After shopping at a handful of stores, and reading some online reviews, we ended up at Osborne & Dermody. The feeling we got from the moment we walked in the showroom was comforting and professional. Jeff T clearly knows what hes doing w/regard to cabinets (turns out he installed them for years before switching to sales).The showroom had a large selection of little samples set up to view, plus tons of all the detail stuff. Since we were doing our kitchen remodel ourselves, it really helped to be able to see what everything would look like - more or less - in space. Jeff was able to steer us toward options that gave us lots of flexibility, but didnt break the bank. He then took our measurements and sent us multiple renderings of what the final product would look like. We loved his suggestion of a microwave in a drawer, but didnt take every suggestion.The cabinets were delivered exactly when they were promised (sort of surprising since it was the height of Covid-times). In fact, it was almost too early - wed built in a little wiggle room. But even if theyd been early, O&D has warehouse space and would have held them in Reno until we needed them.Jeff was fantastic in helping us choose wood and finishes that we love. He assured us it would all work together with the new floors we were installing, and it does. He held our hands through a few iterations of layout and options, and nudged us in the right direction.The end result - we love our cabinets. We didnt end up doing the whole installation ourselves. We hired a contractor to help us, since we moved plumbing around, added some lighting and ran electrical connections. But we did all the demolition ourselves, plus a lot of the little things that make it our project. Everything fits perfectly and we love all the details.

Really helpful in picking out great cabinets. No pressure friendly sales team. I felt like I could ask any questions and get responses quickly and judgment free.

From initial contact, Osborne and Dermody staff was attentive, responsive, and very helpful! they helped us realize the best product and the best layout for our needs and helped us all of the way through the design and ordering process. They made suggestions based on our workflow and existing configuration that we would have never thought of. I highly recommend Osborne and Dermody and would happily use them again.
