I would not recommend this company at all for a small repair. I could see how they would do a good job if they have a larger job but he does not seem interested at all in small jobs and wanted to repaint my entire quarter panel due to a clearcoat scratch. I had to scratch repaired it looks fantastic without having to repaint the whole entire quarter panel for $70 at another place. Do not waste your time if it’s a small repair like I did.

Just got my car back this afternoon. Tim and all the other staff were very professional, efficient, and caring. I even called the day it was supposed to be done and asked if there was a chance I can get it at a specific time just a few hours away, his response was, Yes, we will make it happen. When I got there, it was already outside completely ready to go. It was also spotless on the inside and out without charge. I went inside and it took just a few moments to get off the lot with my car. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend it to anyone. I will be back if I were to ever need any services done again.

From beginning to end, my experience with Cox Collision was top notch! I had damage done to the front end of my 2006 Toyota Tundra which required a new bumper and paint matching. They were able to acquire OEM parts at aftermarket prices. Most importantly, their craftsmanship was meticulous. I went over the repairs with a fine tooth comb and could not find a single flaw.Customer service was superb. Dusty did an excellent job explaining the process and keeping me updated. They even touched up and buffed spots on my front and rear flares that werent a part of the order, free of charge! From the very first phone call they began to match what all the reviews talked about. Everything went extremely well and their reputation is so good even with the insurance companies, that there was really no haggle involved. The courtesy of Pamela in helping arrange for transportation and then helping to do a loaner car exchange even on Sunday because I am a truck driver was above and beyond! It was great doing business with them and God forbid I have future need, they will be the first people I call!

My wife and I goofed and ultimately backed out of the garage with the SUV tailgate open, bang, embarrassing but true. I’m a car guy, grew up understanding how to look for previous damage, paint match, orange peel, rough edges etc. Having been driving now for nearly 30 years I have obviously had some other car repair. Nearly 100% of the time I go to pick it up and it isn’t right, runs in paint, interior parts not fitting, you name it. My wife flat out said, you go pick the SUV up yourself, you know something won’t be right and you will have to leave it anyway. To our surprise, everything was perfect. Literally perfect. I was so impressed and pleased. I would highly recommend!

I took an older truck here to get detailed. When I left it there it was in tough shape. I am thoroughly amazed and impressed. The estimator, Jason was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I did not meet the person who did the detailing but whoever did it was an expert and got it looking far better than I thought possible. I would recommend them to anybody.

A friend of mine and now my mother have both gone to Cox and had dents popped out of their cars. Cox did not charge either of them, although it took about 15 minutes both times. Hardly could tell there had been a dent there.I am shocked but happy to see that in this day and age some businesses are still kind and do favors. I am assuming they are hoping for some good word of mouth and that we will come back when we need more work done, but still, good for them! I will definitely spread word of mouth that they are honest and good folks!

Jason at Cox Collision was extremely helpful in getting my car fixed and back on the road. He communicated with me constantly as to the progress of my car. What I liked most about him was that he was always willingly to explain the why behind what they were doing and was never condescending like some can be in the automotive field. I greatly appreciate their work, and Jason was even willing to try to negotiate with the insurance adjuster of the guy who hit me after a difficult claim. Thats going the extra mile, and I really appreciated it.

We had the best experience with this business. Its never fun to have to get things on your car fixed but they made it so easy. They figured everything out with our insurance and made sure to keep us updated each step of the way. The owner also fixed a dent for us at no charge. They definitely take it above and beyond with customer service!

