This is the best body shop ever. I took a salvage car there for an estimate, i decided to go with them because they worked with me and my budget really well that i got half the price other bodyshops were offering, i was skeptical at first because of how low the price was but i tell you, my car came out looking brand new. They even washed my car and did the state inspection for free. Jay was amazing, he would call everyday to give an update and i was allowed to come in to see where they were at regarding the work being done. They delivered 2 days before the estimated date. The mechanics were so nice and very experienced. I would return and i highly recommend. Thanks L&M body shop.

I took my 2016 Chevy Equinox to this shop after it was hit by another driver. I had repairs and routine maintenance done by their shop.Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When I would call, no matter who I spoke to, they were able to give quick updates as if they remember all their customers and their vehicles. They even called me by name when I walked into the shop without me having to introduce myself.I had a deadline for when I needed my car back and they went a step further by beating that deadline by over a week. Despite the estimated repair time quoting it to take much longer.The prices were better than my usual go to auto shop and the work was very thorough and well executed. The damages weren’t visible and the color and new parts matched perfectly. The car looked brand new.I really appreciated all the hard work each team member put into fixing my car and returning it so quickly. Really makes difference when you don’t have the finances to get a rental, but have a job and a family to still take care of. Thank you very much!

Definitely one of the best places I’ve been to in all of Northern Virginia.They’re very quick to respond to your phone call. I had my passenger side front window-glass broken into. They took my car in as soon as i arrived and the job was done the same day.

Out of all of the estimates I received for this work, L&M’s was the most competitive. All of the staff warmly greeted me upon arrival for the estimate and the actual appointment, even the auto body technicians who don’t normally talk directly with the customers. The staff made sure I understood their repair process and what to expect. The body repairs were well done and were well-blended with the original paint. More than six months after the work was completed, my vehicle looks just as great as it did when I drove it off the dealership’s lot for the first time. Great work quality... competitive pricing... friendly staff. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for auto body work!

I had a very enjoyable experience with this business. I basically needed the entire driver’s side of my car repaired after an accident, and they were life savers! Rob helped me with my initial estimate, and was very quick and knowledgeable. Moe helped me through the entire process of getting my car repaired, and was very professional, as well as great at explaining what would be done to my car and updating me along the process. Kevin was also very helpful by giving me a ride to pickup my rental car. They completed 10 days of work in 8 days which is also a bonus. These guys are truly incredible! Kevin and his brother Jay did a phenomenal job fixing up my Land Rover LR2 after a fender bender. They really went above and beyond to make themselves available. Get this -- even driving my car to me, to my house, 30 minutes away, to drop it off and collect the rental. In the end, I really cant say anything negative about my experience with them. We found this repair shop through our insurance company and Tony and Kevin took very quick and special care of us immediately! The shop is clean and professional so don’t be swayed by the number of cars and people! We were also amazed to find out they are taking care of a stray cat and her brand new kittens that came with her. Alpha male mechanics and strong men doing such a wonderful thing for our furry friends too. I would send all of my friends here for any auto repair work.

They even gave me the positives and negatives of owning a vehicle with major prior damages as I was interested in repairing and keeping the vehicle due to me being the first and last person to drive it all 251 thousand miles of it’s short life. I went to L&M Auto Body for an estimate to fix two scrapes one of which was pretty minor and could be almost completely fixed with buffing. The other will require for the bumper to be removed and painted. Upon arrival I was greeted right away and given a fair estimate, which an explanation for the price and process. They also offered to buff out the minor scrape immediately and did so very quickly and free of charge. The buff job is perfect and the spot looks as good as new!! The guys at L&M are fantastic and professional and I will certainly be coming back for any body work I need done in the future. I highly recommend them!

These guys are true professionals--the work they did was excellent, and the customer service was some of the best I have ever seen. Recently I took my vehicle to them with some door damage. To repair the damage they had to spend more time on it than they had originally estimated, but they knew I was paying out of pocket, and kept the price to the original estimate. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and they did such a good job matching the door to the older paint that I could not tell the difference. These guys are the BEST! Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Im a car person and very picky about who works on my vehicle. They just finished work on my 2014 Dodge Charger that had been in a rear end fender bender. All Dodge parts used and perfect paint matching. I will always get any paint and bodywork done with them.

Granted my repairs were minimal but seriously...One day! I rarely write reviews for businesses. But with the level of service that Kevin and company provide at L&M I couldnt in good conscience pass on a review. Their customer service far surpasses any auto body or repair shop Ive worked with in my 18 years of car ownership. In fact, Id go so far to say it would be wise for other businesses outside of the car repair industry to take some notes on how they treat their customers.Ive had two vehicles that were in accidents repaired at L&M. I also know others who have had work done at their shop. The reviews are never short of glowing. Experienced. Prompt. Affordable. Courteous. Honest. My family has used L & M Auto Body for many years. We have always found them to do excellent work at a fair price. I recently brought my car in with a section of the bumper detached and hanging. My previous experience with bumpers was that if anything went wrong, a new bumper was needed. I was expecting a thousand dollar estimate. L & M fixed the bumper perfectly in 10 minutes, charged me nothing, and wouldnt accept a tip! Unbelievable!

It took a long time to get my car fixed, but only because the insurance company was jerking both John, from L & M, and I around. I brought my car to a bunch of places, and John was the only one who came close to having a complete estimate of work. At each step of the process, L & M alerted me so I knew what was going on, and when I picked my car up, they even took care of my rebuttal car for me. While I hope I never have an accident in a vehicle again, Ill only recommend L & M in the D.C. Metro area.

After being in a horrible accident I took my 2017 CLS 550 to L&M and they did an amazing job...everything was on point. The staff at L&M were so kind to me and my car. Definitely recommend this shop.

I stopped by yesterday for an estimate to remove scratches and paint on my front right plastic bumper. The Manager, John Lanham, took a look and said he can remove the paint for free, but to fix the scratch properly it would cost a few hundred dollars. The scratches were pretty minor so he went and got some solvent and removed the paint in a couple of minutes, then went and got some polish and polished the area while I watched. I asked him how much and he said no charge, just come see me when you need body work. Wow! When was the last time someone fixed your car for free??

L&M provided me with the hands-down-best-experience after a series of extremely unfortunate and horrible events. I am an Active Duty nurse and was driving to work early one morning when I was involved in a terrible accident. My car was nearly destroyed. I was hours late to work. And the Tow Truck company had a really hard time finding my car. L&M welcomed me with open arms first thing Monday morning, offered me some much-needed coffee, and then proceeded to walk me through the plan for my car - step by step. They even called Enterprise to make sure I was set up with a ride and a rental car before leaving their shop. John Lanham was resourceful, knowledgeable, and readily available by phone and email throughout the entire process. He took care of me like family and explained everything car-related in a way that even I could understand (which, trust me, is saying A LOT).

Always go here for anything my cars need, they do good work and always take care of you.
