I love the atmosphere and the coffee is good, I dropped my coffee and barley any of it spilled! I also later found out the straw broke inside and there was small peices of plastic in it, I dont know if I consumed any plastic but I have gotten stomach pains, so wanted to leave a nice rating before in case I die from internal bleeding. (Also the cake pops were delicious)

I like when I walk into a business and its busy, and crazy, but all the staff are friendly, smiling, and ready to help! Thats what youll find at the Starbucks, down town! I mostly like going for their breakfast sandwiches! You really cant go wrong with those!

I ask for DOUBLE EXTRA crunch on my ribbon crunch every time I go in and they can just never do it it drives me insane. I started asking for double because they would never just put extra when I asked. I love Starbucks but they can stop being so stingy

I come to Starbucks quite often for food, never for coffee because I think their espresso shots taste burnt but that is beside the point. Anyways I know ordering food through their drive thru is a pain because it takes longer than coffee so I always try to be EXTRA polite and thankful because I dont like to be a burden. A few days ago my boyfriend and I came through the drive thru and ordered a Chorizo breakfast sandwhich and a slow roasted ham & swiss. When we get home my boyfriend starts to eat the ham sandwhich and the bread is SO hard he can barely even bite through it. Then I take my spicy Chorizo sandwhich out of the bag and I can immediately feel that it is ROCK hard. Then when I look at it it is BURNT. Like BLACK burnt. So we took both of our sandwiches back, refunded one and remade the other but when I showed the lady at the counter the sandwhich she did not say sorry or explain why this happened. I have worked in fast food for many years and I see NO reason why that sandwhich should have been given to a customer. You just can not rightfully look at it and think this is up to standard, lets send it out! So the reason I am giving them 4 stars is because they made it right be remaking it, but it never should have been given out in the first place. The girl who made this sandwhich should have been reprimanded but as I believe I brought it back in to the same lady who made it in the first place I dont believe she was ever held responsible for her lack of customer service.

Like just about every Starbucks Ive done business with, this one is excellent. Everything is on time and in order... And the internet is always fast.

The best experience I have ever had at any coffee place, the workers were kind and very helpful. Employees work great under pressure and are very efficient!I ordered on the Starbucks app before I arrived and my order was done quick and was nice and warm.Unfortunately, they did not have a sandwich I ordered, so instead he was very sweet and let us get some other things for the amount of money I already paid for the sandwich. Also when I we went to our table to sit and eat, we looked in our bag and he added another sweet treat for us!!!The amazing employee that served us was Brian!100% coming back

Great staff working here, friendly and they actually enjoy working and talking to customers, making everyone feel welcomed. They show a lot of kindness and respect to the homeless people there. Went there Saturday morning, almost every table taken by the homeless (low 40°s outside). Went again today, less homeless, but we couldnt finish eating today because the smell was overwhelming (below 30°). I will say the homeless in Spokane are much nicer than in other cities. They are not aggressive, swearing and pan handling like in Seattle.

They make my drink just how I want it no matter how I ask for it they always get right and it tastes great!

I usually dont go to Starbucks, but I got a gift card for Christmas. After ordering, I realized that I had forgotten said gift card at home. The gentleman helping me was very cool about it and gave me my order for free. Outstanding service and friendly staff.

Im a street musician and frequently play at the mall across the street from this Starbucks, so Im pretty familiar with it. I usually just order a tall coffee, nothing fancy. I go inside and order about three-four times per month, but sometimes people bring me a tasty beverage as a tip. Its a great location, the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, and Ive never been handed a bad cup of coffee from them. It always seems to be less busy than it looks.

Always great coffee. Lines run long but staff move very quickly and efficiently to get you through. Never had an order messed up and coffee came out as quick as they could with the rush hour hitting hard. Great job you guys

I love starbucks a lot. Im planning on applying to a few soon. I went yesterday and today and got the same cashier both times and hes so friendly. I think his name was Jeremy. He definitely is a great worker and does and amazing job.

Little flavor selections and high prices. But I joined their rewards program and I enjoy their customer appreciation sales. Half off or free drinks are worth the visit, but not above and beyond that. Not in my book at least.

Starbucks is always good, I just wish this one downtown was larger. It is very busy and usually have to stand and wait for a table to open up to sit down. Another problem there is that almost every time Im there security has had to come in to make someone leave.

Coffee was fine as any Starbucks and service was good.There wasnt one empty table due to all the homeless people. I really needed to use the bathroom, but there was a line of homeless people waiting for it.

