I really like Springfield Music store. They go out of their way to make the customer completely happy. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about their instruments. I really enjoy going there. I am thinking about taking quite lessons there. You have great employees!!!

Always professional, always clean and organized, no funky smells only funky beats! I took my first bass lesson today with Tavis L who teaches 5 instruments and is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and a homegrown Missouri boy to boot. Everybody is cool. In the best way. I could have easily given SM 5 stars but I wanted to leave them something to shoot for! 😉

I really didnt have a big experience. My son wanted to do band so I signed him up. That was pretty easy and simple. The instrument was delivered to the school rather quickly. Then I found out my son was the only kid in his grade that showed interest so there wasnt going to be a band class. I had the school send the instrument back and my refund was processed back to me in only a couple of days. So my experience was simple quick and easy...🙂

I went into Springfield Music to see their resonator guitars, and to also check on music lessons for acoustic guitar and resonator guitar. I went back about a week later to buy one of the resonators, and trade in one of my own guitars. Justin helped me and was great to work with. He was very upfront with me on the price of the resonator and my used guitar. I felt he worked a very fair deal with me. I was very pleased!Later, I called to talk to Sean, one of the guitar instructors. I set up classes with him starting next week. He was awesome to deal with. So far, I am VERY happy with Springfield Music. Fair prices and great employees is what makes for a great business. Look forward to a continued relationship with them.

Friendly service. My bass came back clean and all, new strings and I asked that the action be set up better and if the frets needed some work to let me know. They did set up the action but now I have string buzz on 2 of my strings that makes it impossible to play good. So apparently I am still in need of a good repair facility.

If you come in and the long haired guy with facial hair is there, you’re in luck. I don’t remember his name but he looked like a major chad. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and was incredibly knowledgeable as well as completely honest with me about the the fairness of their prices. (Good prices)

September is a magical month as 5th graders all over Springfield decide to join orchestra. My kiddo decided at the last second she wants to play violin. We go in on a Sat, and speaking with Erica get on a waitlist. “Unless you hear from us, it’ll be here Mon.” Go back Mon, Mike has zero clue what I’m talking about cuz they just got rid of their last violin. He strongly recommends I sign up for a rental online and is very apologetic about the situation. Weds after school, we return once more and this time leave with violin and accessories in hand. I really didn’t mind at all having to make multiple trips; we don’t live far, peak demand, inventory also going to other locations. Still 5 stars for employee friendliness, transparency, and ease of having to get everything we needed. Also the ukulele wall lol.

We are renting to own 2 instruments from them and they are great! We recently had an issues with one of them needing to get repaired and they got us taken care of super quick so my son did not have issues at school. Thanks for all you guys do!

These guys went the extra mile when I was unhappy with the strings I bought. They replaced them with a better set and even made a few adjustments so the strap wasn’t falling off and tightened my tuners.Real attention to detail and knowledgeable!

I went in looking for a keyboard I could use both for MIDI and just for playing around, and they help me find exactly that! I recently had carpal tunnel surgery on my fretting hand which left it very weak. I brought my Ibanez AZ guitar to Alex for a new setup, lighter strings and lower action. I utilize Springfield Music for most of my music purchases. Purchasing many guitars and amps, guitar lessons for my son, and the have a great repair shop as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Ive been coming here for 4 years and I never leave disappointed. Their payment plan helped me get a new acoustic guitar and new gear. Their services department repaired my Les Paul last year. Theyve given me advice on everything from selecting a guitar to how to splice the wires on a pickup. Their service beats anywhere else around the city.

A young lady named Erika helped me the day I went there. I left with everything I needed to learn how to play guitar. I love my parlor sized wood Fender. I have a tuner, and book. Not for one second did I feel judged or sized up. I know I could go back with any questions or repair necessary.

I tried to compare prices for renting a trombone for my son from several shops, and it was incredibly confusing. So I called Springfield Music and Misty took all the confusion out of the process. It was so easy! Almost everything we needed came in the rental package, and Misty even managed to find the brand of trombone the music teacher wanted that fit in out budget. We did a curbside pickup a couple of days later. I cant recommend Springfield Music highly enough!

Im new to the area and trying out all the music shops in Springfield area.Springfield Music has absolutely the best selection of in-stock Taylor guitars in SW Missouri. Also an impressive number of Breedloves and what has to be the biggest collection of ukuleles (Id bet there are close to 100 mostly kala and lunikai) Ive seen for sale in one shop. They have a decent selection of electric guitars (primarily Gretsch and Jackson, with some vintage Fender) and basses (mostly Ibanez) and the traditional brass/woodwind instruments for school as well. The staff was very attentive, without being intrusive. I wasnt making a guitar purchase and only needed some pedalboard accessories, but was able to try out a stellar Taylor 12 fret builders edition. Couldnt put it down, but eventually had to (Ill be back!). Ive really missed the trips to the music store during C19. Never know what I might walk out with. Very thankful that Springfield Music is following proper C19 protocol - which puts everyone at ease and ensures that I will return.

Love Fazio’s. I’m a Covid-19 musician. Started learning guitar in April and bass in June. So far I’ve bought a Squier Strat, Squier Jazz Bass, and a Fender LT25 guitar amp from them. That doesn’t count all the accessories, tuners, strings, etc.Love that they listen, teach, and best of all give great advice. I can’t recommend them strongly enough.Actually need to pop in and get some strings for one of my guitars
