I took my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 there with a number of different problems and they did exceptional work. I have taken that same to truck to other shops in the Springfield area and have had nothing but negative results. You really get what you pay for. And in actuality I should have taken it there to begin with and would have saved money. Thanks to all the guys.

I took my 05 F250 in to get some serious work done to it. This was my first time dealing with this shop and I must say it didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs done to my truck were done on a timely manner and at a fair price. I will definitely be coming back for any future upgrades or repairs.

They ordered us Weather Tech mats for our car. We love them. Customer Service was great. They have moved to another place. They are now on North 28th St in Springfield.

I came across Dunks while searching for a part online that I had ordered months ago from Quadratec and just found out that it still wouldnt ship until Jan when I need it before Christmas. I called Dunks to see if the part was in-stock. The gentleman that answered the phone said let me get my hands on it and make sure it is here. He came back and said unfortunately he didnt have it but would see what other items he could find for me. He called back shortly after describing a different quality brand that would fit my needs with price and how soon it could ship. Although I didnt purchase this as I had already found the part I was looking for on ebay and ordered it. I very much appreciate the level of service I received from Dunks as it was above and beyond what I have received from anyone else looking for this part or even get updates on my original order from Quadratec. I will definitely look into items I need form Dunks Performance in the future. I appreciate the time and effort!

Great, quality install. - Installed a Rocky Road Outfitters 2.5 Lift with new controls arms on my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel.They even attempted to help me with tire fitment - though it required a replacement rim solution I seeked out else were.Update: Back to Dunks to ensure suspension is good, had an over torqued bolt that started rattling. Took care of me no issues after.

My husband and I have taken our truck in a few times since moving into the area and really love their service. My dad also uses them and is who recommended them to me. Ive had some bad experiences in desil shops before when my husband wasnt with me but never here. Thanks guys!

I had a persistent problem with my AMP Research power running boards not working all the time on my 2018 RAM. They would work and then not work it was very frustrating for sure. Casey and his team got on it and found the problem involving cracked solder joints in the control module from the factory, and bad diode, they solved the problem. I couldnt be more pleased with Dunks Performance. I will definitely return to them when I need help. Thank You Dunks.

The guys just completed a AFM/DOD delete kit on my 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 With 5.3 LY5 with 165,000 miles on it. Truck runs great now and Eric did a great job bringing all systems front to rear up to date.

They have rebuilt most of the front end of my truck and they did a great job, good service.

Dunks is the best...I recently had a horror story with a car dealership where they didnt install my 4 lift kit correctly, even though they were the ones who recommended it. After driving off the lot, I realized something wasnt right, but the dealership started giving me the run around for several weeks. I had finally had enough and called Dunks. I live in Albany so I was trying to stay close to home, my mistake. Casey and Mike were able to diagnose the problem over the phone...something the dealership couldnt do with the Jeep on the rack. I took it down and they resolved the issue, at one point, Casey even met me half way (in Brownsville) so I could provide them with the parts. The customer service and support of Casey and Dunks is beyond the best. If you have a Jeep that you need some work done on...go there! Dont waste time or money anywhere else. This is the second vehicle Ive had that they have worked on and in every case, they are the best.

Took my 4runner here recently to get a lift and new tires and wheels. The guys at the front desk were very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Very happy with the results. 4runner looks amazing now! Definitely recommend Dunks!!

Casey with Dunks Performance did an exceptional job fixing my 2006 diesel pick up. They got our truck in and fixed in a very timely manner. They were very respectful and honest with us with everything that was wrong with our pick up. We will be taking all of our pick ups there for future services.

I had a great experience with the guys at Dunks Performance. I was dealing mostly with Casey and Richard, but all the guys there are awesome, great team atmosphere. Everything I was promised was delivered, and they went above and beyond to deliver. Ran into an problem with bent lower shock brackets on the rear, and I feel like this would have been a big issue at some shops. It was no issue here. They fixed it and reinforced it with gussets in about 5 min, and charged a nominal fee to do so. I will be taking my sprinter here for everything in the future. Fair pricing for top quality work. First time I went to Dunks they installed a SCT tuner with an EGS (exhaust gas temperature sensor). They had it done within hours of dropping it off. Needless to say I was extremely satisfied. Next I wanted a remote oil cooler installed. Dropped the truck off and 20 minutes later they called and said the tech that was going to work on the truck called in sick and the truck would not be ready that day. I asked if it would be ready the following day, they said depends on if the tech comes in. I said well I guess I want my deposit back and I would be down to pick up the truck ASAP. The person on the phone had the owner talk to me and they said for sure the truck would be done by the next day. Great and even greater is they got it done that day. Now for the rest of the story, I wanted them to put a larger tank in and they had me pay for the tank and they ordered it. When it came in they set up an appointment on a Wednesday at 9 am. Dropped the truck off and Ubered back home. Did not hear form them all day. Called around 3-4pm and was told they just started on it and it would not be done till the next day. I thought no worries. Next day got a call at around 3pm stating they did not order a few parts that are needed to install the tank and it would be the next Tuesday before the parts got there. I am understandable upset and asked them why they did not know they needed these parts as it is stated on the manufactures website that these parts are needed to install in my truck they just said they didnt. There was a few other things I wanted to them to work on and they had to take something apart to make sure what part was needed. They said it was a lot more then they thought and asked why I was having them replace the part. I said because you said it needed to be replaced in an inspection. Guy on the phone said he would talk to the tech and see. At this point I am losing all confidence in them. I say dont do any work besides the tank. The following Tuesday I get a call at 5:20 that the truck is done and passed the test drive and inspection. Great Uber down there and they start to get the bill ready and ask me to make sure to keep an eye on the gauge to make sure it shows the correct level. Sure will do, just need to pay them. I was quoted around $400 for labor to install the tank and there were a few parts they had to order that were not quoted. Well guess what they charged me to take the line off to see what part was needed that really did not have to be replaced. I said that is BS (or some colorful expletives). Im getting upset, they then start to argue with me about the circumstances around the charge, I said I didnt care and would pay even though I didnt like it. He continues to justify the charge after I said I didnt care and just take my money. I use some not so nice words and hand the card over. Sing the receipt and the card slip and apologize for calling him a name, he says dont worry about it. I go to fill the new tank up and after around 30 gallons it start to leak bad. I shut off the fuel pump and immediately call the shop. No answer its 6:01 and they close at 6. Okay thats fine will call them in the morning. Get home and look at the tank it is leaking from the seem that connect the top of the tank to the bottom. I then try and call the manufacture but they are closed. I start to look at the receipt from Dunks and see that they put a line in it stating that due to my attitude they will not honor any warranties. I understand I was a d!ck but I think I had good reason to be upset, probably should not have called them names, it was in the heat of the moment. I am not saying not to go there just sharing my experiences.

Had read good reviews online about these guys but when I called them for an estimate on some work I needed done I was very disappointed. Felt as if I didnt matter, I had to call them over and over just to even try and get a bid, which I never received. Not impressed!

Stopped in to get some information and pricing on some work I wanted done to my truck just felt like I wasnt important and I was putting them out... not sure if I caught them on a bad day... But just didnt feel good about it.

Worst place to get any work done. They might and they might not get to it and they wont finish the job and still charge the full amount. Will never go back. Their more interested in working on their own stuff. I dont mind paying for the job I needed done but took it down twice just so they could finish the job and they couldnt even do that.
