Ive been to .many many stores and pawn shops in my days . Ive never seen such a clean , well organized store . Its order of how the store is set up is almost shocking. I would.of had to chk again was i in a pawn shop ? wow. Is all I can say . They were open at 9 an , very friendly and knew the products they were selling ..I will make sure to give Kimberly & Justin a big shout out to custmer service and a the friendly smiles that greeted me at the door. Best Pawn Shop ever ever! First I want to say these guys are very nice they give that little extra service weve come to expect. I work for Green County. And I dont like conducting business with Shady or underhanded pawn shops. Eagle Pawn stands apart from all the rest hands down very reputable trustworthy and no doubt the best pawn shop Ive ever dealt with. I have health problems which left me on the Family Medical Leave Act and missing work for quite some time and I got behind in my bills. And couldnt make my interest payments on time but I called them and let them know it would be a few days before I could make my interest payment. Their response was that was okay they worked with me and I was able to make my payment late and didnt lose my tools. Ive never had a pawn shop do that for me. Every other pawn shop Ive dealt with I lost my tools at that point. And to me that is going the extra mile to keep a good customer base. So you tell me would you rather go to another pawn shop or here at Eagle Pawn The best there is.

I stop by here frequently to pick up gun magazines, they have the best prices in town and a great selection. They also offer FFL transfers if you need anything shipped, they make it super quick and easy.

I have dealt with this crew @ Eagle/Pawn & Jewelry for a few years now. I dont believe you are going to find better or more competitive firearms prices anywhere in Springfield, ALSO- the business has an excellent curb appeal. The place is clean as a pin. Whether or not I talk to an employee on the phone or in person - everyone is very professional and cordial. Ive never been screwed over of treated badly at this business. As a small business owner, I recognize hard work and integrity rather quickly. Ive used several other pawn shops in the area for weapons, jewelry and tools. What Ive seen different here is the QUALITY of used items is impeccable, the cost of new is beyond competitive and the entire staff is more than willing and capable of helping. Couldnt be more pleased and will continue business with them.

This place is a joke. Yes it is clean, and they have nice items but that is where it ended for me. I have been shopping pawn shops for over 30 years. I know how the system works. They had an Item I was interested in. Brand new retail for the EXACT same item at Springfield Music is $99. They had the item marked for $89. I asked them what they could do for me on the price and they said they would take off $5....So happens I know the person that sold them the item and they paid $30 for it. Now I am all for making a profit and they deserve to make a profit. However an almost 200% profit is crazy.

Ive bought a few guns from them. Very pleasant transactions. They were able to order a gun that I couldnt find at other fun shops. Freindly, helpful staff. Good prices. Good selection of firearms. Very clean and organized store. No reason not to try them first when looking for a firearm.

Their rating on here is unearned and not right. I walked in and the placed looked like a ghost town. A few boxes and they could move some where else. They make up their lack of stuff with high prices on stuff. Funny thing is they keep moving their stuff form one spot the the next to get all the good pictures.

Recently found a firearm Ive been looking for here. Was able to put in on layaway. Discovered a problem a problem with it but they shipped it back to the mfg. at no charge during the layaway period. Decided to go into this store to as one if the shops to buy a ccp pistol for my fiance . We noticed there selection wasnt huge but covered different calibers and styles well. The guy who helped us was very nice and didnt push us into anything or try to sell us certain brands which is nice not to be hovered over while shopping for a weapon .We did find a new ccp she loved but had other stuff we had to do in town so they worked with us and politely held until we got back to buy the pistol she loved a couple hours later . The main selling point was the price and the fact they had what we was trying to find and was at the bottom end of what we thought we would spend. The pistol was marked new and came as it should in its original case with paper work and when I got it home I cleaned / oiled it and saw no reason to believe it had been shot . Very glad we stopped in and looked

I had never been to Eagle Pawn prior to this review. I stopped by to ask a question about my vintage watch for repairs & the few mins I waited I looked around & LOVED every piece of jewelry in their cases!! When Justin, the knowledgeable & kind employee who was the one to answer my question. I then saw a beautiful diamond watch I HAD to have (just not that day)!! Anyhow I asked about the price if it was negotiable & Justin replied without any hesitation & said give me a sec to see what he could do after asking his bossman for a better price. To my amazement he made my day with a price I could live with so then I asked Justin if he could please hold the watch over the weekend & he AGAIN did not hesitate to think about holding the watch. I have never had such a wonderful experience to have such excellent customer service. Justin was kind & made my purchase even more pleasing by his knowledge & answers & last, his down to earth kind customer service with a SMILE. I would no doubt return to Eagle Pawn again to shop or buy.

