The shop has a wide variety of whatever you might need for winter or summer. From skins to snowboards to kayaks to swim suits they have it all. I got a beautiful turquoise ski jacket there and super warm ski gloves and just love them. They even have hot chocolate and brownies. It’s a homey feeling when you walk in. There is a store mascot at times a beautiful Siberian Husky named Baylor. He will show you around and entertain you. Stopping here is a must. The staff are super.

I was looking for a very specific pair of Vans that I have wanted for some time now. I found that Sun n Fun had the exact pair I wanted in stock. I wasnt sure how I felt about ordering shoes from a random store in Iowa, but I am glad I did because they shipped it and got to my place insanely fast. It was at my front door in 4 days. The shoes were the exact style and size I wanted. I will keep Sun N Fun in mind in the future when ordering specific styles that are hard to come by, like the Vans I was looking for.

DO NOT ORDER OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had.After searching all over town to find them and calling at least 10 times with no answer, I did find them and ordered some skis, boots, and poles.The employee did not know the product, could not tell me the proper size. The real problem is the that employee had better customer service skills than the owner.After days of calling and emailing to determine a time to pick up my items, I was told to arrive at 3pm. I arrived about 7 minutes early and the door was locked. I beat on the door for 5 minutes and called them multiple times with no answer. FINALLY, after about 7 minutes, a man came to door, upset that I was knocking on the door, as if I was disturbing him. I asked why nobody would answer the door or phone and he said they were busy. After days of waiting and multiple attempts to determine when to pick up my items, I arrived to find out that the owner was still working on them. He asked when I was supposed to pick them up, I told him 3pm, and he said well its not 3pm yet. Come to find out, this man was the OWNER!I absolutely express to him my displeasure with the entire buying experience since he was the owner of the store and said he would no longer be allowing me to pick up my items and that he would be issuing me a refund. Happy to hear this, I ordered from another company, got to talk to a very knowledgable person, AND got a better price.Like another person who posted a review, I also got an email from the ecommerce specialist telling me that if I needed anything to send him an email. I did email him about a time to pick up my items but never got an email back. In total, I probably called this company over 20 times and send 3 emails with NO response.Bottom line here is that I wanted to support a local company but got a much better experience and price buying somewhere else.Do not purchase from this company, you will be disappointed.

Went in to Sunn Fun to purchase new snowboard gear to upgrade from my old equipment and had a great experience.Kudos to the staff on their knowledgeable of the equipment and willingness to help their customers. They asked about my riding style and were able to give me a recommendation on the gear that tailored to my style.The staff ski and snowboard outside of the state at major resorts in Colorado, Montana, etc. and can provide feedback on what they like to use.Pricing is great and their expertise is amazing. Would recommend supporting our local specialty store!

Ordered a snowboard on November 3rd for my stepsons birthday. Paid $140 thru the website for the board and was supposed to be 5-7 day shipping. Reached out to the vendor by phone to confirm the purchase to find out that their phone has been disconnected. Received an email a couple days later saying thank you for the purchase on behalf of the “e-commerce specialist” who’s name I will leave out of this review. I replied to the email on November 10th only to get someone else named Moreno. He said the phones were broke and they were working on it. November 12th I sent another email asking about a tracking number because I haven’t received one yet. It is now 20 days since I placed the order and the phone is still disconnected and no one will respond to me via email or anything else and I’ve sent about 20 emails. I finally found and reached out on Facebook to the person who was named as the “e-commerce specialist” form the original email and he said he hasn’t worked there in months and found it “troubling” that they were still using his info. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! There is no way to get ahold of anyone to confirm anything.

Been trying to track down a specific pair of ski pants from last year...which S&F had..spoke to Logan - told him the same was on sale at another store - he promptly price matched...long story short - within 10 minutes had them bought and on their way to Texas...what a champ - Logan made it totally hassle free, and enjoyable….in the world of amazon and near instantaneous delivery, Im making this joint one of my go-to places for gear. Truly great experience that one-clicking just cant match.

Crowded and stuffed full of inventory. Almost to the point of feeling a bit claustrophobic in the store, luckily some of the items were outside in a tent or there would be no room for customers in the store! Great selection of snowboarding items.

Knowledgeable staff and a good size selection. You do pay a little more but the size of the store makes it very easy for a quick trip in and the staff gives you one on one assistance.

This store is the best! I had an unforeseen compatibility issue with installing my new bindings that I purchased from them and they took care of me without hesitation. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive. Absolutely awesome!

Ordered a ski binding but got the wrong one but Devon took care of it & shipped the correct one promptly, Logan & brennen were great to assist & made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way, answering phones & talking to a live person made it easier.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful, they helped us price and informed us on kayaks and rentals, the salesman was very professional and knowledgable.

I like that they have brands that I cant get in other Sioux Falls stores. They have the best kayaks and stand up paddle boards and its nice to be able to ask questions to their helpful staff. You cant get that kind of attention anywhere else.
