I came in for a trim and all over color and highlights on Friday the 4th. My hair turned out horrible. I was so upset. I wont say who did my hair but needless to say I wont have her do my hair again. I paid $190 for my hair and could not believe what my hair looked like when she was finished. My hair was way too dark the highlights had dark spots in them and they also did not go the entire length of my hair. I called the very next day to talk to someone about it and made an appointment for today. 10/11/21. My stylist was Genna and she fixed everything! I will most definitely come back and have her do my hair again. It took 2 and a half hours but she did it. I love my hair now. Well worth the $190 .Thank you Genna you are awesome!!! Come and see her everyone, you wont be disappointed.

Really unprofessional- left me a VM last night saying they had to cancel my appointment and to call back. Alright, no problem. I call the exact number that left me the VM and the lady said shed be more than happy to do my hair and scheduled an appointment with her for next weekend. Fantastic.Then I get a call today, from a completely different number, saying they needed to cancel my (original) appointment so I told them I already spoke to someone previously and they scheduled an appointment for next weekend.They say that didnt happen bc nothing was in their books. What the heck is going on here? The lady said she was excited about doing my hair then didnt even actually schedule it? They told me theyd figure it out and call me back- Ive gotten nothing back. I see negative reviews any way so this is a good sign that I should just go elsewhere.

Literally not coming back here. Used to come here only but now Im sick of making an appointment and then still having to wait. Last time I waited 10 mins to even be acknowledged. I got a balyage and my hair cut (about 10 to 12 inches) by Kelby, she is so sweet and did a fantastic job on my hair. The whole atmosphere of the salon was amazing and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I went in today with an idea of how I wanted my hair done, thinking I wouldn’t be able to do it. However, Katie not only did an amazing job…she worked endlessly to make it happen. I highly recommend seeing her! She’s funny, had a great attitude and did the impossible!

I was not happy with the hair cut! It was way shorter like 4inches then what I wanted. I asked her to take a few inches off and she took like 10. Over half my head of hair is gone. Although it may be cute it is not what I wanted. Not even close. Not fond of the look on me.Im hoping I can grow it out as soon as possible to get the layering I wanted. Tried to be nice but the longer the day goes on the more Im unhappy. When you take someones hair who has always had it long it changes a person. The self esteem the mood and the over all feeling beautiful.Hopefully I can get used to it. Thank god it at least goes in a pony tail.i really can not believe this happen. She seems to have gotten scissor happy.

Today was the 2nd time weve tried to come in.Last time we made an online appointment ahead of time, once in we were told it would still be another 45minute wait. So we left.Thought wed give them another try today. Came in sat down. Waited for 5 minutes. None of staff, all speaking in Russian greeted or acknowledged us. So again we left. Dissapointed & Wont be back again

I came in for a haircut with Kelby on Saturday, they were a bit busy so I did have to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen which I was okay with cause I didnt have much else going on that day but keep that in mind if youre in a crunch for time and wanting to stop in for a last minute haircut. Kelby did an amazing job on my unruly hair, never in my 22 years has it looked this good I am still so amazed and happy with the way my hair looks! She was kind and really listened to what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend her.

They are awesome, I take my girls there to get their hair done as well and they always meet my expectations. They are so welcoming and they try really hard to achieve the cut you desire.

Highly satisfied! I have had 3 awesome experiences with this salon and the stylist Lynn I had a haircut and it was perfect. I was skeptical to bring my teen boy in, he wanted a perm. Lynn is knowledgeable and very talented! She worked her magic and it came out awesome! The very best experience was for my teen daughter, she wanted special highlights and a cut. My daughter showed Lynn a picture on her phone, and the magic happened! My daughters hair looks like it is out of a magazine, red carpet ready! We LOVE IT!!!! We are so happy with the results. The salon was clean and following guidelines to keep everyone safe. Reasonably priced.

This was by far the worst hair cut I have ever had. I showed an image to the stylist and I have no idea how that inspired the haircut I recieved. The hair was choppy and about 3 in shorter than I wanted. I had to make an appointment somewhere else to fix it within an hour of getting home. Not worth the slightly discounted price.

Very friendly . But besides that I left with an uneven cut, dye all over my face and neck. And cut hairs in my shirt. Definitely book in the afternoons when you don’t need to go anywhere after. :) I did like the color.

