For a 32oz cup of ice only this place actually charged $1.85!!! Wow almost 2 dollars for a cup of ice? Even bought my own water... Watch out public its summer and this place will price gouge you for a cup of ice. No wonder the City of Tampa Police were standing next to the registers. Then as I question the price their employees laugh.

This wawa is terrible when it comes to employees getting drinks right. Every time I order a latte with extra flavor or espresso they never put it in or stir the drink itself. I basically give them free money for a mediocre order.

Good Wawa, stays stocked. Michelle the cashier goes above and beyond for customers, very helpful, beautiful person. The other employees are good too. I always get coffee, always fresh and ask the goodies are always fully stocked.

The cop who works there came and yelled at me in line and threatened to kick me out because I didn’t know what the clean air act was? I had to beg him to let me stay and pay for my food. The funny thing is his mask was below his nose the entire time. I was very confused by the entire situation and he breathed his covid all over me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Came to get gas. Greeted female cashier and she didn’t say two words to me.. didn’t even give me my receipt, just stood there looking at me as if she was waiting for me to walk away. Felt very uncomfortable. Wasn’t the cashier with the braids.

My wife and I shop here almost Daily for coffee etc... Tonight I walked in ...went straight to ATM, took out $10 , as I talked on my phone , then left store and got in my car, only to find out an employee I recognized as a cashier Ive seen many times with no issue...followed me to my car and was staring me down. As I backed out he starts shouting to me...I rolled windows down and asked what he was saying to which he replied...Enjoy those candies insinuating I stole something... as I parked car , got out and attempted to clarify what he said he told me nevermind and hurried back inside. I left and came right back to speak to a manager, who was busy counting a register and couldnt come from around counter but gave me a corporate number that I fully intend on calling. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and disrespected as I am a 42 yr old General Manager of a corporate restaurant who definitely doesnt need to steal candy from a Wawa. This was completely unacceptable.

There is a sign on the doors that say masks required, but I go inside to a police officer with no mask on, leaning on top of the safety glass where the food is being made, having a conversation with the girl making food. He is literally within 2 feet of the food. Are police officers exempt to having covid? Nobody seemed bothered by this, so I can only assume that it occurs regularly. Nobody has the balls to say anything to a cop

Theyve cleaned up the presence of panhandlers so that they are less threatening and aggressive. The staff are very meaningful in their efforts to engage in personal protection, theres visible signs instructing customers about precautions to take, and they advise customers to wear masks which they sell. I saw one of the staff actually ask a customer to put on a mask... I appreciate their efforts to keep Tampa safe. Theyre stocked with an assortment of fruits which is becoming more of a custom. Ive not taken the wild step of eating at a quick serve gas station - still seems too risky. Also comedy are not limiting the number of visitors to the store which is troubling. They started offering ethanol free gas but I couldnt easily see which pump had that option... Better signage would help.

Most Wawas do not care about masking.In this one, everyone wears a mask below their nose. Cashier has a mask and FULL plexiglass barrier between us and is gravely concerned that Im not wearing a mask.Just wondering if their definition of safety is pretending to wear a mask.

Very reasonable prices for some very good, made to order, food. Also, the employees are always friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities. Good luck to the surrounding businesses, when theres a Wawa being built in the area.

Service at this wawa is always terrible. If you go order food and a drink make sure you have 20 plus minutes to wait for them to even see you ordered it. If they make it wrong prepare for them to give you attitude if they have to fix it.

The employees walk all around you dont say excuse me...I order a smoothie and the worker always takes his time making it then my smoothie sits there till hes done wiping the counters and cleaning the blenders and it be melting and falling all out the cup.

Worst Wawa ever! Stopped by around six in the morning for the usual prefishing trip goodies. They did not have the kitchen open, no ice, and no coffee. I didnt know what to do with myself. I was surprised they had gas. I need to speak to the manager, as this is an unsat experience from Wawa.

