Danielle at Daltile was incredible designing our new construction house.She was easy to work with, incredible knowledge of what we were looking for in design. I came in asking for her to help to design the Kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and laundry room and the house is beautifully designed and everyone raves about how the tile complements the rest of the house.Our next project is to complete our daylight basement and we will be back to Danielle to design.If you want someone to design your tile for your house I highly recommend Danielle she does a beautiful job.

I am completely grateful to Danielle Douglas at daltile. I showed up unannounced with a tiny bathroom project, I needed help with, right away. She agreed to see me, the very next day. I told her I did not have time to wait, to special order, but I wanted some primary colors to add to a white tile shower/bath. She managed to find both yellow and navy blue “liner” tiles. And, she suggested I use subway tiles, instead of common 4 inch square tiles. I used the subway tiles and the liner tiles to create a lovely pattern, I designed myself. My tile guy, Bill with JDubs Handyman Services, also had some advice, and he did a great job. I am really, really happy with how the whole thing turned out. Also, I was planning on using white tiles from a box store, until Danielle showed me the daltile higher quality subway tiles. Everything looks fantastic.

Mostly great. Dont expect them to know their products super well. They tried to sell me 4 times the amount of mortar needed for a job, then later told me mortar is moisture sensitive and cannot be returned.

This is a wonderful tile and solid surface company. I went to many wholesale showrooms where people did not even acknowledge that I was in the building. At Daltile, Danielle is so competent and helpful that it makes the experience really fun. She totally understand all the fine points of product installation as well as having a great eye for what will look great in your space. I felt really lucky that I had her keeping me on track. Everything came as we ordered and on time. After the house was finished, I got more compliments on my tile and stone than any other feature in my house. Highly recommend!

Daltile is NOT the tile supplier of yesterday! Not only are the people who work there helpful, supportive and fun, the tile selections, from natural stone to porcelain are crazy cool. Offering everything from stone mosaics, glass tile, wood look tile in every finish imaginable, to current trendy handmade ceramics in enough designs to cover any style your client wants. The newly designed showroom is full of inspiration, I love bringing my clients there.

I love this showroom when shopping for tile. Ao clean and beautiful! They always provide awesome service and they are so friendly. They work very hard to keep their customers happy.

Not realizing that Daltile only sold wholesale, I visited the center looking for tile for a challenging bathroom. Even though I wasnt going to be able to purchase my tile there, DANIELLE DOUGLAS, design coordinator extraordinaire, spent a patient 3 hours with me running back and forth to the backroom to get samples everytime I changed my mind.After deciding, she refused any payment for her expert service. To top it all off, she gave me free samples of the tiles I picked. Thank you Danielle - You rock!
