Pretty upset. Paid for a bed set for our family, upon being delivered the mattress was covered in what looked like pee stains and it was missing so many pieces we couldnt even put it together. It is also splintering all over to where it messed up our two year olds hand when he touched it. Terrible!

Never been here. Never rented from here. Somehow they got my number and have had 4 missed calls in 2 days at awful times. When I finally called back to see what they wanted, I got nothing but “I don’t know and I don’t care” from the girl that answered the phone. Seems like a scam.I would recommend Aaron’s instead.

Since there is a diabetic in my house and my refrigerator quit working I found myself in need of a fridge fast. Sonja at RAC helped greatly and the rental will be delivered tomorrow. I am grateful for the great service and will recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks Rent-A-Center

Dont go here, been waiting 3 months on our bed set and nothing... Me and my wife were supposed to get used but they changed it to new without telling us and charged for new then became rude to us. Rent to own places are not good.

Havent been there in over 30 yrs

1400 to 2400 for a ps4 your joking right and the kicker is if you return the item you lose all of that money you spent because they deny refunds which I think is absolutely wrong so if you value your money never ever go here you will regret ever stepping foot in the building

Pricing is way jacked up. This place preys upon people with bad credit. Shop here if you want to pay three times the actual value of their merchandise. Dont do business with these people.

Wonderful RAC here in sparks NV, went in to browse walked out with a new LG LED tv. The customer service rep Sophia was wonderful great personality , helpful, informative and honest should get a raise for her ability to provide great customer service with a smile .

Furniture is very uncomfortable and expensive. Its such a rip for poor people who go through this kind of financing