If you want to wait longer than your expected wait time, go to oasis. If you want to be treated by bad customer service, go to oasis. I currently just went in, and spent an hour of my time waiting, when arriving on time. I understand you’ve got to wait for the barber to finish, but an hour?! At least get me someone else to cut my hair. The lack of enthusiasm and effort they show is absolutely disgusting, on top of their work. I have not gone in there once, and came out happy with the results. This place is a cheap, money loving business. To anyone that wants a good, fashionable, comfortable haircut, I suggest not going here.

I had an appointment with Kelby. She cut and styled my hair. She did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. So a week later I had her color and highlight my hair. The color was beautiful. I was so happy with the results. I work at Sacred Heart Hospital and I have gotten so many compliments. I highly recommend Kelby. Was helped by Katie. She split dyed my hair black and white. So sweet and funny, and shared photos with me of her kids when I started talking about my cosplay and why my hair was weird. Amazing experience and even took a but off the bill because the water from the sink leaked on my back and clothes alot. I really truly didnt mind, but she insisted on taking a bit off the bill off. Took my red box-dyed hair to a beautiful silver and black. Will DEFINENTLY be coming back, and HEAVILY recommend this place!

Because of the ridiculous amount of cowlicks I have, I always go into haircuts with someone new with very low expectations. Despite having to not only tackle a tough head of hair to style, and a vague, difficult color request, Sam knocked it out of the park. His fellow stylists were always willing to help collaborate on how to get the color right, and I appreciated the incredible attention to detail to get the cut and color perfect. Will definitely be returning to see Sam for my next cut.

I got the worst hair cut of my life here and I left in tears. When I asked for a refund they offered to “fix” it by another person. All she did was give me bangs! I didn’t even ask for bangs! I hate it so much I have to cover it with scarves and hats now. I’m traumatized. When I called the manager to ask for a refund she was frustrated with me (I was even being nice about it and apologizing for asking) and she said she would have to talk to the owner to issue a refund and hung up on me! She didn’t ask for my information or number or anything. So rude. Unprofessional.

Called to see if there was an available highlight appointment today and the lady that answered the phone apparently wasnt dedicating her attention to answering the phone. She didnt listen to my question and then tried asking if I wanted to know the price of the color and I said no. If she was paying attention, she would have known what I asked. She said there were no appointments for today and then didnt even offer to book a later date for me and then just hung up. I have been going to this salon for about 7 years and now I will be choosing a different salon. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have never been to Oasis and usually do a box dye but I got sick of it so I had a fantastic dye, cut, and wax today with Jayme. She is fantastic and I will be returning!

So after the bad cut and color, the owner made it up to us. She booked Jenna to fix my daughters hair, and it looks beautiful. I was in so much shock, that I didnt take a picture. I cant recommend Jenna enough. I tipped her 20% & wish I could of given the $20 the other lady destroyed my daughters hair too. Jenna was a dream, & the owner was wonderful about the situation.

Understaffed. There was only one stylist in the salon when I went. She did her best.It was difficult to tell the stylist what I wanted. There was a line of impatient people that kept ringing the front desk bell and a phone call coming in every 2 seconds. She missed a big chunk of hair that was supposed to be cut. I didnt notice until I got home, but there was no time to tell her anyway because she was rushing to cut the next persons hair. Otherwise great place.

After being a customer for over a year they canceled my appointment as they said I was 15 minutes late. I thought I was early.. I come from 50 miles out and they didn’t text me or email me or call me before they gave my time away!

I walked out with burns to my ear and scalp after my coloring service at this salon. I asked for blonde hair with caramel highlights and ended up with various brown, pink,, purple, and orange colors in addition to the streaks of blonde in my hair.When I spoke with the manager Natalyia she would only argue with me stressing that I should come back to have it redone. I will not return to a company that was negligent enough to burn me during my appointment.The service here is careless and they just rush to finish your appointment rather than taking the time and care to ensure they provide good services. If you care about your hair I would recommend staying away from this salon. I truly wish I had never set foot in their building. It will take a great deal of effort on my part to undo the damage caused by this salon not to mention the pain on my scalp and ear as it heals. My hair is breaking and falling out now. Also the fact I was charged for conditioning treatments I did not receive. Very poor business ethics and response to customer concerns.

I was not impressed with my haircut. I told my hair dresser several times that I really wanted to keep the length which I have spent years growing out and just wanted the ends trimmed up, but she ended up cutting a lot of hair off. My hair is uneven and the stylist didn’t take the time to make sure it was even or that it was what I wanted. I also have very curly hair and she didn’t seem to understand anything about how to cut curly hair. I will not be going back.

Not friendly. Kinda rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but.... My 6 y/o son made a comment saying he wanted to try a new place next time because he never wanted to see her again. Wouldn’t recommend for kids. Or anyone.

