I called and received an estimate of $520 to have my roof repainted. Made an appointment an took my car in for repairs. Was told it might be done by the end of the day, if not definitely by the next day. Received a text with pictures of my car from Julie V. later that same day, saying there was bondo in my roof & that she would need to talk to her employee about the repairs the next day. The next morning I called to ask about my car and was given to the owner Mike. Mike, told me he was upside down in hours already & when asked (3different times) how much it would cost to fix it right was told he wouldn’t want to price it out. Asked them to please fix my car for the estimated price. When I received my car later that day there was several dips & dings. Upon further inspection of the car the paint doesn’t match up. There is ALOT of dirt pieces in the paint on the roof & a place where the clear coat had bubbled up. There is also scratches from an air sander down my back glass. When I took my car back over for Mike to take a look at it he told me that the scratches came from when he baked the paint & that the dirt an bubble would have came off during the buffing process but that since he was so upside down in the car he didn’t bother to buff it. When my husband spoke with on the phone Mike, informed to come speak with him Man to Man (LoL), an that if I left a review on Google he would put a lean against my car. When I already have a paid receipt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

Ive used MAACO twice now, and have had good experiences both times. In both visits, I had some minor body work done that needed a custom painting match (since my car is old and its specific color isnt made anymore). They had the lowest quote in town, and the work was done well. Both of the paint jobs occurred a couple of years ago, and the paint has held up well over time. I have attached the before photos (with damage) and after photos (after MAACO repaired and painted).

They did exactly what I asked for. The job done was very good quality and a good price. Enjoyed the people who work there and they are very professional. Would recommend to anyone. Couldn’t be happier.

Pros:- The price was best in town by almost $1,000- The work was excellent- I was not charged a penny over the estimate I was given.Cons:- I was told it was 5 days of labor. I know that doesnt mean it will be done in 5 days. I understand parts have to be ordered and shipped. I called once a week and was told it will be done next week 3 weeks straight. I finally got my truck back after 25 days.This would be a 5-star review if the work was done in a time even remotely close to the estimate. The day it was finished I was told it was all painted and put back together and I could pick it up at 5. I got there at 5 and they hadnt put the bed back on yet and had to run to a dealership to get new bolts. Even a call with updates would have pushed this to a 4-star review, but the only time I got any updates was when I called to see if it was ready.Also, after a couple $1,000 you would think they wouldn’t have left dirt and dust everywhere in the cab.I will edit this review as necessary.

I brought in my vehicle after I was in an accident that damaged the front. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional, and quickly assessed the damage and cost as I was present. She gave me a price, was able to help with financing that I ended up not needing but I was glad it was an option, and gave me a timeline for when the repairs would be completed. In the end, the repairs were completed on time and my car looks good as new! There were a couple of things (not visible on the outside) that were not able to be fixed because the amount quoted was all I could afford to pay. However, this was understandable and not a problem for me. Ultimately I HIGHLY recommend Maaco! Professional, kind and great value. I will definitely come back if I need to, although I hope that is never necessary again.

TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Weve had nothing but bad experiences here. We took it to get a bumper replacement and had to take it THREE times to get it fixed. They charged extra for parts, which we paid, but did not ever use the clamps to attach the bumper or the lights and they were left dangling on our way home from their shop. They proceeded to glue the 1/2 gaps on each of the bumper because it was placed incorrectly along with their being dents where they banged it in to attach it. Julie at the front desk is extremely rude and unaccommodating. They refuse to even refund the money for the brand new bumper they dented as they have to pay their employees that did the labor, though done extremely incorrectly. 100% would not recommend. Take your car anywhere but here!!!!!!

The team here were incredibly patient with me when I couldnt make a decision on the paint job. I think they had to print 4 different invoices for me and didnt bat an eye. I got a great deal on my repairs and paint job, and my baby looks perfect!