Pros: The atmosphere is very nice, not like most other pawn shops around town.The DVDs are very cheap with a decent selection.Cons: The cashier and managers are very snobby, and if you come close to close, they dont bother hiding that they want you to leave.All the other item are very overpriced, especially the tools. .

Went to pawn a laptop in need for a little cash. Was greeted with respect and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Very clean and well organized shop will return in the future.

Well I went into this pawn shop to pawn some tools untill payday. Which I have the receipt to these items. I just wanted to borrow a few dollars like I said. Well without my consent or knowledge they did a background check. I have a few things in my past I am trying to get past. Well becouse of this they said no. I felt so embarrassed. That is sooo wrong of them . Thanks alot for making me feel like you cant change . I have though and this is just a bump in the road. Also on another review he says he trys to give 50 percent of retail. Such bull they TOLD me today they can only afford to pay 25 percent of retail . So which is it really. Businesses are suppose to give it straight to ya, at least good businesses.

I bought a cordless drill combo pack from these guys and couldnt get the charger batteries to work. I panicked and took it back the next day ,asked for my money back. They didnt bat an eye- I had my cash in moments and was on my way, only to find I left my Bluetooth in with all the drill stuff bag!!!!!! I called the following Monday and these champs knew about it and set it aside with my name on it.One thing is for sure , you can trust these guys 1346% I will definitely use them again.

Really nice guys in there and they will work with you and then their guns are pretty reasonable probably one of the best pawn shops in town and then you can send a gun that you have ordered there and their paper work is only $20 theyre not outrageous like the rest of them $45.75 is what the other pawn shops are charging to do paperwork thats ridiculous these guys dont charge that $20

Went there to pawn a month old Hitachi screw gun (79.98 at Lowes), a 169.99 Porter Cable belt sander, and a 29.99 Porter Cable grinder. $270.00 in retail value and the best they could do is $55.00 screw them next time I walk in their store I will pay no more then 20% of retail value.

My brother took his 1991 Rolex datejust in to get a small loan. Note my brother ran a jewelry store in Colorado for the last three years. Tri-Gem international in Colorado Springs, Co. after entering and looking at his Rolex very vaguely the jeweler says “it’s fake” it’s as far from fake as could possibly be. My brother feeling severely disrespected asks them to take the back off so they could see the components and see that the watch is authentic. They refused and were rude and disrespectful to another jeweler who clearly knows jewelry better than they do. Also note he has taken a loan on this same watch in Colorado Springs 5 or 6 times with zero incident.

Went there to purchase a pistol they had advertised online. When we got there, we were informed they were out of stock, and had sold out last night. When i asked the guy why he still had it posted online, the answer was a salty you know we just opened 10 minutes ago.... Rude. And unacceptable. If you sold out last night, pull the advertisement right then. As a result of the failure to do this we wasted a trip from ozark to west battlefield, an hour to drive there & back. To be greeted by a unprofessional and rude man. FAIL!!!!!!!!

Always had a bad experience when ffl transferring. Tried multiple time. They straight up stole a 100$ pair of vintage scope rings. Tried telling me that was all the shipper included. Called the place shipping the item. Rings was included. When confronted about them taking my rings they came up with excuses for losing them and they ordered me a new pair. A new pair of 20$ rings. What happened what dude seen a quick buck and pocketed my rings when they came in knowing their value. Will never use them again. Was already not going to use them again because they are shady and I definitely won’t be now that they stole from me.Never have I asked for anyone to do anything for me. Iv abided by all laws. I know all steps and procedures for purchasing and owning a firearms. I also have no trouble following them laws.. my first firearm was a disaster. Someone said they had to take my gun apart to check a serial number when you could clearly see the numbers where on the other side. Some one took it apart and played with it and put t back together wrong actually. It was insane to get apart because some one put the bolt spring in backwards. Also These rings are for a m77 the package you gave me clearly states m77. not the fire arm that I own. They do not even make rings for my firearm anymore. My rings where from 1991. 27 years old. You can’t replace the significance of that and anymore if you look up factory rings on gun broker for my rifle they go for 100$. I was wronged. I’ve bought plenty of guns from other company’s an have much more pleasant experience. The ffl is 10$ for a reason I guess folks.
