Good place to shop for millwork that is not cookie cutter like the big box stores. They also offer flooring and exotic wood species lumber.

Young blonde guy was super helpful answering all my questions, showing me different wood options for the project I am working on and very knowledgeable.Was able to cut to size.Also, helped with testing out different stains.

So I went to windosor plywood to get wood filler. The guy talked me into buying glitson and a different kind of stain. He told me that a gallon of each would cover the amount I needed. I was very specific about if I was going to pay $317.00 that I wanted it to cover what I needed. So they ordered my stuff and told me they would have it in the next day. I waited for the call the next day and nothing. I called the following day and the guy tells me its not in yet. He told me he would figure it out and then call me back. He called me back about 2 hrs later and told me he went and got it. I go in and pick it up. Im standing at the desk and the guy helping me is frantically trying to find my stuff in front of him. He finds it and I asked him how he liked the glitson and how it went down for him. He told me to read the back. I tried to ask him more questions about the coverage and he laughed in my face about it covering the space I needed. I was baffled and totally taken back. He grabs the stuff and rushed me out the door. I told my husband about my experience and he took the stuff back for me. They fought him about refunding it and then charged us $78 to restock it. I will never go back ever! My husband is a superintendent for a major company here in Spokane and he told his boss never to use them over this whole thing as well.

I always come to Windsor Plywood for three things. Great service (with some actual personality and fun), great prices and solid products. When I go in, I always look/ask for Brandon. He is fantastic. Always listens, and had great input on how to make my current project work the best. He has a great personality, and it is one of the core reasons I go to Windsor Plywood in the first place! Give that man a raise/promotion!

Sent here by deck contractor to pick materials for new deck. Large variety of products. Very helpful staff person explained differences and spent time answering my questions. Would recommend for building supplies.

I needed only a few more feet of Azek to finish my deck. Other places were only offering me a full 16 foot piece, which I fully understand since that is minimum stock length. Windsor took me out to their yard and cut me a short length of Azek off an odd length piece they had. Excellent customer service and I recommend them.

Consistently one of the worst customer service experiences that I undergo when purchasing building material. I buy material from Windsor because they are the only place which supplies a wide variety of hard and softwood, however I rarely have a good experience. The staff is rude and sarcastic, they dont respond to simple questions and on the rare occasions I have had to have material cut the interactions with the staff have been less than pleasant. On my last visit I had to have two sheets of very expensive plywood ripped in half, when I requested that this service be preformed the individual I was speaking to walked abruptly away, obviously perturbed that I was infringing upon his time. When I carried the material over to the cut station this individual reappeared, pretended not to understand what the term ripped in half meant, and was extremely rude and condescending when I asked where he wanted me to put the material. This is but the latest incident in a long line of bad experiences, and does not endear me to return any time in the near future.

Not a place I would do business with again after years of going here for lumber for home projects a representative called me after a transaction to call me a thief because his employee made a mistake and did not bill me correctly even after I had asked him twice if he was sure on the price.