I dropped off our car on Mon. 23rd and was told by the sales manager Julie V., the job will take only 3 days, maybe 4. On Wed. the 25th, Julie V. called the car is too new and we are having trouble with the mud, we need another $400 for an outer shell to complete the job. I declined the offer and asked Julie V. to do their best. Fri. the 27th, I called and was told by Julie V. the car was not ready, call Monday.On Mon. the 30th, I called again. I was told the car was not ready, call tomorrow.On Tues. 31st, I called at noon and spoke with Julie V. She stated Your car was parked outside last night and the catalytic converter was stolen. We will have the police here and file a report. Your car is not ready, call us back tomorrow. I asked about the theft details. I asked her if there was anything Maaco could do to help us with this serious problem, and was told Maaco is not responsible for thefts. She said I can refer you to a repair shop. I asked for a Military discount because the car belongs to a Veterans widow, my wife. She agreed to give us a discount we ALREADY qualify for receiving. So basically we got nothing for the stolen catalytic converter and the car has been in their custody for 9 days, 7 business days. Also no-one called me on the day of the theft, not even a courtesy call.Wed. Sept. 1st, I called to see when our car would be ready. Julie V. said they are still working on it, it will be ready after 2:30pm today. We arrived and Julie V. took the payment from my wife, and Julie V. thanked her for her Military service. Julie V. never said sorry for incident. We asked for the police report and was given a card with a police report number. Then she said have a nice day as we walked out the door.I just paid the muffler shop to replace the cat converter. Also both front floor matts have shop dust and stuff on them, and then they put the paper rug protector on top to hide the dirt. I hope the Maaco corporate office does the moral and ethical thing and compensate us for the cost of the catalytic converter and having to go 10 days waiting for our car and another day waiting for the muffler repair shop.

Honestly this business doesn’t deserve 1 star, but I wasn’t given the option to reward them with less. Seriously I’ve worked at a shop for years and I haven’t seen worse service than this. Some good friends of mine got their bumper “fixed” there, apparently fixed now means you get a new bumper with dents that’s glued on leaving gaps on each side. Nothing about this job was done right, and to top it off they won’t fix it or give any money back. So, to sum it up if you want to pay professional prices for someone to mess up a simple job they won’t even stand behind go to Macco.

I dropped off my Jeep to be painted the day before I flew out for vacation. It was 100% a mutual understanding that I would be picking up the Jeep the following Monday which was a week after dropping it off. The day I was supposed to pick it up I called to let them know I would be heading there to pick it up, and that’s when I found out they hadn’t even started on it and said it would be another week. I couldn’t leave it there a whole week longer because that is my only car and that’s why I planned to drop it off while on vacation. I was told several times that they were down a tech, no offense but I don’t understand how that is my problem? If it couldn’t be done they should’ve said so from the beginning or called me in advance to let me know, not me finding out the day I was supposed to pick it up that it hadn’t even been touched.

Julie gave me a quote and said my car would be ready in 2-1/2 days (for a new front bumper). It was not ready when promised. Then, 2 days later, when I picked it up, a front piece fell off the car while I was driving. I called and she sent her son to do a temporary fix. Had to take my vehicle back the following day to be fixed properly.I do NOT recommend this location!

I truly cannot thank them enough. My daughter has inherited her first vehicle my my fiancé who passed two years ago. My daughter told us exactly what she wanted and they made it happen in under a week. Julie at the front office is so fun to deal with. And all the hardworking guys really busy their butts to make it perfect. I would highly recommend this place for any of your painting needs. I didn’t make it easy on them as my kiddo wanted a brand new color and they got it and made it happen.

Maaco gave me a great experience getting my truck painted. I received the truck back very quickly, with excellent workmanship. I definitely recommend going to see Julie, as she was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I worked with julie initially who helped me fix up my 2006 Ford Mustange Convertible. These guys offer great service at an economical rate. However, what matters more to me is timing. Like most people I am very busy and needed my car fixed ASAP. Julie and her team were able to expedite and accommodate my needs and get the job done fast. This shop is under new ownership and because of their great work on my car I will return later this year for more upgrades. Thanks Macco.

