My sons regular eye dr. Was closed & we really needed to get his glasses adjusted. Michael was happy to assist us. He went above & beyond making sure my sons glasses fit him properly. The customer service we received while in the store was so great I will be switching my families eye services to this location!

Shopping for glasses at Target Optical is like shopping with a friend. Michael was patient with me as I tried on almost every pair of glasses and stopped by multiple times to try them on. He helped me find glasses that I love. I highly recommend Target Optical because taking care of their customers is their #1 priority.

Anh and Michael are both great! They were very helpful in getting me all lined up with new contacts, and they are the most enthusiastic workers I have met during the many years I’ve come to this Target Optical location.

I just recently moved to the area and a co-worker recommended Target Optical (In Focus Eyecare) and my appointment was quick and easy. The office was clean and the staff took the proper COVID precautions by wearing a mask. Michael in the optical store was very helpful in finding which glasses looked best and had me step out of my comfort zone trying on a pair I wouldn’t otherwise had. I have an overall great experience and would recommend to anyone!

My experience with Anh at Target Optical on the west side of Sioux Falls was amazing! She helped me pick out a pair of eyeglasses that I wasn’t sure about style wise. I really liked them and she convinced me to go with them and I love them! The service and attention to detail was perfect. I was hesitant at first to go to a “big box” retail optical store as I’ve always gone to the same few private optical providers in my life. I must say I was very impressed with Target Optical and the service that Anh provided me. A+A+A+

The people who work there are great, but it took over two weeks to get my lenses replaced. I even gave it a second chance, and again it took weeks to get my glasses back.

Terrible service. One month to get glasses. Found them closed twice when their posted hours said they were open.Too many options out there to accept this level of poor service.

Went to Target optical in Sioux Falls to price eyeglasses and sunglasses after being quoted an extremely high price at Lenscrafters. (FYI - I have Eyemed Select Insurance).Mason (Office Manager) is superior in customer service! Friendly, personable and explained in detail how my plan works as I have never used it before. Greeted others as they came in, but returned to my attention in short order to help me with my selections and order. Even the new employee (of two days) tried to be of as much help as he could!Definitely will be a returning customer as needed!Thanks Mason and Target Optical!
