Cannot say enough good things about this tux shop! We have been looking in several different cities for a dark green suit & this is the only place that had one! Not only did Makayla, the manager, take the time to send me pictures of the color since we do not live in Spokane but she ordered several different sizes to make sure we had options when we arrived to try it on. No other tuxedo shop took the time to try to help us find the right color but Makayla and her team did. When we arrived she and her coworker, Hayden, made the whole experience enjoyable and a breeze. We left with the right suit and near perfect size. Super friendly and would definitely recommend!

The most amazing place! Literally helped 7 boys in 2 hours get everything needed for prom after another tux rental place fell through. These people went over and beyond! Our boys will look sharp because of them. Crashed prom dreams turned into a miracle!

I went to rent 4 tuxes from tuxedo gallery with a very short notice before our destination wedding in Hawaii. Makayla was extremely helpful and was able to fill our needs. Since it was a destination wedding, our reception was about 2 weeks after we got back. The day of the reception, me and the groomsmen were driving around everywhere trying to find matching ties. After hours of trying to find them, I called tuxedo gallery and once again they were able to help. Makayla was extremely helpful and if I ever need to rent a tux, this will be the place.

Absolutely amazing. They have the best employees. McKayla helped me and made me feel so comfortable picking out a suit, I am a girl so sometimes that can be hard! I went to three different men’s warehouse locations and mckayla felt like a godsend compared to them! I live in Seattle and will be coming to this location for my wedding because of how amazing I was treated!!!!!

Cant give enough praise to this company and their employees. They were nothing short of helpful for our wedding, let alone during the craziness of planning mid pandemic. Very flexible, had exactly what we needed, and were able to make any changes/alterations last minute. We had an appointment at 2pm and were running a little late and we were still out of there by 2:34 pm. One of my good friends asked me to be in his amazing wedding, he had all the groomsman go to tuxedo gallery. The staff is so freaking amazing super friendly and they made sure that what I had on fit perfectly.The tux are super comfortable and we all looked very sharp. These tux fit really good that at wedding I was cutting the rug all night I highly recommend this place to others.

So far its been amazing. The variety is great. The price range is good and they are extremely helpful. We found exactly what we needed in no time. We were allowed to look and not be bugged. She came and asked if we needed help and we had already picked the suit and vest and she did just a quick measurement and had him.fitted perfectly in no time. I dread stores like this normally because its usually so long and ridiculously drawn out. But this was great so far. We pick up the tux and have prom 6/1. Went in last weekend, April 6th, to get fitted for a tux for a wedding. The girls behind the counter were very courteous and professional as well as extremely knowledgeable with helping me. I was in and out within a couple minutes even as busy as it was. Definitely would recommend.

Have gone through this place for several tuxedo rentals over the years and they never disappoint. Super helpful and accommodating, and since this location is also the warehouse they can quickly swap out sizes during the final fitting to make sure everything fits perfectly before you leave.

Smells like a Chinese shoe factory. The test fitting clothes and shoes smell like an entire high school basketball team took turns wearing the same shirt during every game. They even had sweat stains on the shirts. I mean these are hundred dollar clothes for formal events. At least buy some febreeze and vacuum the floor. I probably got athletes foot through my socks in those shoes. It kills me knowing Im paying $200 on a tux RENTAL where I come out smelling worse than the guy on the corner holding a scoreboard sign saying, anything helps. I agree, he must have tried on a tux and is just trying to get some cologne or deodorant. It would make sense if this was a front company for drug smuggling. Theres no way a dog could smell drugs through those clothes. Other than that, Id highly recommend them...

My son went to another Tuxedo Gallery location to purchase a suit for his wedding. When the suit arrived we discover a poor fit due to improper measurements, one week before the wedding, we have a problem. We traveled to the downtown Spokane location today and met Victoria and Riania to see what could be done at this late time. OMG. Talk about gals with a can do attitude, great competence and a heart to help us. Amazing service, plans put in place to reorder the proper size suit for delivery next week before the wedding, and a contingency plan providing a free rental to cover the need in the event of a late suit delivery. Tuxedo Gallery has been our vendor for three of our six sons wedding needs. We are so glad to are doing business with them. And even if a mistake occurs, they stand behind their service and make it right, because weddings are always about crunch time. We ordered our tuxedos in February for a July wedding and because they did not have the correct sizes for the jackets they substituted larger sizes without informing us. 2 days before the wedding we are scrambling to find the same style jackets with the correct sizes we need. Of course we had no luck because everything is special ordered, so we had to wear oversized jackets for the wedding. In addition the guy helping us was like too bad, that is the only inventory we have and we cannot help you. I am very disappointed with this company, their customer service and general non caring attitude. I would never recommend or use them again! And after the fact I heard from other people that had the similar type problems with this company.
