Went in looking for a TV (our is 7 years old). We spoke with Luis. He is a very knowledgeable salesperson. I mean VERY knowledgeable. I hoped they got paid by commission, because he did a great job in explaining the differences in TVs. Overall, it was a very good experience this time around at BestBuy.

THE. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Prices are great. Just go in knowing what you want from online pricing, and get our. The sales team just suck. Kudos to the assistants/lot crew. However, dont try asking any complicated questions when purchasing anything. All the sales team knows, from what we experienced, was how to work a register. Shameful.Prices - Great (price match!)Anything else- get in and get out!

This is unquestionably my favorite Best Buy, well worth the drive out to Spanish Springs for the undeniable quality of the customer service alone. The store is clean, organized, well-managed, and the employees seem genuinely pleased to be working here. They are well-informed, not pushy in terms of add-on sales, only offering relevant products and services, and you never have to hunt someone down if you have product inquiries. Every shopping experience I have here feels warm, inviting and personable. Highly recommend this store.

I would like to give Sosa a big big thank you for his incredible customer service skills, patience, kindness, consideration, and helping hand.He recently stayed with us way, way past closing time (an hour) helping us get an old phone activated over the phone with the service providers, and he even talked to the foreign representatives on the other line for us as they couldnt understand our request for the life of me.He handled a stressful phone call with absolute expertise, while truly going the extra mile. He deserves a raise. If all employees were as knowledgeable, kind, and patient as him, the world would be a better place, no joke, no exaggeration. THANK YOU SOSA!

Games section was a mess. Mixed up and unorganized. There was no also prices listed for any of the playstation games. I shouldve taken a photo to show what a mess the area was. You could really tell how little the associate not only didnt care about their department but also which system they might have been a fan of as only the xbox game section looked half way decent and atleast had a few tags. The sony and switch areas were a total mess and mixed in. Such a dissapointment.

The salesperson was very helpful and efficient. Best Buy carries fewer items in stock now, so on alot of tvs you have to order them. Takes approximately a week for Best Buy to receive them.

Her attitude was horrible I promise I will be calling corporate! She definitely needs to be fired ! She has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced by far!.. They are the best. Bought a new phone and insurance. Broke two days later. Had trouble with the insurance and the manager at the local store just ordered me a new phone! If you think thats great when the replacement phone arrived they let me exchange it for a different phone. All I can say is that was over and above what I ever expected! Great job Best Buy!

Great customer service, which is hard to find at Best Buy. I just recently bought a $1200 TV from this store and today I was in there looking at home audio systems and noticed that the TV I had just purchased three days ago was now on sale for $980! Dave and Sara helped me out. They quickly rectified three issue. They returned the TV and the additional three year warranty. Once that was done they sold it back to me, now with a five year warranty and $221 back to my card. No hassles, no problems. Even though I live in South Reno, Ill make the drive up to this store. Even the door greeters at this store appear to be enjoying their job as opposed to the South Reno store. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a Samsung sound bar and asked for curbside pickup. I didnt have to wait too long at all. The young man brought it out, loaded it in my Yukon and I was in and out in less than 7 minutes! Great service and the store member was super polite and kind. Cant ask for better than that.

I go to this Best Buy instead of the one in Reno because they actually ask me if I need help, they are professional and informative and help me with returns with no issue. Whereas if you go to the one in Reno it’s the opposite ! Come here for great customer service.

One of the last Best Buys out there, especially in this area. Place is a mess. Pricing is on par with everywhere else. The only reason to go here is for a little more selection variety. In Reno we are stuck with them. If you have a Microcenter or Frys Electronics, I recommend going there instead.

Horrible customer service - just like so many companies these days. I called twice, just to ask a simple question, and both times were on hold for over 15 minutes. How long?...I dont know because I hung up both times after 20 minutes of being on hold. Couldnt even talk with an operator.

I love this Best Buy close to my house and the service is great I love that they have a lot of options in TVs car /stereos / gps/ head buds or almost any electronics you are looking for and if they don’t have it they waste no time and order it I wish they had a few more people working because sometime you need help and they take theirs time to even come and ask if you need help but other then that they have all you look for in electronics.

The only negative things I could come up with, is the store hours still close at 6pm, and product availability. Both can be explained in part by Covid-19. Service is pretty good. They will check other stores for product availability for you.
