Needed replacement dryer knob and this place was recommended to me. They had one coming in on the truck today and even called to let me know for sure that it had arrived. I will do business here again.

This place did a great job in getting all the parts I needed to fix my dryer quickly prior to arrival of visitors from out of town. I needed several parts, which I was not able to locate at the previous 6 part suppliers I had called in the Tampa and Pinellas areas, but this shop got them all in less than 24 hours. The parts were all the ones I needed, and I got the job done quickly. Prices were also reasonably priced. Next time, this will be the first place I call for parts.

I been waiting for two days to get an AC part from them.The guy in the store told me yesterday tha hell call me on 20 minutes then 1 hour .Today 8/25/21 is the second day and he doing same way to me , I drove to the store at 5:40 and its closed

Call Troy about a part for my mother in Laws washer, after calling several places that said they could get it in a couple days. Troy told me that he could have it for me in 30 minutes. Had trouble finding a RLY02807 relay for my Trane AC. Everywhere else refused to sell it because I was not a licensed professional. I called to find out if they had it, it was due the next day. They called when it arrived and was waiting when I got there.I will definitely use them in the future.

Great guys were working Saturday 07/08/2017. Very helpful, answered all of my questions and both had great sense of humor. Just wandering around the store, it made me realize that Most a/c problems can be fixed without having to call the guys that charge $800 to install a new water heater. Highly recommend this store. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Make sure that you have make and model of what you are trying to fix.

Troy came out and service our AC unit when the original company who installed refused to service our system and fix THEIR error. We called Troy @ Appliance Parts to Go and he was out within an hour and serviced our equipment found the error caused by previous company got them to cover repairs under our warranty and had us up and running with a cold AC within 2 hours. Not only was his work amazing but the customer service was impeccable. We wont be using anyone else for our Appliance needs from here on out! Troy & his company is a trued example of a business owner that truly cares about his clients!! Thanks Troy for such great work but most of all for being honest and having true customer service, which is so hard to find these days!

Mr B is great. I thought that the blower motor was bad but did not think to check the motor capacitor. They are very helpful and suggested that I try that $20 part first... I did that and it worked perfectly! Very nice folks and will do business with them again!

The customer service here has always been exceptional. They have never tried to sell me parts that I dont need and have always worked to get me the parts that I do need. I continue to come back so that I can repair my own appliances.

I dont like it when my appliances break. But I always do look forward to calling on this company when they do. For a do-it-yourselfer, this is a refreshing find. As long as you do a little bit of homework on your own, they will guide you quickly to the right replacement part (and usually offer some advice or guidance on other things you should be looking at.) In the past two years Ive repaired my old stove twice, my new refrigerator, and my dryer. Thanks to Appliance Parts To Go, the jobs were all easy.

I had an issue with my AC popping breakers, I called One Hour AC, these scammers didnt even open my AC condenser, the guy looked at the label for date of manufacture and told me my compressor was done. He wanted to sell me a new system. So I called Parts to Go. Jorge was very knowledgeable, he opened the condenser, checked everything, the problem was the fan motor. So he replaced it. AC was fine for 6 mos until Summer. Then the fan started to stop, it would take us to stop the AC from the thermostat for about 20 mins then the fan would work again for maybe half an hour. I called Parts to go to come do a check up, Jorge came again this time he suspected the capacitor could be bad although it looked OK. He replaced with a new capacitor but that didnt fix the problem. His father came back a couple of days later to change the fan motor but again same problem. I got tired of calling them so I asked for a second opinion with Air Hawk, very knowledgeable guys. It turned out the fan motor Parts To Go put in was of lower horsepower than recommended by Trane. So basically the motor was overheating and would turn off until it cooled again. Long story short. I decided to go for a new system since mine was old already. 2 stars for installing a motor of lower horsepower and charging me $520 the first time and $120 the second time for labor. Total ripoff considering the problem was never fixed! Parts to go, if you want this review removed, refund $640!

12/18/17 Horrible customer service dont deserve a single starpicked up an evaporator fan motor Saturday, paid over $100 for a part that sells on Amazon for $35 but needed it so i took it.went to install it Sunday and it turned out my original had just iced up.went to return it today and the jerk on the counter said no refunds on electrical parts, it says so on the receipt he said.looked at my receipt and it doesnt. horrible customer service and attitude on the counter jerk.avoid these guys, this is why retail is going extinct, if i would have purchased it on Amazon i would have a full refund.shop small business my ass!!!

I needed a freezers fan for our fancy fridge, i was about to call a tech when somebody mentioned parts to go, so i went there, and they got me the original part within 24hs. at an awesome price, this dude bradys very helpful and knows a lot about his business, with me, they got two things...a new costumer and a great reference...keep it up guys, thanks.
