Doctored locks beads are GARBAGE. $20+ for a tiny little jar and the silicone slips out of the beads EVERY SINGLE TIME I do an install. I spend twice as much time trying to put beads into the hair without the silicone coming out. If it manages to stay in I usually don’t have enough hair in the bead and the bead slips out. Buy the cheap ones from Amazon- they’re WAY. BETTER!

Well I rate their hand tied extensions 5 stars.But their Clip ins are definitely not at a 5! Spent 200 dollars. Couldnt even wear all the clip in pieces because the clips were faulty. They were nice enough to exchange them for different ones. But same problem persists and they just gave me about 8 clips to sew on myself. I buy a lot of real hair extensions & they are not cheap. But definitely not happy with their Clip ins. But their hand tied,tape ins, micro bead extensions are worth getting!

I could not be happier with my experience at Doctored Locks. First of all the costumer service is Amazing. My order was filled and delivered in less than a week. Secondly the price is the best Ive found period, and Ive looked A Lot. Third My dreads are so Beautiful 😍😭 Ive wanted dreads since I was 13 years old. Im 33 and its finally happening! This was a horrible experience for me. I have made my own wool dreads and worn them many times and this was the first time I’ve tried synthetic dreads. I bought 6 cases of single ended dark brown dreads. They were very itchy. I installed them and noticed a lot of residue came off of them. This constantly continued. The residue was everywhere constantly shedding and everywhere it was was always itching me. I had the dreads in for 3 days and all 3 days I had to wear them up because any time I had them down it was just a huge shedding mess. Then my scalp started getting sores and red irritation from them so I had to take them out. On top of that many of them were unrolling and did not look very good by day 3. Not very happy after spending over $100 on them and I’m sure I’ll be cleaning up picky brown residue for a few more days till it’s all vacuumed away.

I always order my bohyme from them. Not only do they have the besttttt customer service they also have the best prices!! 10/10

Super nice but didn’t help or do anything about my hair matting. I even tryd their products they recommended and nothing is helping. Very good at matching my color and sending me new hair that was my correct color. They are easy to reach and easy to talk to. But annoyed I paid over $300 and my hair didn’t last over 8 weeks.

I had several issues with these extensions as soon as I got them. I paid $500 for these extensions. As soon as I got them I noticed tangling and matting. Within a week they were dreading, only slightly. But by the time I had them for two weeks they were in such bad dreads I had to go to the salon and have them removed. Throughout the entire process my stylist spoke with Docotored Locks. I followed everything they told me to do. We removed the locks and sent them back. They fixed them. We reinstalled them, this time I was armed with their brush and the shampoo and conditioner they recommended. With in TWO days they were in such a huge dread they had to be removed. I followed all the instructions, however, I believe that for $500 I shouldn’t have to do as much as I was to maintain them. My stylist said she’s never in her years of experience (she’s certified in multiple extension processes) seen extensions this terrible. They did not offer to refund the money. They actually refused. When we spoke with them they totally invalidated my experience and basically implied that I am clearly an idiot because they “fixed the behavior”. It makes me upset because I seriously have PTSD from these things and they totally blew it off and blamed me. I don’t know how in two days I could ruin the extensions by doing exactly what they told me to do. Maybe it’s just the curly hair that absolutely sucks? Not sure.

So far I have only used the elastic matrix but, it works great to keep the ends of my braids down on the dreads so much better than just rubber bands. I had my left hand amputated in 2017, so I can no longer put my own extensions in but, the Doctored Locks videos were a super help for my hubby to learn to braid my dread extensions in for me. My hubby went from barely being able to do a normal braid in my 8 yr old daughters hair, to being able to put my SE dreads in really well(they stay in for weeks without slipping). I just ordered some backcombed DE dreads from Doctered Locks to try. With the help from your videos my hubby is sure to make them look great when he puts them in. Your videos made it so easy for my hubby to learn and made it possible for me to wear extensions again. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🖤 I cant wait to receive my new set of dreads this week.Update: I just got my backcombed DE dreads in last week, and they even arrived early. My hubby put them in a few days ago and I love the. Beautiful colors. Holding up great and very soft and flexible. A bit heavier than my other crochet one but, I have already gotten use to it tho. I look forward to my next purchase. 🖤

I got hair extensions here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hair extensions were so bad, they would tangle and dread and would always bunch into one piece. I had emailed them and they sent me to their website to try and fix this problem with videos. I watched the videos and purchased the products to try and fix the hair and it didn’t work. No refund was offered for this hair. I also ended up going to multiple hair dressers who all were saying the same thing, that this hair was terrible and they’ve never seen anything this bad.

The extensions shipped quickly and I was able to make a return for the ones I didn’t use but the ones I did use are way too thin, fall out of my hair and you can tell they are extensions. I ended up taking them out because they looked bad and since I couldn’t return them I lost $140. The hair feels nice it’s just way too thin.

Awesome colors that go on easily. I didnt have a dye brush, so I used gloves on my hands to carefully apply, and it worked wonderfully. I also didnt have petroleum jelly, so I used conditioner around my hairline. Package was shipped tightly so product did not spill. The box even contained a thank you Swedish Fish! I will definitely be ordering from you again!

