There was a gentleman unregistered who went above and beyond the call. The guy that we had couldnt find the part couldnt bring us up to get one ordered it was just a nightmare dont we did such and left no sooner did we get out of the parking lot of this gentleman that comes running out with the box that were looking for the caliper. we were ecstatic to find out that the part that we were looking for was there in fact I cannot remember his name for the life of me but he was there Saturday August 22nd, 20/20. this gentleman was upfront had glasses and short hair spiked older gentleman, the coolest employee by far. I will continue to shop at this location until my vehicle blows up or I only have to buy brand new cars theyve sold me for with wife on just this gentlemans initiative to go all out to look for my part. I would give him a raise a pat on the back and anything else the gentleman wants because hes keeping people like me who spend on average $1,000 a month on parts and accessories and bring other people that I work on their vehicles and their parts and accessories till you guys. Went early for a new battery. Advanced installs the battery for free which is cool but there was only one store clerk who had to juggle the install and all the incoming customers. I think we were lucky to get out off there in less than hour. There was some electronic device he plugged into the computer under the dash, which he placed on the drivers seat. This device was filthy. Its stained the seat. They should take care to place a protective cover over anything theyre going to place their tools on. If you have anything done by them, be aware that they dont take these precautions. We also asked for a rear bulb. They told us we had to special order it. After telling me my order was complete and ready I show up to have it not complete or ready and then wait two days to make sure the order can come in and the kid named cam ordered the wrong parts and also could not find the order when I showed up total lack of professionalism and customer service. For being on Boston Road with three other auto parts stores this is by far the place you want to go to last if at all

Normally I would never publicly criticize that place I worked for- but I feel like this needs to be stated. Advanced Auto Parts has horrible management and treats its women employees horribly.If I wasnt being talked down or at by customers and other employees, management would often sexualize everything. I was either told I couldnt do this because I was a woman or was told I wouldnt understand because of my female brain.Customers are rude. Staff even ruder. Staff doesnt care, and constantly makes inappropriate sexual or aggressive jokes about race, and orientation. Theft was huge, etc. All around just bad.

Staff was friendly and offered assistance with the minor repair that I was doing in the lot.

I bought a master cylinder, and turned in my old one for the core charge. It was a remade , it was no good so i bought one new elseware . Had to pay alot more for no core , had to return theres for a refund. Jeremy was really nice and also refunded the core on the return even though i didnt have one. Ty.
