Ford Pass rewards cost being in 12,000 to 12,500 point redemption range which is what I was quoted by service adviser. It cost 14,264 points.Again this is about principle of their billing practices.

I learn my lesson this past week at this dealer on financing a vehicle. I really thought that the staff including the sales manager really cared about their customers. I found out they DONT. Part of it is my fault for signing paperwork before making a solid decision. I still think that they shouldve been more professional and not hanging up on me while I was having a conversation with the salesman that assist me in financing a vehicle. Than I was threatened with the law from a manager, not going to say no names but I know who he is. This really made me feel very uncomfortable and frustrated. You might think you have all the rights also remember customers have more rights. So I decided to keep the vehicle. I will be trading it in next year but not at this dealer. This was all due to me not wanting the vehicle. Never will I do buisness with this dealer.

Walked into Bill Currie Ford knowing what I wanted to buy. The sales person took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all my questions. While I waited for the sales associate to run some paperwork I ate a delicious Ruben sandwich in the Cafe in the showroom (it was really good!!). Then I worked the financials with Damian and he was great. No selling me, I got Exactly what I wanted. The GM, Sean, is a super nice guy and they gave me a fantastic value on trade in. The process was easy and painless.This is my second time buying from Bill Currie Ford and I will certainly be going there again!

My first car needed some warranty repairs and Roy Ambler, my service advisor, was quick to take care of the issues and make things right.I recently purchased a pre-owned Miata for a great deal. My salesman, Xavier, is really the reason I purchased the car. After some negotiation we reached a price that made me smile. Xavier was a great sport through the negotiations, kept me updated, had all the paperwork ready when I got off work, and even called me a week after the purchase to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I walked in at 4:30pm and by 5:30pm I was driving away in my new car.

Did not have a good experience, dropped off a 2013 ford escape with a transmission problem, took them 15 days to tell me i needed a new transmission knowing i was paying a rental this whole time, also $7300 for a new transmission this is insane. a transmission shouldnt go bad with only 82k miles after all maintenance have been done accordingly. i also bought a 2017 ford f250 recently and previous owner paid for for DIESEL ENGINE CARE PLUS warranty when he first bought it brand new and they told me i can not transfer the warranty to my name, when everywhere i look online says warranties are transferrable since its attached to the vin number of the vehicle which only make sense, it shouldnt matter whos driving the vehicle, warranty for that vehicle have been paid for.

Honestly, this dealership does not ever deserve 1 star. The WORST customer service that I have had in my life. If your representative is Nina, good luck, she will probably never gonna follow up with you. I brought my car for the middle console. They said the part was going to arrive around 4-5 weeks. It has been more than that, no call. No way to get on the phone with anyone, they pass you around like they are playing hot potato. I asked for a manager, he never called. I had to go in person, the lady at the front was so rude. After I finally get to meet the manager, we found out they ordered a piece for the CUP HOLDER! Customer service works, and it seems they have the worst people for mechanics as well. I can’t understand how they have such a good rating. It is disgusting.

Took my car I bought there for service and for two other repairs. Dropped car off. I had to call to see if it was ready. I was told service was done. Recall had parts availability problem. Radio was not addressed. That would have be addressed at another time.Scheduled another service at 9:15 am as a dropoff. Arrived 8:50 am was to have a seat and they would come get me. At 9:15 was told to hold on. I paid for services and can get better service from anywhere.

Ron was fantastic at getting the test drive together quickly, great guy to have conversation with while going through the drive and process. Ron go the numbers to where I wanted to be and now I have my new F150 and loving it.
