This is the best store in all of Spokane to buy shoes and appeal. They have the latest releases and the best selection of Nikes. My favorite store in the Northtown Mall! The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this store!

They need better selection on shoes and sizes

Staff were busy talking to each other not quick to help.. asked for a specific size shoe and wasnt told they come in weird half sizes when I went to exchange they only had ones 2 sizes to big

Great store but I couldnt find the shoes I was looking for in the store.

Terrible customer service at the Valley location. Upon entering store I approach a sales associate. Ask to have my son feet sized. Well be cause of COVID they can’t offer this service. But I was told I can try on the shoes to see which ones fit. (Doesn’t make sense...use a metal contraption that can be sterilized after use or try on as many shoes as it takes to figure out size. And the shoes just go back in the box)So after finding a pair he likes I had to then find another associate to get the shoes. After I helped my son with the shoes I then had to find and approach another associate for questions and different shoes. When we decided on the pair he liked I then was trying to get help...again... but was tired of trying to find someone who would help so I looked online at three different stores found the same shoes...left the store shoes on the counter since I was still not getting one person to help me and we will order online. I really wanted two pairs...but my patience for customer service ran out!

Covid has made it so you cant use the foot sizer( in which could be sanitized after use), but allowing you to try on however many shoes you want and handle those shoes and then puts them in the box and puts it back on the shelf! Doesnt seem like a good and safe place to shop at this point. The girls were very rude , the young man that finally helped us was very informative and I will return when its safe because he took the time. I spend a lot of money here and was very upset with this visit!

Horrible customer service!! 5 people on the floor and not 1 person spoke or asked what I was looking for. The Valley selection sucks but their staff is way better!!!

I do like the shoes and prices, but they are way behind in their rewards program. If you dont bring your last receipt of your last purchase then you cant use your rewards. That makes their app useless to me.

Awesome merchandise (although insanely overpriced at times) but horrible customer service. Some of the ppl working are better than others but some dont even try to make you feel welcome. And returns are nonexistent.

I was looking around and only one person was working and he was a older man and he didnt ask if i needed help or anything. He just stared at me and circled me. So I will not be spending another penny at champs and I will advise people to buy shoes or clothes elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I went to this store because he wanted a new pair of shoes, as soon as we arrived some ladies were caught stealing, stuffing clothes in their pants and jackets, the mall security arrived and a employee of the store walked with them to the exit, what pissed us off was that after they left the employee walked back into the store, and he kept circling my boyfriend and I, after the second time I looked at him and smiled, he just mean mugged me, he circled us and watched us about 7 times, he didnt ask if we were doing okay or wanting to look at something, my boyfriend usually gets his shoes and some clothing from here, he was actually going to buy some shoes as well but after the employee circling us like we were going to steal one damn shoe we had enough of his attitude, we wont ever be coming back. Very unprofessional place. I will be contacting the cooperate as well to let them know of our experience. Dont go here! Go any place other than here.
