Ive been looking forward to the opportunity to review, this store is off the charts awesome. I moved into my current house five years ago. The owner left an old hot tub for us and for the last 5 years we have been buy chemicals and supplies and joking with the staff at Le Dipping parlor that they needed to pray our old hot tub died. For these 5 years we have been treated as if we bought our hot tub from them, 5 star. They were the best sales people ever, zero pressure and they never felt like I was a bother asking questions. Also, they were very honest about the global pandemic and what their deliver trends were and how bad it could be. All that aside, here are the benefits of Le Dipping Parlor: 1. They have been around a long time. 2. They treat the customer right. 3. There is no pressure whatsoever. 4. They service what they sell (most hot tub companies outsource delivery and service to 3rd party techs - Le Dipping Parlor is a one stop 5 star service. The hot tub is amazing, the install was professional and they trained me and even marked the important parts of the manual to make life easier for us. I had to wait awhile for my spa to arrive like everyone else these days. When it did, Le Dipping Parlor was top notch. The spa was on my back patio and set up in less than an hour. I was shown exactly how to use it and what chemicals to put in and when. I even had a problem on the second day I owned it which was totally my fault. They sent a technician out the very next business day to fix my mistake, for free. If you want a spa, buy from these guys. They will take care of you even after the sale is done!

We were very pleased with our experience here. Our salesman was patient and thorough in answering our questions and helped us pick out the hot tub that best fit our needs.The installation went smoothly. Our backyard is pretty difficult to access but the gentlemen handling the job were very skilled and meticulous and did a great job of getting the tub where it needed to go without a hitch. Sales team was great, installing team was great, spa is awesome! however the communication was awful, I understand we are coming out of a pandemic and orders get delayed but a simple call would go a long way to put our mind at ease. In one instance a week after an estimated delivery time I called in and had a woman tell me if I didnt like it she would sell my spa to someone else.

Ive been a customer of Le Dipping Parlor for more than 20 years and they have always been a pleasure to do business with. My hot tub is one of the smaller ones they sell, but I have never been treated as though it, or I, wasnt as important as a customer with a really large, more expensive tub. From helping choose the right tub and accessories based on my needs (no high-pressured sales tactics here!), getting it delivered and installed (and moved to a new house a few years later), dependable, fairly priced service when needed, to advice on water quality and chemicals, they know their stuff and theyre honest. Keith is usually in the store when I stop by for supplies and his knowledge and helpfulness make for an excellent customer service experience - rare to find these days! Thank you, Le Dipping Parlor, for making buying and maintaining a hot tub easy so that I can spend more of my time relaxing in it!

Laine’s customer service is second to none. We waited over a year for the delivery of our swim spa, due to supply chain issues related to the pandemic. Laine communicated regularly throughout the entire process, a touch that really meant a lot considering those circumstances were completely out of her control.Install went flawlessly and we received a message from Laine, within the first week, asking if everything was going okay with the new addition to our home.This is a local, family-owned business that doesn’t disappoint. 5🌟

The Smith family that owns Le Dipping Parlor Spas is absolutely the best!!!!!!! Laine was my salesperson, she answered the phone EVERY time and answered every question that came to mind. She was wonderful. They have their own delivery and maintenance men. Darrel and Given did the complete Install and took the time to show how to use the spa and get you started on chemicals. We were in it THAT NIGHT! They also tell you to call their number if there are ANY questions or issues that come up. The fact that they have in-house service was VERY important. My wife and I wanted to get our hot tub as soon as possible, so we set up an appointment with Laine. We had met with her a year earlier when we were initially looking at hot tubs. So we were so surprised that they were back logged with orders because of the Covid issues. We went in to purchase our hot tub for a 3 month wait. upon our surprise, we were able to get the one we wanted a week later. She was so helpful and the guys who installed our unit did an excellent job. They walked me thru the workings and maintenance of the hot tub with plenty of startup supplies.

I bought a display hot tub and they offered their standard 3 year warranty and what’s great about them is they are local and always there for you. Hot tub is doing great! Thankful for them!

Couldnt be happier with my new hot tub! Ordered way back before COVID, however, I could not have it delivered until Oct (they accommodated and held for me). When delivered it was hoisted 8 above ground level (done with ease). It then sat on my deck for 2 months (waiting for more construction on home)! When I called them for hook up ~ in a few hours here they were! My first time with tub set up was 18 degree! Oh man, how wonderful it felt! Will LeDip every morning with a cup (maybe a pot) of coffee! Such a great local business (BUY LOCAL)

I have been a customer of LaDipping Parlor for over 20 years. We have always gotten excellent service. Recently we had a pump fail and called for service. Darrell came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He changed the parts that were bad quickly. After refilling the tub there was a problem with a circuit board (probably from lightning). I called Darrell and he was back first thing the next day. He had our tub up and running in less than an hour. This is our second Sundance spa from LaDipping Parlor and we couldn’t be more pleased with the spas and service!!

We bought our spa here a few years ago and also continue to buy all our chemicals here. When we moved we had them move our spa and it was so easy and stress free. My husband has really sensitive skin and the only chemicals we can use are the Leisure Time Free products. They always have everything we need in stock and they are so friendly and helpful!

Weve had our Sundance cameo over 2 years now. Service has always been timely and top notch. Bob is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer questions and help. The hot tub itself has given us 2 years of frequent use (3-5 days a week) with minimum trouble. A burned out bulb and jet not spinning which they replaced quickly under warranty. If youre in the market for a new tub, I would highly recommend them.