I know some people think Starbucks is too corporate and has lost its vibe. but lets face it, they have some pretty darn good coffees. And I am always partial to a nice almond milk pumpkin spice latte, especially this time of year. The Brisas are friendly and the service is quick.

I frequent this location at least 5 days a weak. I love their coffee but I cant say that I love their hospitality at THIS LOCATION! They do have a couple pleasant and friendly staff, but the rest have actually either been un-welcoming or distant. But at this time its the most convenient between work and home.

I dont even drink coffee but I plan to go out of my way to patronize this location. Bravo for ensuring a safe environment for your employees. The man who was banned seems like a ticking time bomb to me. The fact that you put your employees and customers ahead of the dollar hopefully means youll make many more dollars to make up for it; you certainly will from me.

There was like one car in the drive through, and no one else in line and my friends and I ordered two coffees. One was out quickly, but then about two minuets later they came to ask for clarification on the second, holding the empty cup. Then they realized they didnt have the right ingredients prepared. Instead of asking my friend if she would like something else they just continued making it, and it took a good 15 minuets for one coffee to be made. No one apologized, no one offered her like a pastry on the house. They just took there sweet time. We ended up being late to class because of it. Also the prices just went up, it was $.30 for an ice coffee then before. Total rip off and terrible costumer service.

Just wanted to say thanks for choosing your employees safety over your customers feelings. Too many organizations today will opt to allow staff to suffer just so they can keep a customer. Kudos for understanding that your employees are people too, and that you should keep them safe.

Safe and relaxing environment to enjoy a drink in. Staff is always friendly and the drinks are always good. I usually get plain black iced teas, but they are decently priced and very tasty. Much better than McDonalds, even if it costs a little more. The location also supports its employees, which is something I can certainly appreciate. Makes me miss living in Spokane, sometimes.

Not what it use to be. Staff is great, I just truly feel sorry for them. The homeless look like they abuse this place now. They have pin pad locked bathrooms (which are new) and it still doesnt stop the homeless from destroying it. Not to mention the amount of loitering. Which the poor business cant help because theyll buy one drink and then camp. Inside and out. I feel so bad because this was my all time favorite shop to chill in and now Id rather stay away. :(

This particular location is always good and the drinks come out perfectly every time. I love when there is consistency in a store because I know that anytime I order a beverage or food the quality will be the same.

I recently visited this Starbucks and wanted to note that Maryanne(I believe that was her name) was one of the best baristas Ive ever encountered. She came off as very genuine and was competent, and kind. Would def visit this Starbucks again, and am, in fact, even more likely to as a result of the way I was treated.

This Starbucks location really seems to care about the customer. I wont get into specifics but you could really tell how much they care. Coffee was good as well.

Not much different from any other Starbucks. The people who work there are nice. This one is really small so dont expect to set down because all the tables are always full.

Starbucks is good when you want Starbucks. The only thing that kept Starbucks from earning my 5-star rating is that they run out of the treats my daughter likes and then I have a grumpy kid on my hands.

As someone who has been in this baristas shoes several times due to being polite and friendly I want to commend you guys for how youre handling the situation. Uncomfortable situations happen way too often in customer service jobs. And even more often, management will side with the customer because business is better than disgruntled employees (lol that still gets me and I was 18 when I heard that statement.) . Thank you for protecting your employee, and I hope his dramatic experience brings in all the good business for you guys.

I really like Starbucks that do not have a drive thru. Not a huge fan of the mobile order because it acts like a drive thru, sending peoples orders ahead of yours.

High volume store, no time to clean. Just a constant flow of people. We had to wait for someone to fill the creamer.When I got into the line I was last and #3. By the time I paid and turned around to walk away from the counter there were 12 people in line. Typical Starbucks, they dont lease a store that will keep up with the number of people who come in. They need larger stores. But one of the prime retail metrics is sales dollars per square foot. At least make more space at the order counter so they can have more than 2 cashiers Time for a new downtown location. This location turns off a lot of people because there is not enough seating available. Outside in nice weather is unpleasant because of harassment from the homeless

Starbucks at Market and Garland on 4.28.2015 was easily the worst experience at Starbucks EVER.They overcharged me for a drink I had bought their the day before and paid 50 cents less for, Cassie the manager, said, well our prices fluctuate. Really?But the worse part is Mathew hands me my coffee w/o the lid, because they wont take the lid on a to go cup, and it is over filled, hot and dripping, I mean a huge amount dripping and he hands this into my car, spilling all over my white skirt.Autumn, when I called the store to get the names, says oh it was an accident. No honey, thats not an accident, that was stupid.
