I rarely take the time out to write reviews. In part is because of my busy schedule and I’m also very picky and can always find an issue with the customer service or end results. However, Custom Auto Body left me speechless with the level of customer service, prompt and accurate repair, the use of only high end materials and paints. My story began about three weeks ago when my wife sustained damage to the rear bumper area of my Audi A7. When I reached out to the Audi dealership in Stuart, where my car gets regular service. I was advised that they did not have an in-house body shop but, would recommend the only body shop they used themselves. That’s when I contacted Custom Auto Body. I dealt with Luis who was a true professional, highly knowledgeable and beyond efficient. Within one business day of me dropping my car off, Luis had a complete and detailed estimate ready to send. And shortly after I provided Luis with the claim number, the following day the adjuster signed off and Custom Auto Body started the work. Before completion I asked Luis to have his guy also do a complete paint restoration that I would pay for that myself. And all I could say is Wow!! The car looks as good as the day it drove off the dealer lot. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUIS AND CUSTOM AUTO BODY STAFF AND OWNER. IF I EVER NEED BODY WORK AGAIN, YOU CAN REST ASSURED CUSTOM AUTO BODY IS MY PLACE A++++++++!

Everyone in the shop was friendly, helpful and professional. I needed a new hood and a grille and everything was done perfect. There price was also 400 dollars cheaper than the other estimate I received. Bonus that they pretty much detailed the whole outside of my car. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend.

I purchased a new Toyota Rav 4, four years ago with vinyl on the hood, door edges and some other areas. Over the years dirt got under the edges and it looked awful! Toyota didnt want to remove the vinyl so I went to Custom Auto Center to see if they could remove the vinyl. They removed the vinyl today and the car now looks brand new. I would recommend Custom Auto Center to solve your repair needs. They were great to deal with and reasonable. Thank you Custom Auto Center!

I was very impressed with the staff and help they gave me. I ordered a door and ended up not needing it (long story) but they originally said it would be a 10% fee. They ended up waiving the fee. I will definitely keep coming back

Andy, the owner of Custom Auto Center made the experience of trusting them with my new 19 RAM 1500 amazing! Immediately upon entering through the door Andy welcomed me and asked what he could help me with. I explained to him that I was looking to get my painted mirror caps put onto my RAM to replace the chrome ones that it came with. Andy quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled me the next day to have them installed. The entire transaction was excellent and his body shop guys do a great job. I will deff be back for any future body shop needs.

I own a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 pick up truck that needed some rust repair and a paint job. I had previously done some research on the internet along with talking with different people. Some of the people I spoke with I knew and some of them I did not know. In the conversation I stated that I was looking for a good paint and body shop, they then recomended Custom Auto Center. All I can say is WOW, they did an outstanding job and my truck looks terrific. Thank you very much Custom Auto Center.

Three years ago, I was t-boned with a car I had owned for three weeks! You can imagine my pain!! I had wanted this Audi for years but waited til we had our own dealership. They referred me to Custom Auto and they did not disappoint. And so, when I was recently on the highway and some jerk didnt tie down their load of aluminum corner guards, this stuff came flying at me on the turnpike, after the car in front of me hit it. When I knew I needed a new windshield, bumper, hood repair and paint, etc., I knew I was going to Custom Auto. Again, they didnt disappoint.Thank you Custom - you guys are great.

I hit a piece of tire tread on the highway and it tore up some of the bottom of my Genesis Coupe, they installed the replacement parts and got me in and out very quick and at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Custom Auto Center... let me start off by saying if i could give you less than a 1 star i would...I have met you before and was going to offer my business to you. Considering how you have acted with a customer ( that i personally know ) and called them a punk, crybaby, immature, etc im not sure thats the proper way to treat a customer, let alone offering my business to you. Ive personally known Shawn for a few years, he does a lot of business for me and MY company and is one of if not the MOST STAND UP GUY ive ever dealt with. If i were to give you some advice from a customer perspective and a business owners i would say to stand in his shoes when you guys messed up his WORK van multiple times and are putting him out of work because of your mistakes. For a company that takes pride in their work the absolute last thing you should be doing is making excuses about fired employees whom you should be overseeing on the job, let alone now not finishing a van that quote However im a man of my word and we will have your van completed by the agreed date. I can keep going but im sure you get my point.... i will most definitely not be using your services and will let whomever needs to know not to go to you.

I have been back and forth from body shop to body shop in this town and can tell you Custom has the most constant quality of anyone . Most important is if a mistake is made they fix it . Period . Paint and body is expensive and labor intensive on a custom level and they are completely equipped to handle the situation . Thanks Guys !
