We met Scott Coates at the Linn County Home and Garden Show in August. He was very helpful and kind. Our spa arrived in 2 weeks and was delivery by very nice men. We love our spa. Easy to set up, easy to use, and everything I have been needing for my therapy. The cover is so easy to use. We couldnt be happier. Our daughter and son-in-law ordered one, too and they love theirs as much as we do. We highly recommend.

We have had our Hard Cover Spa for some time now and I have to say we love it ! We owned a hot tub before and the difference is amazing ! The old tub had rodents in the walls, ( not sealed ). a lid that eventually fell apart among other issues. Our ECO Spa is a sealed unit, ( no critters ), the spa itself is made of seemingly indestructable material. The lid stays attached to the tub so simple leverage is all you need to open and close it. I have found no chemical issues either. Maintenance is truly minimal since using the enzyme additive which balances it all, no chemical headaches. I would strongly recommend this brand to anyone considering a hot tub. WE LOVE IT !!

Talked my husband into going to the home show. And that’s where we met Scott Coats, and I saw the hot tub that I had done previous research on. I knew that this was the tub we wanted. Scott worked with us since the patio had not been finished yet, but when it was ready to be installed he delivered it personally. A wonderful choice, the tub is so quiet you never know it’s running.. Weve had our two person spa about 5 years and we Love it! So sturdy! the wind has no effect on the lid no matter how strong it blows.The customer service has been great whenever we had a question. Very happy with our purchase.

I bought an Eco Spa from Scott in February 2021. I had visited the show room fall of 2020 and chose the style I wanted. I live at the beach and with COVID ruling the world during these months, I was able to make the purchase over the phone. So easy. It was delivered when promised. We purchased our eco-spa in November 2020 from Scott at hard cover spas. What a find! Could not be happier from the purchase process (totally pleasant no pressure), delivery (so fast! No fee), set-up (plug and play), quality and durability. We love our spa! We got the E3 (seats 4) which is perfect for our family of 3. We spend lots of time as a family and a couple relaxing/playing in the spa, and our pre-school son with his friend uses it like a small pool.It’s just the best! I bought my Hot Tub a year ago,not knowing how much this investment has helped me cope during a global pandemic. The whole experience has been ease with installation & maintenance . I am able to escape the stressful moments . Most days I use spa twice to three times a day . I bought my eco spa a little over 5 years ago. When I bought it many friends and family said you bought WHAT? Are you crazy?. Others said so you needed something to hang clothes on to dry?. Well I really questioned myself on the purchase. But WOW was I surprised! We literally are in this thing EVERY day, sometimes twice! I cant begin to say how many times Ive told people it was the best investment Ive ever made. From the minute it was delivered it has been a no-brainer to maintain. We use clorine tablets so even that is simple. Weve drained it numerous times because Im kind of a furniture mover, and even that it simple to do. It reheats overnight so its good to go for morning sunrise and of course coffee. I remember someone telling me it costs a fortune monthly to heat them ha! Ten bucks a month. The only problem I did have was the cost of new filters ( bought from a local pool and spa place) so go online and order them!! A third of the cost! Anyway I obviously love this thing. If your debating just do it. Soooooo well worth it.

I would like to cover 2 points in this review. First Scott and Hard Cover Spas are the best and excellent choice for your spa purchase. Scott is extremely friendly, professional and responsive. His customer service is unparalleled and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the service I have received. Second, We have had our Eco Spa for just over 2 months now and it is amazing. extremely efficient, durable and easy to maintain. My family and I have very busy lives and our main concern with purchasing a spa was the upkeep and cost. This has not been an issue at all. We have been able to enjoy the spa daily and I only have to spend a few minutes throughout the week and month on routine maintenance. I highly recommend this product and the place to purchase it is from Scott at Hard Cover Spas.

Scott at Springfield, OR Eco Spa has been so amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and patient. Jay who does delivery, placement, and maintenance provided outstanding customer service. Amanda at corporate office has also been so helpful! I am VERY happy with my E3. My only regret is that I didnt follow the Hot Tub Sale signs near my home sooner.

We have had several hot tubs through the years and we like our new E3 from Hardcoverspas.com best of all! It is much easier to maintain and cheaper on utilities and chemical by far. Also, no need to buy new covers every 3 years due to water logged insulation. The hard shell cover is lightweight, and it insulates and seals better than the tradition type covers. The spa completely meets our needs. The service and professionalism of the company is top notch. Highly Recommended!!!!

I had sent a payment in full for our EcoSpa when I received an e-mail (see attached screenshot) saying it would have to be delivered on this day or it was cost prohibitive! If they cant afford to deliver it without another hot tub delivery then how would they handle any warranty repairs!Scott emailed me to say they’ve sent my money back!

I have had a few spas over the lost 40 years, after building a new home we started looking for a new one. The prices almost made me quit looking, I was stunned at how much people were asking for them. We spent a day in Coeur D Alene walking through an amazing street fair on our way to Montana and saw the Eco Spa display and they had everything I was looking for, an attached hard top, 4 person seating, no wood in the base and much more.Since we live in Yakima, we waited until they came to our fair to purchase the tub for a very reasonable cost.I have to say this is the best tub I have ever owned and the service has been exemplary from the sale through setup and afterwards for questions. I cannot reccomend this tub enough. I have been a home builder for over 40 years and have dealt with many brands, I believe this has been the best experience ever!You will not be happy.
