Buying my 2016 Sonata 2.4 was a great experience and my salesman, Michael Forrester, was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had, even if it meant researching the answer if he didnt know it. I am very happy with the cars performance and have had no problems with it (Im writing this review a year and 5 months after purchase).The reason I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star, rating is because of their service department. It can be hit or miss and I have had some problems with what should have been standard scheduled maintenance.My first service trip in for an oil change was a 3 hour and 45 minute wait!!! Yes, I DID call for an appointment the week before instead of showing-up unannounced.On another visit, I have Nitrogen in my tires and asked for my tires to be filled to specification as I noticed that the tire pressure was dropping. The NEXT DAY, a warning ⚠️ light came on because of low tire pressure! I had to go to a special local tire shop that has NITROGEN! They, of course, CHARGED ($15.00) me to put Nitrogen in my tires. Grrrrrrr. I had JUST PAID Wallace the DAY BEFORE to do that!!!I have learned in my trips to service since, to speak in depth with the Service Writer both BEFORE and AFTER the service. Make SURE that everything on your list is, indeed, done! ⭐️On a UP note, the Service Manager did try to work out something extra on my next services after the not-so-positive trips I experienced.⭐️Thanks for reading my rant!
