Only reason this got four instead of five stars is because Ive only been there once. But I liked it and look forward to going again. Once I know its as consistently good as it was my first visit Ill add the fifth star. It was clean, nice and helpful staff, and the drink I got, which Id never had before, was really good.

The coffee is only ok. Its pricey. I went in last week and the place was packed beyond what I think it was supposed to be. Only one employee was wearing a mask. The other one was walking around with no mask, even behind the counter near food items. A customer was seated, no mask, at the bar, no barrier between him and the food items and tools just behind the bar. I almost left. I SHOULD have left. I hate that I gave them money. Places like this that arent following the rules are ruining it for all the excellent food services in town who ARE following the rules.

They were able to make several great recommendations and even carry a natural energy drink. I ended up going with a white chocolate peppermint coffee. If you go make sure to check out the local art they have for sale up on the walls 🥰

Great coffee and the staff is always nice and pleasant. They also have wifi, comfortable seats, and some conference rooms as well if needed. A great happy hour for wine and beer. Whenever I am on the South Hill I make sure to get a latte from here!

The worst most expensive latte Ive ever had! Disgustingly sweet, overpowering fake pumpkin taste just sickening! Do yourself a favor, go to Starbucks, or Dutch Bros!

Forza Coffee company is much more than just a coffee shop, they are the place to go to for a friendly smile and good conversation! They serve an Amazing cup of coffee (the venetian is my favorite) but they also have delicious food like there grilled turkey Pesto or the pesto breakfast sandwich. Not to mention they have two conference rooms that are great for team meetings, book clubs, bible studies, you name it and its free they just ask that you spend money within there shop! Love this place :)

Good place to grab a cup of coffee, and okay to hang out with friends and chat - however if you are trying to get any work done the general seating area with couches and deep seated chairs does not have great access to an outlet. Also, the furniture is a little beat up. Otherwise no issues with this place.

This was an amazing experience! I would put this little shop to compete for the best coffee in Spokane. Very personable staff, decor and atmosphere was warm am welcoming. If I were them I would install a bar in front of the amazing window storefront so customers could people watch.Oh and the coffee was to die for! Very Italian!

Pleasantly unique gathering place!Owners and the staff are all genuinely friendly, welcome and fun. Emily is vivacious! She has an amazing memory of names and things you like, and she is very funny, too.They have two conference rooms for meetings for free.Highly recommended.

I attended with a group. They went out of their way to get us a small meeting room, welcomed us & kept the coffee coming. They also had some great snacks & sandwiches.

Coffee is great and the seating area is nice for working on your laptop. It is pretty busy on the weekend, so it can be hard to find a table on sometimes. The pastries are standard. They have a menu of flatbreads and appetizer-type items, also.

Im OK with this place and it seems like the food selection doesnt just come out of a microwave so its a cut better than some.

I left a stellar review for the Forza off of Sullivan, and Ill do the same here. In short, I said the atmosphere is on point, with a perfect selection of all your specialty drink needs. You have the quiet comfort of a perfect get away from the stresses of daily life. Why go to a bar, when you have Froza?

Ok, this one star is for their boba drinks, NOT coffee drinks. I decided to try their new boba drinks. I ordered a tapioca boba drink and its was soooo BAD! I spat it out immediately and told the ladies behind the bat they need to throw it out. Being Asian and having owned restaurants of my own that have served boba, I immediately knew the boba was either really old or not cooked enough, maybe in this case both. Just trying to save you 5 bucks for those who are thinking they want to try.

Great service nice atmosphere, they also sell beer. Great coffee, I got a single espresso machiatto (Espresso and a little foam).

Customer service .....well, I think it is the policy of this business to not care if you are satisfied with your purchase. I ordered a soy chai latte and could barely taste the chai. I had it fixed and it still tasted like mostly soy. I asked if I could try something else because I wasnt happy with it. Most other coffee shops I have been to will let you get something else if you arent satisfied with your drink as long as you havent drank too much of it. Nope, not here. I rarely go out for coffee because its so expensive so when I do its a treat. Will not be returning to this outfit.

Great small town atmosphere. About the same prices as Starbucks, but better quality. The desserts especially are delicious. The baristas are usually friendly and always polite.Ive dropped in for a quick cuppa, parked myself in an armchair for the WiFi, met a work associate here, and had a meeting in their conference room. At all times theyve been consistent in friendliness and quality.
