The staff is always so helpful. I appreciate this especially because I’m Indecisive when it comes to picking out frames. Dr. Kramlich also made suggestions on switching up my contacts because I was having issues with the others I was using prior to seeing her. They worked out perfectly and my eyes seem to focus a lot better due to the change.

I started seeing Dr. Kramlich at Vision Care a few years ago and now I will never go anywhere else! Previously, I would schedule an appointment with any office/optometrist who could fit me in for a quick exam so I could order my glasses online.I didnt value the quality of my care or the quality of my glasses!Dr. Kramlich not only gave me a refraction, but took the time to do a thorough eye health exam. She explained to me the changes I was seeing in my vision and offered to answer any questions I had about my vision correction and/or planned treatment.I left the exam room not only feeling confident about my understanding of my exam, but also a sense of relief to have found a doctor who really seems to care!Afterward, the optical staff assisted me in selecting a pair of glasses with the best frame and lens for the style I was looking for.With this pair of glasses I never worry about them being ill fit. In horror, I accidently sat on a pair. I simply brought them in and they were happy to adjust them!With instant gratification at our fingertips, I think we take for granted the attentiveness and expertise of a dependable clinical practice. I know I did!
