I called this shop looking for a small plastic part for a Bosch Dishwasher. I did not have the part number only a laymans description of the part and function. The gentleman that was handling my call was very helpful and texted me pictures of the parts to choose one that matched my description. After I selected the part He ordered it and it came to their shop in two days. The part was $5 but the service that I received was like I was ordering a $1,000 dishwasher. I will definitely return to this shop for any appliance parts needs.

Great service! Did not have my condenser fan motor in stock but was able to order it for Monday after the New Year weekend at 80 plus degrees out. Called the next morning, New Years Eve, to let me know the motor was in and I could pick it up. Motor installed, AC quiet, husband happy! Great way to deliver to your customers!

So our adventure started at 9pm on Friday night Memorial Day weekend when we noticed the temperature in the house hit 81 degrees. Great. As usual, perfect timing. I looked at the Trane ac unit and inspected the air handler in the house but didnt see anything unusual. I checked the filter. I went out to the compressor and did notice that the outside fan was on but not the compressor. To make a long story short, I used a multimeter and found the silver run capacitor was bad. It had a 0 ohm reading. (anyone can perform this test-dont forget to shut off the electric! Its silver small energy drink size can) Its a dual cap and runs the compressor and fan. I also checked the contactor (it was good) for dead ants, lizards and condition. These two parts seem to fail the most. Trane also has a black cylinder shaped hot start Capacitor but it tested ok. I pulled both anyway and went to Appliance Parts Saturday morning and bought both. I couldnt believe that during this Corona stuff and being a holiday weekend they were open. They were super friendly, tested my caps (black housing hot start cap was bad too as I expected! (It was 11 yrs old) and sold me the right parts. What a life saver on the start of a holiday weekend plus saved me $400 emergency service call! The 2 parts were $70. 5 Stars for Appliance & AC Parts! Ill be back again as a new customer for AC and appliance needs!

My experience with this company certainly reflects what the company name implies. I work at an appliance dealer, and we regularly order parts from here in the event that an appliance is out of standard warranty or if the manufacturer no longer carries them. Luckily, many of the parts we order are in stock at our local location (Anderson), eliminating the wait for shipping. Usually, I am the one who makes runs to pick up orders. The customer service here is stellar, everyone is welcoming and patient. In particular, Steph, who works at the front desk is really sweet. Shes smart, technologically inclined, and will help to the best of her abilities. In fact, you might just get lost in a conversation with her; she never fails to brighten up my day.

Best price!!!! I needed a lid lock switch for my hotpoint washer. Believe me when I say I looked and called every place I could. Not only did those places not have the piece in store, they needed it to shipped , some 2 -4 days and the price was double what I paid here. The piece cost between $28 to $40 being highest at most. Online it was $30ish plus shipping. I paid 38$ and locally. One place wanted $78 . Online I would have waited 2 wks depending the site and paid more. This might seem like a small thing to some, but having a big family and needing the washer fixed right away, this store was the only one who had what I needed right away... such helpful ladies at the front as well . Thank you guys

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my visit today. The store is well lit and organized and its located just North of Fowler Avenue on Nebraska Avenue. The parking is a bit limited but I highly recommend a visit if you need appliance or AC parts. You wont be disappointed.

I needed a gas-valve solenoid set for a 25-year-old Maytag gas dryer. Called ahead and Mario pulled the part, which they had in stock, factory certified. They charged the same low price I would have paid to have it shipped direct from the factory distributor, without the wait. Professional, polite, and helpful.

Went there yesterday for the first time to get a replacement stove top burner. Luis and Liz were both seemed very knowledgeable about their business and were hilarious talking to. Actually made spending my money there fun. Will definitely return there in the future if the need arises for parts.

I rarely give reviews, BUT.... This place is a hidden gem for DIY projects. They are always friendly, honest and helpful. I love discussing my home repairs and projects with them. Sometimes they even have a lower cost option for me to try. Yay!! Year after year they have been our go to place for appliances repair and so much more! BTW, my father, who would have been 100 years old this year, got me started going to this fine organization when I think it was call Partsco,and was much further south on Nebraska Ave.

When I walked in the door, a lady asked what I needed, I explained I needed a condenser fan motor and fan for a 4 ton HVAC unit and she quickly grabbed 4 parts, she asked me a couple of questions to which I didnt have an answer, with this, she challenged me. I went home, studied, researched, and gained a world of knowledge, because what she knew, was slightly different from what I thought I knew plus I needed to figure out how to install the parts she just gave me. (was going from a 3 wire motor to a 4 wire + GROUND motor so had an extra run capacitor). She listened to me, and now my AC is running more efficient than it ever has. I perceived such love in her heart, I assume the other gentleman that was there, is her hubby, I was honored to have met such an amazing person/people. I had little interaction with him as he was busy assisting other customers, yet I sensed such devotion in them both. Forget that this store saved my ass from Floridas hellish heat on one of FLs hottest days, ( I went to 5 others that didnt have both fan and motor) forget that you are reading a review, its worth going to this place just to interact with the people. They are amazing people and I wish to thank them for being exactly who they are. Thank you.

When I ordered a timer part and picked it up for my Maytag dryer, I was informed that I had 90 days to return, from 2 employees before I walked out of the door. Nothing about once installed they do not accept returns, I had the part for no more than 3 days.I have had my fill of getting the run around from appliance repair companies to parts suppliers.I walked out. Make sure that you get all information in writing about what you can and can not return..NOW I have a $127 timer that I have no use for, gonna sit and collect dust I guess.YOU would think that they would have made some extra effort to offer a discount on returns - they are a parts department - I am pretty sure they would sell it sooner or later.

Wish I would have found these guys earlier! Had AC go out before, knew what it was but couldnt find a place to get the parts quickly enough so ended up paying a contractor to fix it. This time looked around some more and got my replacement condenser motor capacitor here. Even got some instructions. Got home, replaced the cap and I have cold air again the same day. Can always get parts anywhere online but that takes days of shipping and thats no fun in the FL heat. So hard to find a place that sells to consumers locally, will definitely be back!

Quick efficient professional and accurate service!! Capacitor for HVAC failed last nite at 8pm called them this morning told them the part w/ the MFD units they gave me a price, picked it up and installed it within 5 mins and had the unit up and running again!!!! A true lifesaver when its like 120°F heat index in FL!!!