Beware of new owner: Car looks nice, paint already peaking, but within 30 seconds of driving off the lot the air conditioner blower doesnt function, oil sensor suddenly needs replaced, and the the brake pad light indicator intermittently appears.Called the shop within one minute of leaving the parking lot to report the air conditioner not functioning. Then, called again within three minutes to report the other issues. Keep in mind it was almost 100 degrees when I initially dropped the vehicle off with my six year old Son in it... proof the air conditioner was fully functioning.Was told their hands were tied as they dont do those kinds of repairs, and there was no way those things could happen while replacing a front bumper and windshield. Logic supersedes that comment considering they rebuild vehicles, and they fixed my front bumper sensors.They sent me to the Porsche Dealership for an analysis (keep in mind the Dealership refers all their body work to this body shop... a slight conflict of interest at-hand). As expected, Porsche defended the body shop... keep in mind they agreed these things DO go bad in collisions. Hmmm...Therefore, after a $6,000 repair for a front bumper and windshield replacement after hitting a deer, I am now left to pay thousands of dollars in repairs for issues that I guess occurred within one block of picking up my vehicle.Im quite frankly amazed at how much can get broken on a vehicle within one block of a repair shop... after it was left there for nearly three weeks.Its too bad Steve Cox no longer owns the shop.Oh... forgot to mention I still have yet to see the $600 refund they said would be in the mail after a month.Update 1/6/21Pamela, with regards to the 2013 Porsche Cayenne repaired at your location over the summer, I’ve have the oil sensor replaced twice since then and neither time was the issue resolved. Import Specialists says the instrument cluster needs to be replaced.The vehicle has not been functioning properly since the wreck, and I’ve spent over $3200 in repairs on a crack in the engine in August and now have a $5,000 repair for a new front differential. It has been at Import Specialists off and on for August, Sept, and Oct 2020. They replaced the oil sensors twice.Considering the dashboard of my vehicle has not been functioning since your company’s repair, it can be directly attributed to either your company’s repair or the wreck. How would you like to handle this with USAA as the dashboard issues were reported within one minute of driving away from your company’s parking lot?

These guys were great. They had a quick turn around, knowledgeable, and able to work with you if youve got some financial troubles.As well theres a little placard on their desk that states who insurance companies like to drive their customers into preferred auto shop. Only the insurance co. And the shop they send you to benefit from a negotiated discount. These guys dont participate in that sort of thing.

Follow up on previous review. Evidently, the small dimples I discovered in the front bumper were put there intentionally by the auto maker. They are guides for screw holes for attaching the license bracket. Cox called me after seeing the review to explain that they were not uncommon. I would have preferred that they were filled, had I seen them before, but they were obscured by the plate, which Cox assumed would be remounted. I have since removed the license plate from the front and capped the holes, which is how I discovered the dimples. Frustrating, but not really the fault of Cox Collision. They were very gracious and offered to take a look anyway, just in case, and fix anything they missed.I had the front bumper painted, which looked great, but eight months later when I decided to remove the front license plate holder, I found two dimples that were not repaired (but painted over) and had been covered by the plate holder. Too late to complain or return now, so will not use them again and do not recommend them, unless you inspect very close before they reinstall any trim pieces that might obscure any flaws. Caveat emptor!

Wow!Those are the best words I can say about Cox collision. From the moment my accident happen I wasnt sure what I needed to do! Megan jumped on the phone and kept me up to date! Steve came out with me to look at it, and assured me it would be fixed. Most of my family thought there would be no way of fixing my car. It definitely was not a fender bender!I got my car back quick and it looks brand new!!!! Can I give cox collision more then 5 stars! If I could I would!!!

The lady who helped me with my claim had been an adjuster, so she was very familiar with the process - and she was helpful in getting the work done quickly so I could get back into my own car.

I used Dents Unlimited to repair a small door ding on my 2015 Ford Focus and was very pleased with the outcome. The gentleman that did the estimate said that I would never know it was there when they were through, and he was right. It was like it never happened. They were very friendly, courteous and professional and my repair was done promptly. I would use them again and would also highly recommend them to anyone. We took my moms H3 there after an accident. Her insurance agent told her they were a preferred business and after seeing the results we now know why. I am a picky guy, I work as a quality control Inspector, and I honestly could not find a flaw in their work on this hummer. This thing is back to brand new thanks to Dustin and his team.

