I like this coffee stand and the barista is excellent. BUT they really need to have more than 1 person working. It takes too long and its not her fault but its got to be more time efficient. The girl that was working today had an awesome attitude about working alone when she was so busy. Owners need to take consideration of maybe hiring some help.

Did not have a very good experience at this coffee shop. They are very slow. I ordered a childs drink very specific. Vanilla steamer made with 1/2 and 1/2 at 90 degrees. Drink came to me too hot. Asked if she could put a few ice cubes in it to cool it down to the 90 degrees he asked for...she said snarky I make it a child temp. I said again can you please add ice as it is too hot. Again please make it at 90 degrees...she rolled her eyes and put some ice in the cup...but sent it out dripping and milk all over the cup. I try to support locals. But wont be back!!!

I ordered a mocha with extra ice and she gave me very little ice in my drink so I asked for a small cup of ice to put in my drink since she gave me very little ice and she said Im sorry we dont give out ice so we asked if we could buy a cup of ice and she told us no. If I ask for some extra ice in my drink that the ice melted by the time we got to Costco you should at least put EXTRA ice. Rediculous

I would say this is the best drive through coffee I have ever had in Spokane. Every other place I have gone to tastes like gas station coffee. There are only two other sit down coffee places in Spokane that are worth visiting. They offer oat and hemp milk which dont over power the flavor of the coffee.

Only go to Brews coffee since moved to the area. Fav go to spot for a beverage and friendly service. Buddy always appreciates the dog biscuits also😎🧡 see you soon, Thank you!

I just went and got coffee from this location and the barista who was working the 3pm shift was very rude to me.

Bland tasting coffee drinks. Even after I ordered a extra shot... tasted more like melted ice with a little coffee flavor. Disappointed. Glad I didnt tip.

Great coffee, one of my favorite quick stops. Stop here almost every time we head north to the lake. That said, masks go over your nose and mouth friends, not just your mouth.

I have been going here for a month now and as soon they see me they are making my coffee and its really good and they do offer white coffee

Had been getting my coffee over at Dutch Bros. Both coffees that i bought i gave them to someone else.I stopped at Brews Brothers on my way to work and drank it before i even got to work. Will definitely be back there.

We got a 32 oz iced Americano and right as we drove away I noticed it was so full of ice that the liquid didnt cover the ice... there might have been 10oz of coffee in it. Very dissatisfied.

I give 2 stars for coffee which is always made great. I would give 5 stars if the customer service was better. Girls are friendly but 3 time in the last 2 months I have pulled up and order taken, then someone they know pulls up on the other side after I have been there and I now I have to wait while they chat and make their drinks before mine and this is with 2 baristas working!! If youre their friend you will get awesome service but expect to wait if youre not and someone they know pulls up!!

I went there to purchase only a chocolate muffin. The girl that was serving me didnt let me finish the transaction after she swiped my card and didnt hand the tablet to me to enter a tip. Which I thought was strange but Im not a person to be pushy. So basically in the end a chocolate muffin shouldnt cost me close to $10. Im not going there again.

No sense of urgency, the girls were nice but I dont stop at a coffee stand to talk.... I want to get in and get out! If I wanted to wait around for coffee I would sit in line at Dutch bros. I am not saying they werent nice, just not fast. Fast is the point! There isnt a overwhelming amount of convenient stands in this town, I hope I just caught them on a bad day or something? Work on the hustle, drink some coffee😀

Good prices, but we waited at least seven minutes for the car in front of us. Service was friendly but I do think staff could do with a lot more training. Id bet reason for the mishap (long wait) in front of us. I make this assumption because when I ordered a 20oz cappuccino with chai powder and an extra shot; she replied Okay so then should I just make you a chai tea latte with a shot of espresso? I said No, I dont want a latte. I just want the largest cappuccino, dry, with chai powder. Then she asked and you just want one extra shot? I answered Yes, as that will make it a triple, correct? *Their menu says the 20oz (largest cappuccino on the menu) comes standard as a double shot.* She shook her head in different directions and then just answered Well, we can make it a triple shot in the 20oz. Im fairly certain I was overcharged for that drink. Then I ordered a drink for my daughter as 16oz, but when she asked whether it should be hot or iced, my daughter chose iced. So, I said lets have it iced but upsize to the 20oz, (since we didnt want to just get a glass of ice with a tablespoon of coffee). *After* we paid, she handed us our drinks and my daughters was a 16oz cup. No receipt at all, no offer of one, no itemized anything...she just verbally gave us a dollar amount to pay. I gave her cash, she handed us change and still no receipt. We just tipped her and left, since it was impossible to determine what we actually got or what we actually paid for.

The coffee is goods well as the service However as of lately they have A HUGE issue with the seal of the cups leaking from the bottom. Your drink will leak in to your cup holder approximately 5 - 8 minutes after you get it. I know this is something that is not coffee stands fault however they are aware and have not replaced the cups. As much as I like this place, Its hard to continue to waste money on leaked out coffee and time cleaning it up.

So friendly and the coffee, especially the coldbrew is delicious.

I like the coffee and the baristas. However, they need more than one barista on Friday evenings around 6:00. Do NOT go there or expect to wait 20 minutes. Weve waited 20 minutes or more twice this summer on Friday nights. When we decide to leave, that is when we finally make it to the front. The baristas are apologetic though. This is why I did not give a 5/5.
