Great place every time I have been in there they have been amazing

I stopped by to check out the new store. Jesse spent a great deal of time with me helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a pistol. Im usually one to take months to make a decision on a purchase like this but by he made this a very easy purchasing experience for me and Im not only happy with the decision I made but I also left with an education on what I was buying. Not to mention he was helping customers as they were coming through the door. He made sure no one was waiting around on him. Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Good job Jesse. Ill be doing more business in this store.

Went to Elite arms for a “one stop shop” for my first AR build. I had a LOT of questions and needed some insight on how to accomplish this task. Myron was EXTREMELY patient with me and was happy to answer my many questions. Elite Arms and staff went above and beyond what I could have expected in this experience and have definitely earned my respect and future business!

The shop was very eat and organized. Myron was friendly and very knowledgeable about his products. Prices were competitive with other local Vortex optic dealers. Will definitely shop and buy here again.

Best place in town to go for assistance with your AR15. They are very polite and professional! Not only did he help me with my problem but went above and beyond with it which made me excited to go back to shooting range to shoot my firearm. I would highly recommend checking them out for any assistance or parts! Their huge selection of premium gun and accessories keeps me coming back, so check them out!

Guy did a nice job remounting my scope. After he was done he even gave me some tips on cleaning, fouling etc. They definitely make sure you’re taken care of.

Jesse goes above and beyond to inform you of every option there is, the ins and outs of every company and cartridge, and will even just BS with you because he’s a nice guy. I’ve been in twice and had a long and great experience with him both times.

I recently bought two more guns from them and dealt with Jessie. Jessie was also friendly and professonal. While filling out paperwork, I was listening to Jessie help another regular customer. 1st Class place, through and through. I made a stupid mistake with a 9mm and felt a bit humiliated when I entered the store, but the guys just shrugged their shoulders and said It happens. Strong customer service and an impressive inventory of quality firearms. Think my next purchase will be made right here.

When other shops told me there was no 9mm ammo anywhere at all in Springfield. Elite arms had what I needed.