I had hair that I got and didn’t use the right product leading to pull out my hair, upon asking the lovely ladies in the store what happened and what I could do.. the owner took time out of her personal life to restore the entire four packs of hair and bring them back to life! Ordered 5 packs of thin double ended locks. Not very satisfied at all. Locks were coming unraveled just during installation. Locks are bent in the middle instead of having a flat section and the top half wound not lay down, had to add a rubber band at the roots on every extension to help it lay flat and still didnt help very much. I should have known that 9.95 per 10pack was too good to be true.

This company is the simply the Best there is! The Flex-Tip nano extensions are by far the best quality available! I have them in & I love them! They are soft, silky & shine. No tangling & no shedding! 2 months and they look brand new! The flex tips are the greatest idea since sliced bread as they dont poke your scalp or get caught up in others and pull! I will never use any other extension product!!! Oh the silicone lined beads are the best! I thought beads are beads, right? Theyre not all the same! Docs hold tight and dont let go! Awful quality. Thin and fragile (feel synthetic), 18” is more like a 12”/14”. Brand new and using a few clips as filler pieces for the extensions I had to buy the next day from another company. $500 in hair over the course of 2 days is not something I enjoy doing.

I dont know what kind of black magic you guys use to have shipped my order out within an hour of ordering, but everything I get from here is the lowest price I can find, great quality and arrives freaky fast.

I live over an hour away from this location. I called in this morning to check to see what time they closed. They stated we close at 5pm today. I drove all the way out here. And there is a sign on the door that states we closed early for Memorial Day. Which is fine if you wouldnt of lied to me this morning and ruined an hour worth of a trip.

Ordered with this company before. Shipping wasnt very long and hair quality was good, if they allow you to order from them that is.Every time I tired to place an order online it wouldnt go through and said there was a problem. I always ended up placing orders by phone because of this.This time I tried to place an order and after a failed attempt to order online as usual I called to make it over the phone. Yesterday I called and used my card but was told the address didnt match and to use another card. Today I tried to use a family members card and they told me I couldnt use that either because the first name was different. They wouldnt take the card in my name, but wouldnt take the card in someone elses either. How do you suggest customers pay when it is made so difficult? The kicker is I had used my family members card on multiple occasions with this company. When pointing this out I was told their policy changed last year and their system wont allow it, but I had ordered with this card 6 months ago no problem.When I called the first time (yesterday) about this order they pulled my information up from my last order no problem. When I called back today to try the different card and asked if they could pull up my last orders information showing that the card I used was the same they said they cant pull up previous order information. I was going to try a third card but gave up because I was frustrated with different people giving me different information and the difficulty in trying to place a simple order.I ended up ordering from a different company which ended up having a far better color selection so it worked out for the best, and my order went through with them very easily. No phone calls, no card issues.Its a shame they want to make it as difficult as possible to order from them, I doubt Ill be the only customer they lose over this issue.

THIS WAS THE WORST HAIR I HAVE EVER PERCHASED. DO NOT BUY! It had to be knock off or something. Literally had in about a month & it tangled so bad that it had to be taken out. I was brushing it every couple hours & it would tangly right back. I bought what was supposed to be 100% human hair sew in & after just one wash it felt like horse hair and would not straiten, it was frizzy, it fell out everywhere I sat down. DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR. For $300 I should have got a quality product but instead I got THE WORST hair ever.

Hello, I wish I could put a 0 on this. Their products isnt the best but it works, wouldnt buy the product ever again and the worst part about all of it is their customer service! I live 50 mins from that location , I called them prior to ask them if I could return a product that I just bought an extra one of but I did not have my receipt I was told that it is OK if I come in and they will return it but next time keep the receipt so I drove 50 minutes to return the products but when I get there I get a person who has an attitude and doesnt want to do anything for me refuses to return my product and at the end of it when I ask her to look it up in the computer to see if she can find it she says it would take hours to look it up. Wow what a great response! Personally me working in a business and customer service environment, I would NEVER hire people like that! Simply rude, lazy and lack of respect for their consumers.

I’ve been doing hair since 2012. I’ve installed Bohyme hundreds of times and had it installed on me plenty of times too. Hair should not be like this brand new!!! I use all the best products- Olaplex, Kevin Murphy, Amika, L’Oréal Pro, Unite - the list goes on forever because I have it all! So I know it’s the Bohyme hair that was manufactured wrong. The hair was placed upside down, so the cuticles are catching. When I emailed them, they sent me a list or articles of how to “fix” the hair. None of it worked especially since I already do and use everything they suggested. It has been terrible since day 1. This is not okay!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these guys. I ordered something with expedited shipping, and I did not receive it until 6 days later. There is no reason, at all, why it would take 3 extra days for me receive this order when I live in California and they are shipping out of Washington. I requested that my extra dollars be refunded, as I am HIGHLY disappointed with their customer service. Honestly, I would recommend using ANY OTHER SITE besides these people.
