They were great. I have never had an easier time finding glasses. They also have great options for coatings on lens, the last place I went has none of these options and had costed more. They did a great job of explaining the different coating and helping me to pick out which would be the most beneficial. Overall, great service and a great price.

I was a walk-in to get my eyes checked, they were able to get me in and tested right away. I needed to get glasses and the employee, Courtney Graham did a great job at directing my into the glasses that looked best on me and made it an enjoyable experience. She was awesome!

Ive been using Pearle for my eye exams and glasses for over 20 years. I have stayed with them because they have always taken great care of me and never given me a reason to go anywhere else! Their staff will help you pick the right pair of glasses - which is hard to do on your own. They do free adjustments/replace nose pieces, no questions asked -just drop in, quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful, always. They have taken great care to make it right anytime Ive had concerns about a new prescription or pair of frames. You cant get this kind of service online. Highly recommend this place.

I was very impressed with Anastasia, I told her I wanted a similar frame to the Coach frame Ihad. She chose 3 frames she thought I would like, I chose the pair of 1frames we both like.She is an excellent person to help you with a new frame! I would give her a 10 for helping me!I love Pearl Vision!

Over Labor Day, we were running errands in Sioux Falls when my wife Karen fell and bent her glasses and chipped the lenses. We went to this location as they helped her with her last pair of glasses. Courtney and Vicki were very helpful!! They helped Karen get an immediate appointment to get a new prescription and then they stayed late to be sure we could get the glasses ordered on Saturday. It was a last minute appointment due to an eye issue. They were amazing on the phone they fit me in. They were friendly and efficient when I arrived. They started my exam right away. Every person at establishment was friendly and helpful. The doctor was great. He cared and explained things and tried to find the real issue of my my eyes were having issues. I would recommend this place 100%.

I was getting headaches, my glasses were so old! I was referred here & I am very glad! On one side I got my exam (Excellent Dr. Danielle and staff) & then on the other side my new glasses! We drove into Sioux Falls from Colorado last night. My daughter was mentioning on the trip that her glasses kept falling off whenever she turned her head or bent over. I knew we had to get these fixed for her before we continued our trip to see family in MN.When we pulled up to our hotel, she spotted this Pearle Vision a block over. I quickly Googled it and the website said they were open another 6 minutes. We rushed over and I apologized for being there so late and asked if they’d help. Our experience of picking out glasses was nice; my dad is elderly & has mobility issues. It is a lot of work to get him there and is a big deal. When we picked the glasses up, there was no adjustments made, just a here you go and out the door. Very impersonal on the pick-up after my dad worked so hard to get there. Ive never had a pair of glasses that did not need adjusting when I first picked them up. I liked our salesperson, but did not care for the impersonal pick-up process.

Great staff!! Eye exam Dept Dr. and staff is awesome. Staff verified my vision provider, coverage and benefits etc. before exam and updated me about copay etc well in advance. The online appointment experience was good. I received confirmation call and text reminder for my appointment.Eye glass buying experience was awesome too. All my vision benefits were applied withlatest offers from my vision provider. Very nice people 👍👌kudos!!

Pearle Vision is great. They where able to get me in the same day when I needed to badly update my glasses. Dr. Lehr was extremely helpful and so was the manager that helped me pick out my glasses. He informed me of all the benefits my insurance covered and all the extra stuff I could add and what it would cost as well as how it would benefit me without being pushy for an extra sale. Will definitely be coming back for all my eye care needs.

First time to use Pearle Vision and have worn glasses for over 30 years. I got all the bells and whistles on my lenses and when I got them they were terribly soft and not usable after about 2 months, worse quality lenses I ever had. went back to store they said I could pay $25 for a onetime warranty replacement - complained to the manager about the quality and he said it was impossible they were defective! The replacement lenses are as they should be, but now I’ve used the onetime warranty replacement. Their attitude was so disappointing- guess it’s back to Costco next time!

The exam and initial experience were great, but it has been over 16 days and I still dont have my glasses. Every time I call the time frame for when they should be in gets longer and longer. They were only supposed to take 5-7 days and this is getting ridiculous.

Ive always loved Pearle Vision. They are very friendly and help you from start to finish in your quest for glasses. I was private pay and they gave me 40% off my lenses, so nice.

I am giving one star because ZERO STARS are not an option! My close friend went to this location back in May to get new glasses thru Medicare. She got her glasses & Pearle made her pay the full 100% instead of just her 20% portion! She is on a fixed income & this was a huge expense to her. They said they would be submitting her claim to Medicare so she would receive her reimbursement. That was in May...it still hasnt been submitted & its mid August now! When she calls the store, according to the staff, the manager is either not there, on vacation, or busy. What a sham this place is! In total frustration I reported this store to the Pearle Vision Corporate Headquarters! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!

All the staff were very friendly and were able to answer every question I had. I havent gotten new pair of glasses in years and they were very patient and very helpful in helping me get the right pair of glasses for me and my day to day needs.

They have always been kind, accommodating, and ridiculously helpful. I would happily recommend this particular office for both its doctors as well as help!

Eye doc was great. But my glasses for the money I spent on them like over 500. They don’t fit right don’t think the anti glare that I purchased was put on them. Won’t go back. Every unhappy about my new glasses. And they couldn’t even give me cleaner for them.

Got 2 pr of glasses within 2 months my husbands lens cracked on the inside. First person says will probably damage it out. Another gentleman came and said can do half off. So another 122.00 waited a week went in and they gave us 2 lens. Thought was only getting 1 lens would of been half that. Was not happy at all. Have been going there 3 years.
