I love shopping here. They have a good selection and also an online selection. If there is a shoe that you like and the size is out of stock, they will order it and ship it to your house for free.

They have a good selection of shoes, and some descent prices. The reason why I leave 4 stars is because I went there searching for mens dress shoes. Once I finally found them, it took forever for me to find my size, and when I finally did, when I opened the box, the shoes were covered in mold (or some other white and green substance). I opened 3 other boxes abd they all had the same thing. I mean, I understand its a big store, but I would expect them to at least check their own shoes.

Pricey shoes but the employees are super noce

I went into return a pair of shoes I wore once. They would not accept return since I had worn them and there was stuff in crevices. I went and cleaned them off and went to return them. Manager found one speck (and I mean a speck) and said in a condescending tone they would not return them. She was like Im not trying to be rude. I was like you are actually. They got another manager involved and exchanged the shoes. Moral of the story do not ever go here. There are better prices and elsewhere and better exchange policies.

GREAT choice of foot wear at a reasonable cost. Only 2 employees working so close to Christmas and they were nice and were very helpful.

I like the place they where very nice I bought two pairs earlier was at finish line and the salesmen suck but I got shoes there to but only because I didnt want to run all over town trying to find someone else selling the same shoes

The shoes are not comfortable at all but very cheaply made which is why the prices and deals are so low. You get what you pay for. I wouldnt buy any shoes from here. Spend the money elsewhere for quality comfortable shoes that are more but will last many more years.

After visiting 5 places in town Rack Room had decent work shoes. Ill start here next time.

My daughter bought her and her dad shoes from there and we got home her shoes were different sizes so took them back and the guy was nice and got her the right sizes. my husbands shoes didnt fit so took them back and they wouldnt give the full amount of price back $65 dollar shoes and they only gave her $22 back. i went in and the lady was very rude and told me thats the way it was and she was a manager worst place ever! Never go there!

I buy my Converse here and my fiancee gets his work shoes yearly. Also we get my stepdaughter her tennies and slides here. You just cant beat the bogo 1/2 off plus the extra money that adds up towards coupons of $15. We basically got my stepdaughters beautiful running shoes for about 5$ after the sales price, bogo and coupon. Love this store!

Staff is very friendly

Prices were acceptable, however there were many empty boxes on the shelf. The shoes I wanted were saying in stock in the system and the empty box for them was on the shelf, but they were not in the store.
