Came in looking for a new couch for living room. Found exactly what we were looking for. Steve has been our go to guy for the last few years, he always goes above and beyond! On this occasion, Tasha helped us also. She went above and beyond helping us get the paperwork filled out! Would definitely recommend Showplace!

Rented a riding mower due to health issues. the only one they had available at the time was used. used it for 4 cuts before it messed up. they was suppose to come get a week ago and called saying parts was stolen off the truck and they could not pick it up and would update me on monday. come monday no call so i called back two days ago and told they would pick it up between 2 and 4 today. no one bothered to call to say they were running behind and then changed it to up til 7pm with out asking is that ok with you or anything. like what if i had other things i had to do. then i am told they dont know how long i will be with out the mower but i bet they will still want payment

The worst place to rent anything through. Jeff Johnson is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever dealt with and caused me to lose my job over all his harassment. He’s rude and the WORST customer service I’ve ever had

They took my money without authorization to do so. They’re clearly out just for your money and not for your happiness or satisfaction. I understand money makes the world go round but not when it comes to being an ill mannered human being. So thanks show place for draining my bank account over your poor quality furniture.

I was in need of a laptop temporarily to for my son to complete his school work until I was able to buy him one in a couple weeks. I told her I didnt need anything fancy because AGAIN I explained this was only temporary. I was told it was $14.99 a week for the cheapest basic one. I said great and that I would be right there to pay for a week.When I arrived I was then told by someone else that I had to pay for a month. I told them thats not what I was told on the phone and that I wasnt even going to keep it for a month so why would I pay for longer than I was planning to keep it? Then the man in there says I can give him my money for the week and he can try to get it approved and let me know in a day or two....hmmm that sounds like a crook to me!! Youll hold my money and see what you can do?? I THINK NOT! Thankfully rent a center helped solve my problem AND for cheaper than this dirty, suspicious place.

Needed a chair for my husband who is due to have surgery. Staff was knowledgeable & efficient. Even when I didnt care to review all of the details (only renting for a month), they still made sure I had all necessary info. Delivering & picking up merchandise.

The store manager was rude, not only to me but also to an employee that was trying to deliver something or pick something up and needed a gps. I came in for the 20.20 until February deal and he tried to charge me 35 dollars and that would only be for 2 weeks, not until February 1st. I was able to get what I needed the same day, thats the only good thing.

We stopped into the store location today 3/29 to inquire about an outside firepit that had been returned. The piece in question was on the showroom floor. It was dirty with leaves and grass still on the inside and bottom. The marble top was weather worn damaged with chips out of. Keep in mind they had it out for the price of a new item ( $649 or payments of $59.99 for 18 months. We offered a cash price of $300.00 which was turned down saying couldnt take less than $500.00. $300 was more than fair offer. This store in my opinion trying to rip people off, forget the fair offer of $300 but to be putting dirty damaged pieces on the floor asking full price as if it was new. And to end we called for the corporate number but was instead redirected to the store manager Kevin and was never givin the corporate mumber.

Called this morning for a carpet cleaner, said they didnt have any in stock. I asked if they still get them he said yes ,but he would have to check the warehouse and I would have to put a months payment down to get it ordered around 2 weeks before I could get it. Mind you he put me on hold 3 times while he gathered information. I then asked him the lease rate he tells me 50.99 a mo. $499.00 cash price. He put me on hold for that as well. Never told me about 120 days same as cash. He did ask for my name ,no phone number. I called Belefountain location as but he kept calling me by buddy kept putting me on hold asking someone else for prices and availability. Oh and he did have used. I was shocked by the unprofessionlism this industry has gotten to.Good luck .

Omg! Steve is the best sales person I have ever had. He is very representative seriously. And works very well with you. Yall have to get the Stream Smart its very useful and cheaper. I will be renting from here probably till I pass away seriously. Go check them out!

I was shopping with my friend about to rent out her townhouse and wants to furnish it with quality. She is picky. We met Robin... Robin was a little ray of sunshine with ideas and kindness. Im pretty sure my friend will be returning and asking for Robin.

When I would call they was friendly. Had two make a payment before the would order daybed. Took two weeks. Waited till the day before delivering to check my references by that time my references forgot. People have jobs, they cant just wait for Showplace to call them for someone elses personal affairs. THEN wanted to deliver the bed on Saturday after they said it would be delivered on Friday. By this time I was really upset. They had two weeks to check on references. Want to deliver another day.

This place is a freaking rip off, they charge u hella fees which makes less money paid on the items u pick which makes it even longer to pay off.I have bank statements that go back to 2015 and i still owe 300 but paid already 1200 when it was only supposed to be 999.99. Now when i confront the manager im lying well my bank statements dont lie! This place is a joke. Plus if u get any coupons through them in the mail they dont honor them at all! When my purchase is done i will NEVER return an i will NOT recommend anyone i know to come here!!!!

I went in Wednesday to rent a tv stand and 2 TVs. Delivered them Friday. The new tv quit working Saturday and came out to look at it. Was told they were getting more TVs in Monday and would bring me a new one out as soon as they arrive. It is 7:07pm and I am still waiting. Called them at 1:00pm to see when bringing it and was told between 3 to 5 PM. I called them again at 5:19pm to see when coming. I asked to speak to the manager but was busy. Told them I wanted him to call me back. I was told delivery was on its way. Called again at 6:30pm to see where he was at. Was told they would call him and get a time frame. Still waiting to hear back. While on the phone with them I received a restricted call, I am guessing it was the manager after knowing I was on phone with them and wouldnt answer. This is very unacceptable service and disappointed in them. This will be last time renting from them.