Today i decide at this location for a sandwich and soup. Meka that works in the Deli area gave the best customer service. Knowledge you with a smile went beyond making sure my order was correct because it was busy for a sunday. Need more staff like her...... Will visit again

Tonight, I ordered a bacon avocado club sandwich mainly for the avocado, which was apparently absent... An ingredient mentioned in the name of the sandwich should undoubtedly be very present unless specifically requested to be excluded. The (un)finished product was mediocre. I normally enjoy Wawa, namely other locations, but I am disappointed.

This Wawa isnt in a good location seems shady and the store looked dirty. One thing they had was security in the store at least since this location probably because of high crime in the area. Best to be cautious if come here better Wawa locations elsewhere better to go elsewhere.

Definitely a click bait. The cheese steak was not as big or look anything close to the picture. They should make it clear if they are giving half a cheese steak or a full cheese steak sandwich. Plus, not everything I ask for was inside the cheesesteak, like the cheddar cheese. Plus based on the amount they give for $3, its ridiculous. But the chai tea is a must get.

Check out is super fast at this Wawa despite it being super busy, especially in the morning time. Great breakfast sandwiches, always fresh and warm. Its easy access and the parking lost is set up pretty well so even when its busy and congested its still pretty easy to get around.

I got a strawberry milkshake and chicken noodle soup from here on a whim. The strawberry milkshake was amazing. I was actually surprised. The only complaint I have is the prices of the soup. Theres too little soup for the cost, but it is good. My order was completed quick so I was happy

DISGUSTING! All I want is coffee with French Vanilla cream! Instead I have someone who doesnt care about cleanliness.When trying to get my coffee for the morning, I find there is no French Vanilla cream left, no problem that happens all the time. So I see the worker and I asked her for some more of the cream, she says no problem. However, she was busy cleaning out the garbage cans while having gloves on, again no problem. But when she came from the back with 4 containers of French Vanilla cream, I noticed that she still had the SAME gloves on. Then she proceeded to take the safety cap off with these gloves on, touch up the spout area while trying to put the cap on. WHAT IS THIS?!? If that is what I wanted (dirty glove, infested cream) then I could have asked her to wait a moment with the trash bag, slit a hole at the bottom and added that cream that collects to my coffee.No concept of cleanliness at all. Please dont go here unless you want garbage for your coffee. Who knows how clean they are with anything else they do in here. If you get sick, youve been warned!!!

I like Wawa. I enjoy what they offer, but waiting in line is quite bothering. Stood ten minutes in line just for a beverage. Only one cashier. On top of that, I ordered a quinoa bowl.. After waiting for 5 minutes, I was notified they had no more quinoa. Quite disappointing.

Had a much better experience this timearound. The lady Alicia I believe is how its spelled unlocked breakfast on time. Was polite constantly working and even smiled. I know she must be tired. Will definitely come back just for that experience.

Don’t waste your time here there are better wawas all around Tampa. First I got accused of stealing a monster that the security clearly saw when I walked in. They made me feel so embarrassed.and then after that the person who makes the drinks refused to make my drinks because “there wasn’t enough water” I’m never coming back to this wawa even if you Pay me too. The lady’s bathroom was not clean there was a lot of paper toilet in the floor and inside of the toilet.

Sandwiches this morning were not up to par with other Wawa locations, very little cream cheese or mayo even when asking for extra on the touchscreen. Bread wasnt cut all the way through and they were not wrapped tightly as much as normally from other stores. Otherwise, all other good facets youd expect from Wawa were in place.

I dont know why the costumers have to pay before getting an order done. Why it cant be like every wawa? You get you order first then pay. Also these guys working here are trying to complete as many orders as fast as they can instead of focusing in giving great service. I went to grab a chocolate milkshake today and the guy who gave it to me was trying to give me the shake without even stirring it completely to blend the chocolate and ice cream together.

Yep its a good place where YOU could help someone else be out thats less fortunate... Its no one fault they are homeless... A little compassion never hurt anyone.

