Everyone that works here is amazing and have a knack for knowing what you need. A lamp, coffee pot, words of encouragement or even a hug. I went in between my appointments for work after seeing an ad for this place on Craigslist a while back.As a video game collector they had a good amount of video games at reasonable prices. I ended up buying a few uncommon games and even got a really sweet deal of a discount for them.Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.They just made me a returning customer!

This place is a real diamond in the rough. She has a lot of really cool stuff. Shes willing to negotiate on prices, she will even hold items for you until your next payday, with a small deposit. She & her staff are super friendly, & the prices are very reasonable. Now dont get me wrong, shes a really sweet gal, but dont think you can pull a fast one on her. Shes very smart & knowledgeable & has a keen eye. You treat her right, she will make your trip worth it.

Pleasantly surprised! The bloody hand logo (at least thats what it looks like to me) throws you off! Its just not inviting but its a really nice thrift store! They have it set up really nice and a good variety of stuff. The outside of the store makes it look really ruff but like someone else said, its a diamond in the ruff! Worth stopping by!

Yesterday, my fiancee found some great clothes here at very reasonable prices. The sales clerk told us about the sale happening this upcoming weekend.I work graveyard, so its difficult to take advantage of stuff like that. Today is my day off, so I surprised my lady with a return visit.The clerk was kind enough to give us the sale price early when I told him my work schedule. I saved some money AND made my ladys day!Give this place a visit. They are nice folks willing to provide exceptional customer service.

I love this store the owners are so nice and helpful, they have a nice clean store and have a mix of new and used items, everything from cloths to phones. They also believe in giving back to there community and thats something you dont see very often. I will continue to shop here and underwriters to come in and see what they have..

This is a fantastic place to score on gently used items! The owner is a total sweetheart (but dont let that fool you, she is one tough broad), as long as you are polite. Since its a 2nd hand store, her inventory is constantly changing. They just expanded into the empty shop next door, more than doubling their size. They have all kinds of stuff - clothes, jeans, boots, leather jackets, tools, shoes, camping & fishing gear, knives & swords galore, bicycles, video games from Atari all the way up to modern consoles, laptops, tablets, unlocked smart phones, DVDs, and even furniture, even leather couches & recliners. She has a whole group of locals who help out, & if you go in with a good attitude, she will likely be willing to haggle on prices. She loves to make bundle deals! Also, if theres something you want, but dont have enough money at the time, she will hold it till your next payday if you give her a small deposit (which she then applies to the price when you come back with the rest of the money). Hands down this is the best thrift store in Spokane. Dont listen to the garbage being spewed about this store on a couple of Facebook groups. This gal is legit. You want to sell/trade? You have to provide current & valid government issued ID. She does what pawn shops do - she scans peoples ID & sends it along with serial numbers to the county sheriff, as required by law. She will NOT take ANYTHING that she has even the slightest suspicion of being stolen. Shes got a good heart, but shes hard as nails & has street smarts, so treat her well & dont try to fool her. She will see right through your BS.

The store is clean, the prices are great, the location is perfect, and the staff OMG they are so helpful and courteous and i love them all Matt goes out of his way to help in every way. The sales they have are wonderful it is so nice to have a local thrift center like this one its not just about the money its about helping the neighborhood and its great in this low income area

Went in to look for old collectible games. While the prices are reasonable enough the employees were sketchy at best. One older lady with multi colored hair was sitting behind the counter talking about her drug addiction and how if she recieves prescription drugs she plans on selling them on the street. On our way out they sat by the window and stared at us as we drive off as if WE were the strange ones. I will NEVER go back.

I liked that the young man behind the counter greeted me when I walked in the door, but the music was incredibly loud. The variety of merchandise was very large. Its a thrift store, 2nd hand, used merchandise with high price tags...

Had the perfect fridge for us and held it until we could make it to the store. They will work with you on the prices and have alot of really cool items!

The atmosphere rocks here! Once you think you have seen it all, there is a whole nother room or 3! I made a purchase and left a bag behind with slippers and a kids shirt. I got busy and didnt call for a few days. When I did the owner was amazing, he had no way to look up the purchase but believed me. That is RARE no a days. Then I went back and got 2 quality memory foam pillows for about $25. Every staff member I have talked to is super friendly. I love the store, its WAY BIGGER inside, plus you are supporting a good priced locally owned business! Check it out! They have stuff there for all ages and all different sorts of people! The best part is that the owner likes to wear onesies! Hahaha! Gotta love hard work and humor! Id give more than 5 stars if I could! See yall again soon 4 sure!

1 Stop Thrift is as much of a laid back yet upbeat place as u can get.The owners are friendly and sociable and have no problem haggeling with u on prices.(in fact I believe they perfur it). I believe these two people are awesome husband and wife!! They give the poverty stricken neighborhood demonstration that a young couple can make it happen !! The down side is that although they have their bills to mannage they obviously have a very large profit from the community. I believe that some items are way over priced and not enough clothing is being distributed cheaply to those less fortunate. I think they should have a quarter section with all their clothes out front because Ive looked at every item before and they were worth that about a quarter. I believe they should put Christ back into the store because money is the root of evilness and our community has enough of satin in it already so turn up the holy spirit!! We need u to bring god back into our lives were all drug addicted, abused,homeless, sad ,individuals thank u for being there s lets get a community event to raise money for a coat drive for the homeless!! What do u say?? We could raise enough money for a homeless shelter and put u guys on national news to be recognized as a leader in changing hard life communities!

For a second hand thrift store, the clothing as well as the general merchandise are much higher priced than I would expected from such a store. Quality of merchandise was below standard, and customer service needed better social skills.
