This place always carries a large selection from different brands to styles to sizes. The prices are great and they always seem to be running some kind of a special deal. If they dont have the right size in the particular style your searching for they can order it.

Always great service and huge selection. Went in for some shoes to wear to a wedding and these were perfect.

Major lack of customer service. I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes online only because 1 of them wasn’t available in store. I show up at the store, and my shoes weren’t ready up front. I said no big deal, and then I went and grabbed my shoes off of the shelf myself and brought them up front. At this point, the cashier told me that I’m going to have to pay for the shoes (keep in mind I already paid for them online, and then did their job for them by grabbing them off the shelf). When I questioned it, she said that it’s just the way things work. I’d have to pay for it in store and ask to cancel and refund my online order. Again, I ordered shoes in my online order that would have to be shipped, so that wasn’t an option. At this point, she tells me to buy the shoes, wait until my in store order is filled, and then return those. 😱 by this point I’m just overwhelmed by the stupidity of this process. I canceled my entire order and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The young lady that helped me was really nice and very helpful and didnt leave me until I was completely done. Very happy Thank you very much. Happy 4th of July.

Many nice shoes on sale n I got 2 pair n the hot my granddaughters a pair. They need more customer service. One register only open n a line was ling the guy who stood to tell the sales over the intercoms was not any help w the lin e but said that it was getting late for the store Had 50 min til they close.. n that was it.

Store could be better stocked with sizes but its understandable considering its back to school season. Luckily you can find more sizes online.

So my daughter in law has alopicia. She went for an interview. Can you beleive the guy who interviewed her told her it was against their policy to hire people with a physical disability cause she has no hair from having alopicia. If this is their policy, I wont ever buy my shoes there. Neither should anyone else.

Had most of the shoes I needed. Just curious why there are announcements in store that if you buy two or more pairs, you get to spin the wheel for a discount. Then when you get to the checkout theres a sign that says you cant spin the wheel because its too dangerous due to covid. Seems like a scam.

As is with all things customer relation interactions now, our experience was dismal. We waited in line for 40 minutes. We have purchased back to school shoes here for 20 years. There were no sales. Paid 200% more for four pairs of shoes. We wont go back again for any shoe purchase. The absence of ANY COVID safety measures alone were deplorable.

Excellent sales, generally cute options for shoes, and a pleasant staff to ask questions to.Notably I am incredibly biased since I wear a size 4 in girls and a 6 in womens. In other words, I do not know if youd be able to find a lot of options if you were a size 14 in mens or a 9/10 in womens. If you are between the sizes 5 and 8 in womens youll have your pick of the litter.

They have the best shoe prices and shoe selection in town!

25 people in line with one cashier. There was also some guy standing there watching everyone wait to be checked out. Still not sure what his job title is but I definitely think he deserves a raise!

No less than 30 people in line. Only one cashier (Amanda) and the store general manager (John) in the front of the store. Amanda was working her like a mule ringing people out while John stood up on the podium, behind the microphone doing absolutely nothing. (See pics) We stood in line for about 30 minutes. I dont know how the store manager could just stand there doing nothing while one of his employees was being absolutely inundated with customers. Its as if he didnt know how to operate a register.

They have a lot of Brand named shoes! But not a lot of help, but thats everywhere!

It was not a very good experience.. I had an issue with an online order and the manager didnt even want to look to help me I ended up calling customer service and was told that the manager lied to me.

I always find what I need here! my kids also! the prices are great too! I never walk out empty handed! I always get my Vans from here and they are usually on sale!! they have the nicest staff and line go quick never any waiting. there a basketball goal for kids to play with when trying on shoes, the restrooms are temporarily closed because of covid though.

Looked on line to see if they had my shoe size. They did. So I went and found one in white and one in black. Bought both of them.

Was helped immediately and was checked out in 10 minutes or less. I love my new shoes

Have a huge selection, yet associates dont even know where their products are.

Its not crowded , even with last minute Christmas shoppers and the BOGO sale , the clerks are calm and the atmosphere is relaxed. Shoes sure cost a lot more than they did when I was a kid , but then, as now , nothing feels better on your feet than good quality shoes.

Fabulous customer service!My daughter needed white water resistant shoes for her nursing program, they knew right where to find them. They were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about their inventory.

They have a very big variety. I think they are a lil pricey. I guess I wear a size they dont make anymore cuz no matter where I look for shoes they dont have the size I need... I usually wear a 10 but here lately 10 is a lil small no matter what brand and a 10.5 would be great but I have to end up wearing an 11 which is probably why I have so much trouble with my feet.

Terrible customer service at this location We were double charged for a pair of shoes and obviously wanted to find out how to get our money back asap as obviously in times of covid no one can afford to be charged an extra $100 however when calling we were met with a snippy boy answering the phones who told us he didnt know why that would happen and it might fix itself in 3-5 business days but it wasnt on them because we did an online order that we picked up at their store and the only number they can give us is one that the manager says is having technical issues and when we asked for another contact method because the number did not work she told us there is no other way to get ahold of their corporate office which was a lie because we were able to get ahold of an email address online ourselves Im so disappointed because weve been shopping here for so long but after this experience we question their trustworthiness

Unfortunately, they did not want to honor an online deal so, we went to Kohls & got the deal for $10 cheaper plus free in store pickup. They were not enforcing their mask policy in any way except a few announcements over the loudspeaker, & kids were running wild. Shoes of various sizes & brands were stuck in wrong places, prices were mismatched. I high recommend ordering online or opting for a different store all together.

Nobodys ever around when you need help. Guys who work there avoid eye contact with customers so theyre not bothered. The female workers DONT do this, theyre very helpful and should get paid more than the lazy guys I seen.

I do like shoe carnival if I cant get what I want there I can order it

I made a purchase my debit card was charged twice I went right back in the store they said there no way for that to happen I showed them on my account summary still insisted there was no way for that to happen gave me a 800 number to call and their customer service rep was like well it seem that I was charged a reference charge as if I had made an order online but I did not I went into the store and bought the shoes, he said ummm well it should be credited back within 30 days if not file a dispute with your card company. I call the store back and Adam answered the phone I explained to him what had gone one with the situation he said ok well thanks for letting us know and hung up on me never will I go into that store again. Customers beware pay with cash or you might have to pay double for your shoes. Springfield missouri store total disappointment

We were a bit disappointed that there were no clowns, acrobatics, lion-tamers, trapeze artist, or even your typical carnival elephants. It was more focused on selling shoes than it was on being a carnival. My family was all ready to see some animals performing and clowns getting out of a little car. We were looking forward to elephant rides and lions, tigers, and bears, but instead we bought shoes. I suggest renaming the place “Shoe Store” and not calling it a carnival. Yeah, my kids and wife like their shoes, but the employees don’t even resemble typical carnies. They just look like regular folks who are into selling shoes. I would give them 5 stars if they were a shoe store, but when you advertise yourself as a carnival and lack the above mentioned items, I just don’t feel very good about a 5 star review.

Was thorough about mask and social distance reminders. They also were protective of their associates asking customers to maintain distance from them as they would wait for aisle clear before they replaced stock.
