Hey, its getting better. The styles they used to have were notttt very good, but theyve been picking it up. And the nice thing is how cheap it is, which means you almost always go home with a nice deal. One of my favorite stores now :)

My sister and I drove in from out of town to shop at stores we don’t have. We were super excited to shop at Forever 21 and after picking out a bunch of clothes to try on we realized that the fitting rooms were closed. We immediately put all the clothes down and left. If we can’t try on the clothes, we’re not gonna purchase any because we can’t return them easily since we’re from out of town. Very inconvenient considering this is one of the stores we were looking forward to.

Nice and clean store

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought 3 pairs of jeans for my granddaughter in June. She did not like the material. Very cheap. I sent a request to return. I was sent only a copy of the order with the items I wanted to return listed. There was no address or return label like they said there would be. I only had 3 weeks to return. I contacted the company and never heard from them. Needless to say we will never buy from Forever 21 again.

I hate to admit is, as old as I am. But I feel like anyone 34 or under can really work with this store to create an outfit thats best appropriate for almost whatever event and thats quite nice. An undershirt needed or even some heels would work coming from this store. #ShopOn