Took my 1988 Ford F-250 here to have it painted, they quoted me a decent price, so I made the appointment, took my truck and was informed it would be about a week and a half. I have now waited 1 month for my truck to be done and been lead to believe many times it would be done soon. Thursday I was told it would be done Friday, then I would pick it up Saturday morning and I just ask, they aren’t sure when it will be done. I’m excited to see my discount I will be expecting from Maaco paint. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Won’t be back with my vehicles.

Blown away by the price and service. Shop is clean and professional. Unlike most shops that live off of overinflated insurance prices MAACO offers multi tiered options to fit your situation/budget. They ran into some unexpected issues with the fiberglass parts on my van so it took a little longer than I wanted but the communication was good and I was kept in the loop. Body work shouldnt be rushed so I didnt mind waiting.As for MAACOS reputation, they are a franchise and some are better than others. The ones in the Springfield/nixa area are good to go from my experience. They are upfront with quotes, inexpensive, and can make that old beater look new for not a lot of money.

I took a car here a couple weeks ago. I have to say I was very pleased with the way it turned out. It looks really good. The guys in the shop did a great job. The only draw back is that it took about twice as long as i was told, and expected when we started. I know things happen but a few extra days make a difference when you a borrowing a car while repairs are being made.

This was a wonderful place to trust my car. My car had really bad oxidation and I got my car back looking brand new. They also finished my car a day early than I expected. They complete work in a timely fashion and are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Had some problems with the quality this time and returned the car & it was agreed it was not done to MAACO quality standards. They redid the work, replaced the parts originally used at no cost to me. I appreciate MAACO standing behind their work as advertised.

I brought in my 2019 challenger for an insurance repair. The Maaco staff worked with my insurance company and got my car repaired fast and made it just like new. I highly recommend Maaco over other shops Ive used in the past.

Excellent paint job. My car had extensive rusting and I was doubtful that the paint job would last. Were almost two years out and it still looks great. I believe we chose the premium paint package. The process did take longer than expected, but they called us with updates and let us know.

I can not explain how utterly disappointed I have been. Over 3 months, I have been mistreated and taken for a fool.I simply asked for new fenders to be put on my 2000 Excursion. Not only did they not listen to what I wanted, they totally ruined the rear quarter panels of my truck.I took my vehicle to another shop to get this fixed, and they told me that the work done was so bad, that they would have to completely replace the rear quarter panels... a cost of over $6000!I have called the customer service number 4 times, and have never gotten a call. I will contact my attorney on Monday to deal with this.I would never recommend someone to go there.

Beautifully done less expensive than competitors and faster than expected.

I am very unhappy with this particular collision center because they had my van for 3 days in the first two they had it sitting out back behind their shop havent been touched while Im spending $100 a day on a rental car next up I pick it up or try to rather only to find out that its not finished and so I have to go and extend my rental car and they did pick up the tab for that last day but only because I complained and I also was up at their shop checking on my van after hours and found that on the third night they didnt even lock it up which upset me greatly due to the fact that it is in a bad neighborhood and I have expensive things in it now Ive got the job done although the manager said that when he took my estimate he was going to take out a couple of hail damage dents and he didnt do that so he didnt follow through with his word I will never come back here ever again!!

Chad at the desk is great! (Guys in shop left all the plastic balled up in my backseat though.) Looks like new, I just need to wash the rest of the car to make it match, haha.

An update to my previous review. I took the same vehicle in a year later for repair since I felt they had done such a good job the previous time.I was told it would take three days to repair. I called them on the third day to let them know I was headed their way to pick it up. I was informed that they had not even started on the vehicle and that it would be another three days. Again three days later I called and they informed me yet again that they had not started on it. They said to give them two more days. I called two days later and they said it would be ready by the end of the day. I arrived thirty minutes before they close to pick up the vehicle to find out thet they would not have it ready before they closed.Not once did they give me a courtousy call, and we later realized after retrieving the vehicle that items were missing out of it.I got a quote from three separate places for some auto body repair. Out of the three, Maaco was the only one to give me a fair price at just under half of the amount the other two quoted. They did a great job on the repair and even did some repair that wasnt requested, or that I was even aware needed repaired. I offered to pay more for the extra work and honesty, but they refused to take it!I highly recommend checking these guys out when considering auto repair.

