I cant say enough good things about this frame shop. They do excellent work. It is meticulous and exactly as you arrange for. I have been pleased with both of the jobs I have done there. They met or exceeded the deliver dates and are very communicative throughout the process.Beyond that, I love how attentive they are. I have been helped by multiple people in the store and they all have the same approach. They care about you being happy with your project. They offer great advice, it is knowledgeable and courteous, never pushy. I have seen them interact with other customers and I see the same excellent service. Big shout out to the manager, Justin. This place is great. We are new to Seattle and I am thrilled to have found my new frame shop.

I had a photo that I wanted framed. The company that produced the photo gave me instructions on how to frame it. I was pleased that the person who helped me at Frame Central knew what the instructions meant and could advise me of the importance of doing what was specified. He also helped me pick a frame. The kindness, efficiency, knowledge and support that I felt was important to me and relieved me of a lot of the anxiety I had about framing the photograph. Though more expensive than I had thought, I was confident that it was the best option.

High quality work at reasonable (read: fair) prices, a rarity for Seattle these days. The store manager herself put wire hangars on several paintings while I waited for my order. Highly recommend.

I brought in a drawing with uneven edges. I was impressed by the level of care and detail given to really reflect the beauty of the piece. As someone who does not get art framed much I was surprised by the price, but I think framing in general is much more expensive than I thought. Excellent service and my husband loved it as a birthday gift!

All I wanted was a piece of glass and the guy that was helping purchase the glass made my day by helping me put it together. I offered to pay but he insisted that it was not necessary. He even carried it to the car for me. Definitely go to the Frame Central Wallingford for you framing needs.

The finished frames were immaculate! I especially appreciated the details, such as adding felt corners to protect my walls from the hanging hardware. I rated them 4 stars because the salesperson insisted that we use the hooks she provided, instead of the art rail in our house. When we tried using the hooks as instructed, we could hear the insulation crumbling inside the walls, as I predicted. I wasnt prepared for the salesperson to be so confrontational on this issue (which I have some expertise in, as an exhibit installer).

I had a print I needed framed quickly for a gift and they did a great job! They helped me pick out a frame and showed me several different options including different frames and matting. They had it ready in about an hour and it looked great. I would definitely go here again :)

I found an awesome vintage 3x5 American flag and wanted to get it framed. I shopped around and got quotes from multiple shops in the area, and Frame Central was by far the most reasonable for a project of this size.When I first brought in the flag, they were super friendly and helpful, and we had a frame/matte combo picked out within 20 minutes.Throughout the process, they called me to keep me updated on the progress of the project. When they received defective mattes from the manufacturer, they called to apologize and offered me a discount on any future purchases. Even though the defective mattes werent their fault, it was a nice touch and great customer service.When I went in to pick up the finished project (after about 1.5 weeks), I was blown away by the quality of the work. I cant say enough about Frame Central in Wallingford - because of them I have a piece that Ill keep for the rest of my life. Thanks for everything, and keep up the great work! Ill definitely be back in the future for any framing projects that I have.

I framed a puzzle and the work they did on it was excellent! The costumer attention is great and you can tell that they really care about the art that they work on. It is a bit pricey, but sometimes they have promotions for specific frames, and I found it completely worth it!

As redundant as this feedback might sound, given that every person that walks through Frame Central’s door walks back out a satisfied customer, I was so happy with a recent project I couldn’t resist. Scott is nothing short of a mind reader. I saw the finished piece in my head and he helped me find what I was looking for and then pushed me a little further to be a little more adventurous and voila! Pure perfection I couldn’t have anticipated! Rounding up more artwork to bring in very soon!

I went in looking for a temporary pre made frame for a piece of artwork. Knowing what I was asking was next to impossible. The team here went above and beyond to get it custom matted, framed and ready to hang overnight. The work is fantastic.

I stopped in to buy a simple frame for a picture and I ended up being given a homemade cookie! 😁 When the employee saw what kind of hanging hook was on the frame I purchased, he gave me a complimentary upgraded hanging hook along with a brief walkthrough of how to install and hang the frame.

Picked this frame store because they had a Groupon available at the time I wanted to frame a somewhat large portrait of my family European hometown. This is a special portrait so wanted an established company and also try to save as much as possible since an expensive project. They had many frame selections to choose from, and the associates were very friendly and helpful. Oddly it came back with totally incorrect frame - Different color, size and style. The associate was very apologetic and had it correctly. Even came back very fast. I would recommend this business.

I bought a frame today and almost immediately broke the glass by my own mistake. The staff not only replaced the glass but went above and beyond to make the gift I was giving to a friend as nice as possible. This is where Ill go anytime I need frames from now on!