I was very disappointed in this salon. When I initially called to make my appointment for balyage, I was very specific in the length of my hair - two inches past the middle of my back - so I could get an approximate price quote. I even offered to send a picture of my hair, but she said there was no way to send a picture (in this day and age of technology, I found that strange). She quoted me $69 and said it would probably take extra hair dye so that was an additional $10. I arrived for my appointment and the stylist gave me attitude right away. She said my hair was much longer than what she thought for the price I was quoted. She said with my length of hair, the price started at $150 and asked if I was looking to cut my hair shorter because the quote I was given was not even close to what my length of hair would cost. She walked away and whispered with the gal at the desk, then came back and was very huffy and pulled out a chart with hair lengths and prices. I said sorry, but thats not even close to what I was told on the phone. I ended up getting just a trim (which I was very scared to get with the way she was acting) and she probably spent all of 3 minutes on it. It was the fastest trim of my life. When I went to pay, the lady at the desk said, I TOLD you it was $69 to START, trying to save face with her cohorts. I really wanted to say, Yeah, you told me $69 plus $10 for more dye for the length of hair I specifically told you, not $150 to start! I wont be back, thats for sure.

Reserved my appointment online and it said $17.99 Mens Haircut/Razor Neck Shave and even said that on my confirmation email for my appointment. When I was done there was no razor neck shave unless I paid extra and the cost was $21.99 for the haircut. It is annoying to be told one thing and get there and it is something different. Similar things have happened here like once they had a deal on their website for $9.99 mens haircuts on Wednesday and when I got there they said it had increased to $11. Not a big difference but very annoying and likely to go somewhere else from now on. My stylist was great though.

I called to get an appointment to fix another hairdressers mistakes, and i got in the same day with Breanna. She was fantastic! Not only was she empathetic, but she was professional, and intentional with the hair cut! I asked for an A Line bob and got exactly that. I came into this salon too get blonde highlights put into my hair I’ve never had a issue explaining what I wanted too my stylist she didn’t want too listen too me and kept telling me no to everything I wanted done with my hair and even said what I wanted would look horrible who says that? I also went in with red hair and came out with red hair a few strands of blonde also paid a ridiculous amount for something that looked like I did it myself. THANK GOD I CALLED AND SAID SOMETHING THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WILLING TOO FIX THE BOTCHED JOB THAT HAD. JAYME WILL BE MY HAIRSTYLIST FROM NOW ON I DUDNT EVEN HAVE TOO EXPLAIN WHAT I WANTED SHE JUST KNEW AND I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT THAT I CRIED BECAUSE ITS WHAT I WANTED ALL ALONG. Don’t loose Jayme she is one of a kind and is the best hairdresser I have meet in a long time. Please make sure she knows how special she is and what a amazing talent she has :)

Alice is amazing! It was so hard for me to find someone who can do a proper high and tight with a 1 on the side. She is quick, friendly, and very good at her job. I drive 15-20 minutes to see her for my haircuts.

Needed to find a stylist in the area. I have thick hair I get blonde highlights in. It’s super important for me the color is right because I have dark eyebrows. I was lucky enough to be scheduled with Breanna at the South Hill location. She might have been able to tell I was anxious because it had been a while since I got my hair done and I have a lot to work with! She took great care, and the color turned out absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend scheduling with breanna- particularly for colors if you are a blonde! The ladies there were all so fun and it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much!

The stylist I had was a little too grabby. Ill try another one next time.Edit: I meant she was too gabby. She had been up all night and was super wired on Red Bull. I also dont believe religion or politics have any place in the workplace and certainly not in a service environment such as Oasis. Much of the conversation revolved around Judaeo-Christian beliefs which was slightly irksome.Overall, I like the establishment. Heavily offended. I was checking in at the front, and a lady, who I didnt get her name, asked me name, I told them Max, she asked me if my name was Maxine, I told her it was just Max (Im a transgender Male), she then proceeded to ask me if I needed a male or womens haircut. I just replied a haircut.The hairdresser who did my hair was absolutely wonderful and made my hair look nice, but due to the conversation I had with the lady who checked me in, I will NOT be coming back.