Our experience with Bob and his whole team of estimators, body repair and paint specialists was truly exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the degree to which they obsessed over getting it right when in actuality it ended up exceeding my expectations. Pricing was excellent and were so happy we chose this locally-owned business, twice so far in fact! While I hope we do not see them anytime soon, well show no hesitation returning in the future.

Havent picked up my bumper yet but, very nice and friendly staff and they were effieciant on the timing and price wasnt bad either. Made my situation allot easier to deal with.

Brought car in for new paint job and repairs in early fall. Picked up car when finished, followed instructions to hand wash car only. Had to bring car back Maaco because paint was chipping and peeling. I just picked my car up on Saturday 12-1-18.Hoping for better results 2nd time around. Staff was always friendly and courteous.

I had my truck painted at a out of state Maaco shop just a week before moving to Missouri. There was a reaction with previous paint and it started to come loose. I contacted Maaco in Springfield. The owner Mike told to bring my truck in. He contacted Maaco corporate office for approval and now my truck is beautiful again. The Maaco staff stripped all the bad paint and did a great repaint. I have personally had over 200 vehicles painted here. I can honestly say I have never had a craftmanship issue or color issue. The owner is a good and down to eart guy.

Rob had my 08 Dodge Charger only 3 working days and called to say it was done. I picked it up yesterday and it was flawless! What a GREAT paint job for such a reasonable price! I would HIGHLY recommend and will certainly use them again and again!

Work done on car was great. Service was the worst. Got a scratch and small ping on driver door fixed. Was told to bring car in monday. Got car back 8 days later! Should have taken a max of 4 days. My car sat there for 3 days before work even started. Tried to talk to owner about this and he could not take his eyes off his cell phone and he could not care less about what his company did. Was also told on thursday to come get car on monday at 3. When i get there, they tell me they said get it on tuesday at 3. Work done was great but i will never go back to Maaco in springfield mo.! Service was that bad!!!!!!!!

Ive had two accidents in the time that Ive owned my car and couldnt get it fixed from the first one and the second one got fixed based on an insurance claim constant back and forth between me and the adjuster but now you cant even tell it was ever wrecked in the first place

1973 VW Squareback turned out beautifully , full restoration of original color of yellow , metal body work was top notch , paint top notch , very happy .Had a mix up on quotation concerning the price , I would visit very closely on this part .But I will use them again it is that good at a fair price.Regards , Nick Hammack

I Was satisfied with the work that was done, I have an older car that needed some body work as well and the made it look very good. The only complaint that I have is that it toke a week and a half longer then was then was estimated but all and its looks grate.

Would give zero but they wont let you. Do not take your vehicle here. New owners dont have a clue about how a shop works. A couple hr class with maaco corp. doesnt make you a professional at anything and they lie through their teeth... Just because the paint looks shiny at first doesnt mean its gonna stay that way..true fact 👎👎

I had a scratch on my drivers door and tailgate, I wanted to have fixed. They gave me a good deal and a couple days later called me. I picked up my truck and noticed the Trim for the doors in my back seat the Silverado letters falling off. I walked in and said the letters are falling off his reply was yeah, our adhesive strips wouldnt work well on your emblems. If you want to pull it back up we will take them off and take the time to put some 3m on them. Bring it back tomorrow and we will out them on -shouldnt this had been done in the first place if it wasnt right? after coming back the letters were crooked, they had to wet sand the paint. And then they left buff marks on the side so I had to come back again. Been back about 5-6 times. However the people are friendly lol