This is by far the worst Wawa I have ever set foot in. Between the ordering never being correct, items unlocked that arent available. Once I had to redo my order 6 times just to get something available. I have waited over 15 minutes for a drink when I was one of only 2 customers. This particular night I actually called ahead to inquire if the air machine was working cause the last 3 times I went there it was not, all times there was no out of order sign. I alerted management politely every time and just got brushed off. After calling I was told the air machine was working. I drove out of my way to come here. Only to find the compressor was in fact broken. When I mentioned this to the cashier I was told that it reboots itself every 30-40 minutes and it would be fine. Im ashamed to have this here local to Seminole Heights. Personally I will not be returning to a Wawa ever again as if this is the type of business practices that are acceptable in corporates views then I refuse to support such a company.

Horrible customer service went three different occasions between 1am-4am before work and the employee in the food prep is not educated on the menu gave me the wrong order i tried to explain she was doing it wrong she proceeded to catch an attitude. I even told her to check with the other store up the road and she got nasty. Also i brought my own cup got only hot water for my own personal tea and they tried to charge me for a full cup of coffee i explained it was my own cup and i was told it didnt matter. And then after a few sec she finally charged me a coffee refill which was $1.30 really for water!!!! On top of that the store just opened and already nasty and dirty. I will go back to the WaWa on Waters Ave completely different environment.

Me and my Partner stopped there this morning on 21 July after our debrief at work, for some water and gasoline ( I am suppose to use the gas stations contracted with my employer, however, I almost ran out of gas as we been very busy this week, so I only pumped $10.00 as I cannot be reimbursed) Once in the store I used their restroom facilities and after having a bowel movement realized I was trapped on the toilet with NO TOILET PAPER IN SIGHT. I waited about 15 minutes hoping someone would walk in so that I could send them to one of the employees; however, that did not happen. I crept to the door with my clothes, sidearm and everything else around my ankles and stuck just my head out and was shouting for assistance. I think it was about 3-5 minutes later that a woman later identified as Karrie a manager there, walked to a room adjacent from the bathroom and came out with a box and handed it to me with such a look of disdain on her face like How dare I bother her I do not know what it was in the box because I could not tear it up into usable pieces that easily so I could CLEAN MYSELF UP AND while still in a sitting position back in the stall Karrie came back in and dropped ACTUAL toilet paper on the ground by the sink. I finally finished up with their whatever paper that was and exited, no apologies no nothing. I paid for my gas and went out to pump #2 and pumped my gas. After pumping I went to clean the windshield and the container holding the squeegee was DRY AS WELL AS THE SPONGE PART OF THE TOOL. I went to everyone of the containers at each pump, all with the same results. I went into the store to ask for a manager and spoke with a nice older Hispanic lady working the register opposite the main register with the cigarettes and she said she would go find the manager. After at least 5-7 minutes out walked the toilet paper lady (Karrie) and the nice cashier told her I was the gentleman who wished to speak with her, she shot me that same dirty look and walked away without saying a word, only to return about 4-5 minutes later. I asked her about the empty window washing bins and she said VERBATIM WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO ABOUT THEM? I told her that was just bad store maintenance to which she replied Oh well it was hot out so they all dried up and walked away. Due to my job I walked out and kept my mouth shut after getting to the car I walked back thinking oh heck no! I came back in and told her that, me nor any of my guys would ever frequent that store or possibly any WaWas again, to which she replied....AGAIN VERBATIM SO! I AM ONLY ONE CUSTOMER I was mortified. Never an apology from her, sorry about the inconvenience NOTHING. I asked the kind Hispanic lady for the store information and she went into what I assumed was the office ( a door before the main register and came out with some information for me as well as profusely apologizing as I think she was just as shocked as I was. I have gone to the corporate office and spoke with a very nice guy named Joe who assured me someone such as a corporate boss would be in touch and gave me a ticket number. I deal with trash everyday and I have never in all my years been that ashamed, mortified and embarrassed as I was this morning. I have never made a complaint like this before either. I know how hard it is out there, but this woman needs to be fired PERIOD. If anyone else has had issues with her, please comment as well. This I have absolutely no desire to let it go, not after how I was made to feel today. I still cant believe it.