First Ill recap the visit then Ill give my opinion.Some lovely individual left a nice dent in my front passenger door while I was in walmart one day. It broke the paint and needed to be fixed.I began with getting an estimate. The lady at the front desk was very honest and emphatic about the fact that the price could vary. If paint was contained to 1 panel it would be one price but if they had to blend into the back panel it could nearly double in cost. She also said the panel was so dented that it might need to be replaced entirely. She quoted both for me and made sure I knew the more expensive quote was a definite possibility and was actually probably.I scheduled to have the work done and they were booking about 6 weeks out (they stay pretty busy). I called to figure out how long they thought it would take so I could get a rental and it was estimated 3-4 days. She also said they have loaner cars they could set me up with. She said they arent they nicest but it got the job done and I didnt have to worry about a rental or the cost of one.I dropped it off on a Monday morning, got my loaner, they said they would call me when it was close to done so I went on my way. Thursday I hadnt heard from them and I gave them a call to get an update. The office secretary said someone would call me right back. 4 1/2 hours later someone called me and said it would be ready Friday afternoon. Everything went well and they managed to keep the paint in the single panel making my cost on the lower end of the estimate. Friday about 12:30 I went to pick it up and they asked if anyone had called me. I said no but recounted the conversation from the previous phone call and was told it wasnt ready that they would call me when it was. They called around 3:30 and I was in and out. The paint looked great. They detailed the inside and outside. The cleaner they used on the inside left white residue in a few spots when it dried which I easily wiped off.My opinion: I would 100% use these guys again. Sure, I may have been a little antsy in wanting my car back and communication could have been just a smidgen better but these guys get a solid 5 stars for being upfront about potential cost variations which allowed me to plan ahead, the loaner car (which I think is just a courtesy because I only paid what was quoted initially before the rental phone convo even took place), and the quality of work on my door. No complaints here except for toward whoever hit me! #rude

They are very nice people, very clean.

Their detailing was not up to a standard for their costs. For $300 I expect every bug stain to be treated and removed. They used a heavy oily cleaner on the interior that I had to remove with correct cleaners. They are probably fine for a normal car (but you are paying too much). Dont take anything high end here as you will be disappointed with their abilities. They failed in multiple ways.

Very disappointed with my detail. I spent over $230 for the Elite detail and the detail was anything but elite. I still had dirt/dust all over my steering column, several spots on my dash, and not one of the many scratches they promised would be buffed out and/or wet sanded out were removed. The guy I spoke to even admitted they didnt wet sand anything after telling me the day before they would. They did offer to run it back through but I didnt have time, they already had my truck for an entire day. Will not be doing business there again.

I dont know where to begin on this. What do you do if youve been involved in a fender bender which is not covered at all or is only partially covered by your insurance?I was involved in such an event during the rainy spell we had in late February. 2018 The individual who hit me was not sure whether I was moving or not (though I knew I was not moving) and consequently his insurance company gave me half of the final quote amount.This was not going to be enough to cover a proper repair, which in my case involved replacing the parking light assembly, bending out the front pointed portion of the fender, and totally redoing the paint since repairing the point meant compromising the paint job. The only cash I had to work with was the amount I received from the other guys insurance company and that was not enough - I am retired and on conservative income.I have driven by Dents Unlimited/Cox Collision&Paint for a few years, curious as to what types of repairs they actually do. Their website showed full body shop style repairs and the results looked excellent. I was curious what they could do with my situation on a paintless method. I was aware that no typical body shop could do anything but a classic repair job on what I had.Pamela Jones, the Manager and Estimator at Dents Unlimited was ready to take on my challenge. She went to bat for me to secure the most fair amount that was due me from the insurance company. She then assigned my car to their paintless expert Daniel Enlow. The results were amazing!! What their Technician paintlessly accomplished not only exceeded my expectations for the vehicle, but the paintless repair cost substantially less than the half-repair amount I received from the insurance company!These people are honest, they know their stuff, and they made me feel like my problem was truly their own. This was a win-win decision to go to them. They went the extra mile. The repair looked great and I actually ended up with extra cash at the end.Thank you so much to Pamela, Daniel, and the rest of the staff. You should rename your business Happy Endings! :-)

Ive taken 4 separate cars to Steve Cox and Dents Unlimited USA.1) Honda Fit - t-boned a truck when they ran red light - wasnt totalled and we still have it - drives just fine - finish on black paint looks very nice - that was 3 years ago. Great job.2. Honda Accord - Dents Unlimited handled some body repair after we had a run in with a mailbox. Do you know how badly bricks will scratch metal and paint - you cant tell it was every done now.3. Honda Pilot (yes we like Hondas) - new rear bumper and minor paint after a rear end collision (stop texting and driving). They also recently fixed two rusting paint chips from gravel damage without having to repaint. Looks great.4. Mini Cooper - detail interior - did a very nice job.Overall, I send folks there as I know theyll do a nice job.
