After waiting a little too long to purchase my daughter’s new “big girl bed” for her birthday I stopped in at Verlo. From the time we walked in the door the customer service was incredible! They informed us they were working about 5 days out, putting us one day shy of the big day. They immediately assured us that they’d get it done in time! Sure enough by 12pm on her birthday they called us to let us now it was ready. When we arrived the box spring wouldn’t fit in our truck, they once again said “no problem” and delivered it to our doorstep a few short hours later. I will be purchasing all my beds from here out, fantastic customer service!! Thanks Verlo for making a 3 year olds big day extra special!!

Walked in to look at some mattresses. I was assisted by Brandon who is a super nice guy. Nobody tried to upsell me on anything or convinced me I needed something more than I did. Walked out with an estimate for a bed set Im most likely going to purchase. Very good store would recommend anyone in the market for a new bed set to check them out.

Kind and friendly staff experience from sale to delivery. I had a good and comfy night sleep the first night on the bed. If anything had been off, I know they would fix it right away. Plus, beds come with a 10-year guarantee and it’s made in house so they can customize it! I will always get a Verlo bed.

Delivery guys were awesome, even took time to double check a price for mattress cover & came back to tell us original price was wrong - too high! Fantastic! Ive had a verlo before, but need more support and adjustability so went with the head and leg raise. We are pleased as can be!!

I purchased my first Verlo bed several years ago. I had been shopping to other stores and my brother mentioned his own experience with Verlo, so I thought I would try them out. They built a queen-sized double sided pillow top for me. What was so impressive is that the salesman actually took the time to literally show me what goes into the hands on making of a bed. The bed has markers, so you know which way to flip and turn it to keep it evenly used. To this very day, I LOVE MY BED! The staff was amazing. The bed is well sewn and has kept its shape just as if it were brand new. As soon as I discovered the quality, I went back and ordered a second pillow top for a twin daybed. Again, superb service and comfort. For those of you who are looking for quality and a staff who is actually interested in listening to, and pleasing their customer, please take time to visit the Springfield store. All I know is that I won’t ever have to look any farther for my bedding needs because it’s Verlo all the way!

Great service, prices are at ir below comparable quality matresses. They will redo matress if its not right and long long warranties. There really is no competition. Done buying cheap matresses that sag in 6 months. We have a 12 year warranty on our verlo.

Needed a special size mattress for a travle trailer. Called Verol and discussed what we wanted. They made it in a short time and we picked it up prior to the due date. All Good! I would highly reccomend them.

We o ly get our mattresses from Verlo! I sleep in the SAME spot every night, year after year. After 4 years I had an indent where I slept. They guys came and got my mattress, added stuffing and a brought it back, all free of charge. We have purchased 5 mattresses from Verlo and they have all outlived and outpreformed other mattresses and their own warranties. It all started with a twin bed and my daughter saying coming home from college knew weekend and saying, I love my bed. Its the best mattress ever! She was right!

You get to custom tailor a bed to your specifications and theyll come out and adjust it for you if its not right. Only downside is that it can take a little longer to get the bed.

Matresses are very comfortable and like the matress service options but they need work on delivery schedules.