I noticed 2 other stylists making VERY rude remarks to her as she was asking questions of what I like when i first mafe an appt for style n color.I arrived 3 days later for appointment AND one of those ladys was there busy. But not busy enough to make rude comments passing by and in back room to Lynn. Such unprofessional conduct and harrasment. Lynn said, she is new one n just deals with it.Lynn cut her finger just being nervously upset over spiteful undertone remarks. Which i advised i noticed immediately the uncalled-for harassment. I will comment, she said leave alone, so i will comment here of unprofessional conduct n maybe manager will read.Just so unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.I assured her to take her time and she did AWESOME job at finish of my new color n new hairstyle. I received so many compliments of my new hairstyle n color. I have shared her name at location. I advised nastiness of other two to ignore. Lynn is very gracious and she says practices forgiveness of others. How refreshing to witness n hear. Lynn --5 stars, Store Mgt-2 stars only.

My daughters beautiful long (past her butt) hair was mutilated by these professionals the woman was more focused on hitting on my husband than cutting hair. Furthermore the company wouldnt fix it. I would not recommend this place.

I just have to drop in and write about my positive experience with Jayme at the South Hill salon. Im fairly new to the area, and Jayme is my go-to hair stylist. I have short hair, which requires precision. Jayme is so friendly and always goes the extra mile for me, carefully listening to the type of cut I want. I highly recommend her!

Worst Customer service and overall quality of care was worst I have ever experienced. Went in asking about basic trim, throughout; removing dead ends and potential healthy treatment for shine and Lessen the static a bit.Trim was highly rushed! Quality was poor and inconsistent, few snips with scissors and she called it good. Cared more about Sales- even though she seemed less than knowledgeable about pricing and claimed anything bought outside of Salons were False. NO guarantee of authenticity of products through retail stores .- I.E. Paul Mitchell bottles via Retail store could be filled with Different brand than what is marked out to be.-- Dont Expect much from Salon; but more than just a poor trim and a lengthy sales pitch. The best stylists know the importance of attention to detail and time it takes for a quality trim

Terrible service! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and there were 3 workers. All of their customers left and one started blow drying and styling her own hair, the other went out for a smoke break and the other “clocked out to go to the dollar store”. I wound up waiting over 25 minutes and I had an appointment and no other customers were present. Just sad terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Jayme is the best at at hair coloring!!! I have been coming to the south Hill oasis for 6 years. Shelby was my main girl until I met Jayne! She is so amazing I cant even put into words how great my hair looks. EVERYTIME I go to someone else they screw my hair up amd I have to come in and get it fixed by my girls. I love Jayne and Shelby so much!!!

Scheduled three appointments… Wasn’t acknowledged when we walked in the door and finally after 30 minutes overheard the person who is supposed to be cutting my sons hair say to another employee to “find somebody else because she didn’t want to do it”. Wow - I was at a loss for words.One person working (Jamie) while the other two were in the back eating fast food. Not impressed at all…At this point I’m over Oasis and will take my business elsewhere. Service has fallen horribly over the last 12 months at the South Hill location.

Natalia over at the South Hill location is awesome!! Shes very popular so youre best bet is to book an appointment online. The appointment booking process is super easy!Although my haircut is very simple, Natalia always takes her time and make sure there are no straggler hairs out of place. Her attention to detail is one of the things I like about her. The hot towel neck massage provided at the end of the haircut is heavenly. You have to try it to believe me. Its no surprise that she has the title of master stylist!I will definitely go back to see her and I will recommend all of my friends and family.

So I read through all the bad reviews before I came in to Oasis to see what to expect. My visit was considerably better than what I was expecting. I was greeted by Lyn when I entered and asked if I had an appointment, I did not but that was not a problem. I did not wait and was taken back and asked what I wanted to do with my hair. I was not completely sure what I wanted but Lyn was able to gather what I wanted by how I described how I usually do my hair. The customer service was amazing and hair cut was great! Lyn really knows what she’s doing and she took her time and was very detailed. I plan on going back for my next hair cut!P.S. I may have spelled her name wrong if so I’m sorry!

Worst cut I have ever had in my life! My hair dresser was friendly enough but she obviously has no clue what shes doing! I showed her pictures of exactly what I wanted done and she completely butchered my hair. I cried in my car on the way home. My color did not cover my roots in all places. My cut in the back is uneven and she kept using the razor to correct it and trying to fluff it out to cover the imperfections and convince me to start using product. She cut my hair while it was dry and before she colored it. I have had this style and cut many many times in different salons and they always color first, wash it and then cut it. If she didnt know how to do a stacked Aline why didnt she just say so?! Never coming back and telling everyone I meet to not go here!

If I could give negative stars, I would!! We took our daughter to get her hair trimmed. We asked for an inch to be cut. The butcher that was there took 4 off. My daughter has been sobbing for the past hour.We had to take her to another place to fix it.We will never go back to this sub par local!!!!
