I can’t say enough about this place. We had no idea this place was here but we are so happy we found it. My daughter is mixed and I watched YouTube a lot to try and figure out how to do her hair. We came into this shop today and the owner took time out of her day to show me step by step how to box braid and corn row the right way. She even gave me(no charge) a bundle of new hair to practice with. She went way above and beyond for us. One of the nicest people you will ever meet. Please stop in and check out this store. The selection is amazing and the owner and staff are even better. This will be the only place I buy everything I need for my daughters hair. Amazing is all I can say! I recently moved from Portland Beaverton area in Oregon and had a favorite wig shop there called Wigland on NE Broadway. They have a great website but for some reason nothing was available for online ordering. So I did a search and discovered a few places near Cheney in Spokane but the only one with decent products and pictures was Wrightway. So I looked around their site and was very impressed by their collection and their great website. I made a selection and the ordering system was very easy and simple to use. Kudos on your website and ordering system! Unfortunately it turned out the piece I had ordered wasn’t available anymore but the owner called me personally to explain that and took pictures herself and sent me some similar options. She also offered to refund my shipping fee and hand deliver the item because of her awesome kindness and amazing customer service! Although the other options weren’t the right thing for me, the time and effort she took to take some fantastic photos and her wonderful generosity made this a place I will definitely check back in with first for future hair pieces! Thank you again, I really appreciated your exceptional business and personal attention to great service.

The owners and hair specialist made me feel special and like I was the most beautiful woman in the world. Im very sick and dont have much time left and I didnt feel beautiful but because of them I now do. They even prayed with me. Thank you so much for everything you do. 100% LOVE this place!!❤❤She and her husband were so kind and knowledgeable. She was VERY helpful in all the options I could do. Like I have hair loss thats caused by an autoimmune disease and she told me I could get insurance to pay for a wig!!! Many helpful hints and suggestions...No limit on how many wigs you can try on because - how do I know what style and color looks good on me??? Didnt know there were so many options in buying wigs in the netting, type of hair fibers, ETC. ETC. ECT.!!!100% better experience in everything than the place by the mall!!!! It may not look like WrightWay has as much stuff as the mean, unhelpful place by the mall, but they have enough to give you an idea. Then, if they dont have it,you can order it in any style and in any hair color you want. They even have a stylist that can help you.Prices are comparable.Id recommend this place highly to all my friends...and to you!!!

They had a great human hair wig sale going on! Excellent variety of extensions and hair care products. This store is never opened! There’re open sign is lit on the door but no one is ever there! This is my second time trying to come to this store in 2-3 months. I won’t waste my time again.

Black owned beauty supply. I love it. The owners work the till and they have huge hearts. They have all the haircare that a girl like me cant find just anywhere. When you purchase items, you usually get a black newspaper full of events and things to know around Spokane. We really enjoyed that when we first got here in August of 2018. The first thing I ever bought was 4 packs of braiding hair for $20. I loved them, my box braids turned out great. However I went a second time and I bought a 5pc set of extensions that just matted and were terrible. The hair didnt even last 5 days. Id say its a hit and miss.

All is welcome. Friendly staff that wont follow you around. No large bags in store and the doors do get locked, but this is what people wanted so safety measures have to be in place. If you can take your mind pass that you will have an awesome shopping experience with God fearing owners.
