Derek was very helpful and patient with us. We tried many different mattresses to check for the firmness we liked. He was very professional and did not push for us to purchase the most expensive brand. He sat down with us and created an individual profile based upon on needs. Based on the outcome of the profile we each found one that suited us.

Derek Gullett spent several hours last week arranging an exchange of 4 mattresses for us. We made the mistake of purchasing twin not twin XL sizes and needed to exchange all 4 mattresses. He made multiple phone calls in his region and outside of his region to remedy our problem. The entire time he spoke with me he was calm, professional and really tried to make “good” our mistake. We have purchased from Sleep Outfitters in the past and will continue to go to Sleep Outfitters in the future.

I just bought a dual breeze cool pillow from Arron at the Springfield Ohio location. The pillow is a discontinued item he still took the time to tell me about the warranty I have on it and the fact I have a warranty for it is amazing. I have also have to say the values, knowledge, and patience of the employees at the store is amazing and the one by the Dayton mall. When I buy my bed and any in the future it will be from them the customer service is outstanding and the warranties that the have just can’t be beat. They have a life long customer and I will refer anyone I know to purchase from them.

When my bed was delivered, my bed frame was knicked pretty bed. Also, box springs was tore in several areas. They replaced, but mattress is defective. They are trying to make good on mattress, but nothing yet. I was supposed to get a call on cooling gel mattress cover...have received no call.

Sales manager did a great job for us. He was patient and filled with expertise.

The sales associate was very helpful and nice. We were given a very good deal on our bed as well. We paid off the bed and set up delivery. They could not get us in for delivery until a week later. That was not to bad. The worst part of this experience was taking a day off for delivery and then finding out that the Manager changed the delivery date without calling us. after waiting a week now we have to wait another two weeks for a product we have paid for in full.

I started with a Sleep Number bed and quickly found that I did NOT like it, so I went to Sleep Outfitters, looking at their Tempurpedic beds. Lou and Alex at Sleep Outfitters in Springfield were very helpful, and were even successful in upselling me into a larger size bed than I had previously been shopping for. I absolutely love this bed and can only report an excellent experience with the store personnel AND the company.

I liked my bed, but the salespeople were pushy. Also, they finance with Wells Fargo which is an absolute nightmare to deal with. If youre going to buy, use cash or go somewhere else.

Dont put on your window that youre open until 830 if infact you arent!! I drove all the way here because people told me it was a great place.. yet here I am sitting in a parking lot because you guys arent open like your door says!! Just ridiculous and a waster of my time now!

Every time I try to go into this store it’s closed. Says they should be open until 7pm yet at 6pm the door are locked with lights off. I’ve knocked and knocked and nothing. Poor service and I’ll be shopping at Mattress Firm.