I love this store with one exception...I often help out the less fortunate however I cant afford to help out the extreamly high number of people asking for change at this location. As many as 9 different people have approached me for change during a single visit to this store... No one Carrys that much change so I often just offer them a cigarette or a word of encouragement....because I do understand however bieng overwhelmed with requests often keep me away from this location..

The lines are bad all the time but tonight they were all the way to the back wall and wrapped around . So long the customers were confused as to where it ended. Better places to shop . I dont leave many bad reviews this one unfortunately had to be done . Get your lines undercontrol if youre short staffed get your manager on a register this is ridiculous

Im very disappointed in the customer service of this Wawa. I have probably frequented at least 10 different Wawa locations and this is by far the worst of them all. The employees basically show their displeasure to work here outwardly and none of them are in away way friendly.

I like wawa service (food, drink, cashiers) in general. I come to wawa often because of their coffee. The price and the quality are reasonable. But, recently whenever I ordered late or ice coffee from wawa, the quality was not great.They were not consistent.The latte I had was mostly good. Just recently most of them are not so good, acceptable. Im fine with that.The only thing annoying me is that the last one I had the ice coffee not even completely blended and the taste is really bad ( really sweet and no coffee taste). Its sad 😔Definitely change location for coffee later on.Hope they will bring back the good consistent quality in the coffee.

I think its a little ridiculous that they are still serving ice cream etc... sandwiches hot coffee but cant get it yourself but how do we know if any of the employees have the virus shut everything down If its like that doesnt make sense to me and that should be why everything needs shutdown

This isnt one of the largest (in terms of gas pumps) or well-located locations I have been to, but I always love Wawa. Theres the clean and well-stocked stores, the great coffee with multiple choices, and the whole Hoagie thing - not to mention all the other meals and snacks they offer.There are entrances from N Florida and Waters, as well as back entrances out onto the old Kmart parking lot.The reason for the 3 stars for this particular location is because of all the Wawas in Tampa Bay I frequent (and this one is fairly new!), this tends to be the least stocked and kept up with. Im specifically referring to the drinks area, which is really the only area that a real mess can be made. I do not think the problem is so much employees as the customers - you can only clean up a station so often, and if customers are particularly careless, youll end up needing to clean up more often than is always manageable.A little more on Wawa - they tend to have the cheapest gas, they have a walk-in cold beer cooler, and the check-out process is designed pretty well so you usually dont have too long of a wait. Enjoy. :)

I like the people who works there. Are very educated and they always say good morning and or good afternoon the store is clean and they always have coffee 🌞😃. Some wawa store employes are very rude, they dont even say Hi 👋 or if you need help. So I would recommend this wawa.

I come here on the daily, Best prices on gasoline and dinner meals.However, I try to avoid Wawa after high school hours in between 3-4 pm, majority of them manage to make a mess.

Every wawa i go to always have long lines & not enough staff members working in the sandwich/drinks preparation area which cause a wait time that should only be 5 mins to be 10-15 mins this is ridiculous it be 10 people waiting on their orders but only 1 person making sandwiches in the late afternoon/evening hours you guys need to hire more people in every store. And maybe even add some self checkouts to speed up the checkout lines. And i believe its not fair for that 1 worker that got to deal with that kind of pressure & they make them rush threw every orders which cause your food to look sloppy or be wrong.

This Wawa is always out of corn chowder soup!!! It sucks because you have to pay for your food items first. Its frustrating after waiting in the MILE LONG line to pay only to be told at the food pick up counter that they are out of the item you just bought. Now you either accept an item you really dont want or get back in the MILE LONG line to get a refund. Maybe they should post a sign on or near the order kiosks of what items they are out of so you dont order them. We gave up on this dirty poorly managed Wawa and drive to the one on Hillsborough Ave. Way cleaner and way nicer employees

Normally almost all of the time, I make my stop to this location because its closer to my job, there is no doubt the customer service is out of this world but service can be a bit slow like today. I got there at 6:30 didnt leave until almost 7 waiting on a drink. Not to mention it kind of ruined my morning which rarely happens because they rushed through my iced latte. Its not sweet, the quality was rushed & not to pat & right im sitting with a leaky cup.
